Of all the wonderful dining experiences we've had at Riverstone Chophouse, this one was exceptionally nice. The brunch menu and its execution were outstanding from the obligatory omelet station, breakfast meats and breads to the unexpected luxuries--shrimp, oysters, perfectly done prime rib, lobster chowder and an array of lovely desserts.
But the most memorable and appreciated part of our visit there was the personal attention from our server, Rachel, Chef Dallas, and General Manager Ken Dodd. It was obviously their sincere desire to make our dining experience the best!
Rachel notched that I hadn't touched a cheese sauce and asked if everything were okay. I told her that I thought detected a trace of goat cheese--which I don't care for. She offered to take the whole plate away and allow me to start fresh--which I told her was very generous, but totally unnecessary. A few moments later Chef Dallas came to our table to say that it was not goat cheese but Peccorino that was substituted for Parmesan in a pinch. He offered to make a new cheese sauce without Peccorino just for me! (Again, I declined, but truly appreciated his kindness.)
And, as always, Ken came by to every table to welcome people and to be sure they were enjoying themselves. He seems to remember every face and name and goes out of his way to make everyone feel comfortable and appreciated. The Riverstone family (staff) is the best!
As always, brunch at riverstone is fantastic. Great food options and quality!
It's a great place to go for Sunday brunch. They have a variety of breakfast and lunch items to choose from. Some are your expected items (eggs, sausage, etc), but some are very unique. For instance, this Sunday they had biscuits with shrimp gravy and lobster stew. They always have a carving station, and the omelet guy does a great job.
Excellent meal and service
Once again - Great meal and experience. Thoroughly enjoyed visit and it's evident the staff cares about your time with them.
Our server was knowledgeable and charming. The restaurant is stunning. A great environment to celebrate an occasion or connect with old friends.
Everything exceeded what i expected all the way from the time i entered the building until i left. The service was amazing and couldnt believe the amount of food that was given
Wonderful selection of entrees. Extraordinary presentation. The environment was romantic and classy. Great Martini and old fashioned.
Food/steak was just outstanding. Service was good and our celebration was enjoyable
This is a place we frequently come to on Sunday for brunch. The food is always amazing and the service is outstanding.
The service was not as attentive as normal, may have been short handed. We were also upset that the online wine list was did not reflect what was currently on hand? The food was perfectly cooked. I had the filet with the vegetable of the day and my guest had the fish of the day special and were also very happy with it.
This was my first time there and We absolutely loved it!! The ambiance was so cool and The food was amazing! Will definitely be visiting again!
Enjoyable experience. Food is good. Service was good but there were few people in the restaurant
Stop worrying. Go have some fun at a very fine house.
This was our first visit and it was my girlfriends birthday..she was so impressed as I was as well..service,food,decor..everything was delightful..I’ve told several of my friends and we definitely will visit this spectacular restaurant again..one of our favorites
Went there for my 30th Anniversary. Food was outstanding, especially the 24oz porterhouse.
Did I say the food was outstanding. Even though we had one steak overcooked, the server and manager agreed that it was overcooked and returned a few minutes later with a new steak cooked as ordered. The whole process was drama free and handled professionally. Will definitely go again and will recommend it to my friends. Our server was also outstanding. Believe the small mistakes she made were because of the noise level--we were seated near a table of 12 while a table of 16 was on the other side. Even with that still rate them as outstanding.
A party of four, three ordered filet and only one of them was prepared as ordered. What was sad is the chef came out to clarify one of the orders which was "Cold Rare". That steak came out medium rare at best. The second steak was medium well vs. medium rare. The staff, including the general manager, were very kind and professional. They offered to prepare another steak, however we were on a schedule and did not have time so the manager refunded the cost of one of the steaks. We'll be back as the food was delicious and we enjoyed ourselves at the bar later that evening - we ordered a few unique cocktails, all of which were made to perfection.
The food selections for the brunch were ok, the prime rib was outstanding however the eggs and biscuits were very over cooked and we had to wait quite a while for replenishments to come.
Our server was very nice and attentive, a big improvement from previous times we have been there
The price for this brunch is a little high.
The staff is hands down the best you will find in 757. They make sure they work as a team (server, hostess, GM that walks around to greet) to complete your experience!
My wife and I went there and had a really good experience. The food was good and the atmosphere was nice as well. I had the pork chop and my wife had a NY strip. Good value.
We absolutely loved it. I would have given 5 stars but I got steak instead of lamb. I got home and had my husband taste it.
Food was good but service was not. This was our second time to have brunch there. We are coffee drinkers. We enjoy coffee before our meal, with our meal and after our meal. Getting a second and subsequent cup was a pain. On both occasions it seemed the focus on keeping drinks full was for the alcohol crowd.
Our thoughts half way through the meal was if they put half the energy into training their staff as they do into their food, they'd have a decent wait staff. As pricey as brunch is at Riverstone, "Sure" is not an appropriate response to a customer when they flag you down and ask if you can get your coffee cup refilled for the 3rd time. There shouldn't be the need to flag down a server to begin with. When the server walks out of the kitchen thumbing through their phone, you pretty much know where their attention is.
Excellent!!! I highly recommend this restaurant. The food is exceptional, the environment is cozy and the total experience is well worth your time and money!!
Had dinner in the bar. Service was good. Would visit again.
It was great, server was fairly new but knowledgeable and very helpful
We could not enjoy a simple conversation because of the noise level. A large party setup too close to our booth made it uncomfortable. We were planing for a nice quiet dinner
Distracted and inattentive waiter. Maybe understaffed or kitchen slow but service was miserable. We felt invisible. The Greek salad and side of fries were exceptional but the rest of the meal from the calamari appetizer, bread, steak and a la Oscar (brocollini with crab) were either undercooked or overcooked or stale. Was so sad to recommend this restaurant to a friend who hosted our evening and to then have such a horrible experience for the very expensive price she paid.

The setting, food, and service was spectacular. My husband and I both ordered steaks which were divine not to mention the wonderful side dishes (sweet potato casserole was amazing). It was also great to know that they have a pastry chef onsite which was obvious with the delightful cheesecake we enjoyed. I don't mind paying for quality and this was definitely worth it.
Great job and excellent staff! I will definitely recommend this place!
Very nice place just didn’t get my steak correct but offered to comp the meal. Only reason for the review is because the server said he would heat my steak up when I told him it was cold after waiting for quite some time. Always offer a new steak especially when your paying.
Environment was relaxing and inviting. Food was delicious but the service was a bit slow.
This is my favourite place for lobster I the two pound girl !however this time the lobster was not up to par yet it was higher don't mind spending as long as it's worth it ,now my pleasure is it seems we always get Rachel she is wonderful and quite the asset for you once again love riverstone and their staff !!!!
Burch is great
My love and I decided to dine with you guys for our weekly date night and the evening was wonderful. We have our favorite spots, but also love to see if other restaurants can be added to the list and this one may have met that. The service was great, the food was flavorful and we were seated at a table right next to the fireplace on this cold winter day; that was the icing on the cake. Thank you for a wonderful experience, we will definitely be back!
Food was great, but the waitress service was lacking. Table was not ready as reserved and we were placed in a corner along side a wall, with no ability to truly enjoy the wonderful ambience. Celebrating our 37th wedding anniversary.
My husband and I were there for his birthday. I did inform the restaurant ahead of time but it wasn’t acknowledged. I didn’t expect anything extreme but just an acknowledgement would’ve been nice. The ambience was very nice and Ben was very attentive. Our broccolini was cold TWICE” then we were told there was no more in the restaurant. Sounded like a temperamental chef. Anyway it was removed from our bill and we were given carrot cake to go but it came to our table as we were leaving. Smh. You almost got it right River Stone Chop House. Maybe brunch is better?
Amazing service and even more amazing food! Highly recommended!
Great service and delicious food. We’ve been here 3 times now.
