    Celebrate July 4th with us at The River Café! Join us for a five-course dinner featuring caviar and truffles alongside River Café classics, and specialty dishes. Reservations are available between 5:00pm and 6:00pm, and the table is yours for the entire evening, giving you time to dine, toast, and enjoy the spectacular views at your leisure. Tickets are $550 per person, plus a 20% administrative fee and applicable sales tax for a non-refundable total of $718.58 charged at the time of booking. Please note: beverages are not included in this price. The Macy’s 4th of July Fireworks will begin at approximately 9:25pm. Enjoy a dazzling 25-minute display against the breathtaking backdrop of the East River and the iconic Brooklyn Bridge. IMPORTANT ARRIVAL NOTE: Due to road closures beginning at 2:00pm, The River Café will not be accessible by car. Guests will meet our staff at designated NYPD checkpoints (locations to be confirmed) to receive event credentials before walking to the restaurant.                                                                                                                           Everyone wished us a Happy Anniversary! It was our 30th! Everyone was charming, kind, knowledgeable, and fun. The food and cocktail, and wine choices showed imagination, creativity, and thought. Everything was delicious. We got to sit side by side on a banquette looking out at the sunset! The wait staff spoke French with the table on our right, and Spanish with the table on our left. Lovely roses and other flowers everywhere, that felt classy and understated. Our water glasses were never allowed get empty.

The ambiance and service alone gives it an overall 5 stars. I used to dine and drink there 40 years ago when there was little around the restaurant. It didn’t disappoint me then and still doesn’t.

One of the best meals we’ve ever had and in a magical setting. The wait staff was very attentive and charming but not overly fussy, which was perfect. Thank you for making my boyfriend’s birthday so special :)
