Great service, great location, right price... will dine here again
We loved! Was our anniversary and everything was amazing
We loved it. The service and the view were excellent!!!😊
Great service. Food was fenomenal.
Great service, good food, first class wine program and service. Amazing views.
The food was amazing, the drinks were delicious. Highly recommend the duck. The wait however left me wondering was it worth it. It was, but we waited close to an hour for enteees.
Our server Scott was awesome. His attitude and level of care was superb. As locals we pride ourselves on giving repeat business to restaurants that deserve it and Rivea is definitely one of them.
The shrimp appetizer was fresh and delicious. And my wife and I both had the Rossini steak and foie goi dinner. It was delectable. Really impressed
Rivea has a great view and professional wait staff. The air conditioning was too cool to enjoy our dinner however and the dinner value was too steep to say we were completely satisfied with our celebratory meal. If you enjoy lots of fanciness in reduction sauces and pretty plating-this is for you.
Ate here for our anniversary. Everything was great and much appreciated especially the complimentary glass of champagne at the start and tiramisu at the end. It made our anniversary meal extra special!!
The view is breathtaking from the 62nd floor, however I feel the star of the show was the delicious cuisine. The food had amazing flavor and was done to perfection. Scott was our server and he was the reason we had so much fun! Overall a great evening!
Gorgeous view, of course at sunset. Really appreciate that Rivea delivered spectacular value for Restaurant Week. Imaginative and delicious food (lobster risotto a table fav), beautifully presented, great service (they didn't treat us like economical Restaurant week cheapskates)....Will return to show my gratitude. Don't miss the women's restroom (in the bar) with the stall with a view!
Restaurant has great food and an outstanding view. Service staff is professional and sommelier is knowledgeable and personable. The restaurant is connected to the Skyfall lounge, a bar with an equally great view and a great cocktail menu.
We went for restaurant week and enjoyed it! The portions were on the small side but everything we had was really good and the service was excellent. Great view of the city, too!
Amazing Vegas experience. Best service ever! We tried the the restaurant week menu and it was well worth it. You get 2 tapas sized appetizers, smaller sized entree and dessert! The octopus salad was perfect. Duck breast & lobster risotto was delicious. Amazing views of the strip around the restaurant. Highly recommend for a nice evening
I had dinner for restaurant week here this past weekend.
Our server Bianca delivered impeccable high caliber service.
To start the bread sticks and olive purée were beautiful presented, the olive focaccia bread was pillowy and delightful.
The food was absolutely exquisite! We tasted all 4 appetizers options and marinated sea bass and the Octopus were our favorite. The October was the perfect texture, well seasoned and the presentation was gorgeous. The see bass has the perfect amount of citrus with a hint of sweet mango. I also personally loved the Provençal caponata, I found myself just eating spoonfuls.
For our entrees I chose the the lobster risotto. It was by far the best risotto I have ever had, flawless consistency with light buttery flavor. My guest had the Paccheri Pasta with braised short rib. I did have the opportunity to taste hers as well. The short ribs were tender and the pasta perfectly al dente.
High quality and affordable . Not pretentious.
I know the prices are not on the site but that should not hold anyone back . A perfect limited menu .
We will absolutely go back !
If service was on par with the rest of the restaurant, it would be better than the restaurant it replaced. For now, except for the 5 star view and ambience, this restaurant has nothing to offer.
We’ve dined at Rivea on numerous occasions and this was by far disappointing at best. The menu selections are limited and the food quality was sub-par. The pizza appetizer was cold, bitter to taste and lacked flavor and the lobster risotto was very fishy.
There are too many outstanding dining options in Las Vegas and other than the view, this experience left a lot to be desired.
The views are gorgeous and the restaurant itself is beautiful.
The food was perfectly prepared while the service was impeccable.
Horrible service - an experience to forget
Great food, amazing view.
Spectacular evening out.
We had a couple drinks in the lounge while waiting for our table. The view from there is one of the best in Vegas.
Dodd and service were exceptional. I highly recommend the chic pea fries. Food quality and presentation are wort the price. This is a must see restaurant in Vegas.
After dinner we were given a tour of the wine cellar by the Sommelier.
Staff are professionals do knowledgeable on their product.
Amazing food. Service was excellent. We were seated near a window and had a lovely view of Vegas. We ordered the John Dory and the halibut. Both were delicious. We don’t typically order dessert but it did not disappoint. It was a beautiful presentation. Fabulous way to end our trip to Vegas.
Great staff. Amazing meal. Get the octopus.
Outdoor dining is unavailable if the temperature is above 100 at any point during the day. The food was good but overpriced for what is ultimately a fine place, just fine. The views are expansive but better of the mountains from the dining area--go before sunset to appreciate it because the lights are a ways away.
The duck is tender but a little chewy, though it is prepared with an excellent sauce.
Absolutely amazing food! Octopus & butterbean is still in my dreams. So amazingly cooked and tender. House special John Dory was a first for me and did it disappoint.
Booked 6:45 dinner rez for 9pm show which left plenty of time to enjoy dinner and watch the sun go down over the mountains. While also grabbing a drink after to watch the lights from the strip.
The main feature is the incredible food and staff while the view helps seal the deal. So some couples walk out because they were not seated by strip side. Boy did they miss out on a great food experience. TIP if you want to view the strip grab a drink before or after in the skyfall lounge which adjoins the RIVEA.
Excellent house Rose
Can’t wait to go back!
Fantastic meal on the outdoor patio at Rivea! Between the view, the food and the cocktails - it was a perfect evening. The pistachio crusted duck breast was sublime as was the lobster risotto. Book a table at sunset - you won’t be disappointed!
Food was fantastic and at a decent price point for what you get. Portions are reasonable though smaller than most Americans might expect. If you are a big eater you may need to order multiple dishes. My server was excellent and knowledgeable. We ate on the outdoor patio on a beautiful clear summer evening and the view was extraordinary. I highly recommend this restaurant, particularly if you can get the patio when the weather is nice. I will definitely be back.
I can’t say this place was outstanding for anything other than the view. Located on the 64th floor of the Delano, it has an amazing view of the city. That said, nothing else about it was particularly special. The food was good, but certainly not the most noteworthy part of the evening. The service was fine, but not engaging or in any way special. I wouldn’t say not to go, but if you’re in Vegas for anything less than 4 nights, use your time wisely and focus on other options.
Amazing views and food!
Not that great. And I really hate when waiters try to make you order the most expensive dish on the menu. Food size was small and quite expensive. Taste was just ok, not what you would expect for such a fancy and expensive place. The only thing great is the view.
Request table outside is the weather is good.
Great food and the indoor space was beautiful. The outside dining area is not very nice, nothing on the walls. The view is great and I would highly recommend the food.
Outstanding service. Wonderful food. Best view in Las Vegas. Such a pleasant surprise.
It was a great experience, all the servers were nice, accommodating and genuine
The food and the view are over the top. Have the John Dory it is heavenly
I had requested a window seat for our anniversary but none were available. Sat in the center. This was okay.
Ordered food and requested food too be delivered after we finished our drinks. Food came 5 minutes after the drinks came. We sent it bad. Waiter apologized. When the food arrived the second time, we didn’t receive the entire order. Again apologies. Nothing else offered.
Nothing was done special for our anniversary even though I had told them in our reservation.
The nightclub next door’s music was Very loud in the restaurant.
The staff was very friendly. The manager was very busy, and still stopped by to wish me a happy birthday. The food tasted great, and the waiter's recommendations were spot on. I look forward to returning for the great food and excellent views.
Fantastic service and personality are the essence of Rivea. The setting (60 stories high on top of the Delano) with views of the mountains and strip are as good as it gets. The food is excellent. Several great salads, excellent bass appetizer, and Midori chicken made for a fine dining experience. But the service really made it exceptional.
Excellent! The food, the staff and the view
