   Service was perfection and some of the food was great. Fish & chips was perfection, pizzas were good, beet salad was awesome, calamari & shrimp aps were too small portions, and the Caesar salad was not good...bland and lettuce was 'off'. Again, the service was lovely.

   Heavy on meat primarily beef. Limited variety in menu choices. Excellent aged steaks minimum price about $50

   The waitress was aces, the food was stellar. The options are perfect for American fare.

   When Ritual first opened people described it as a bit pretentious for Ukiah, whether that was true or not, our experience was that they now have a nice balance between casual bar fare dining with well prepared specials and salads for something a little more formal. Service was fine - a little on the slow side - but quite acceptable. I think it fills a nice niche between the fancier and pricier choices and the coffee shop /diner options in this small town. Street parking with can be a little challenging depending on day and time.

   The food and wine was excellent. We had burrata salad, gnocchi and ribs. We will definitely go back.

   Very nice meal, wait staff was attentive. We went early, so not very busy. I ordered the veggie burger -- and it was PURPLE! Never seen such a thing (made with beets, lentils and other ingredients) and it was DELICIOUS!

   We were in Ukiah and desperately searching for clean, healthy, organic, non-gmo food options. The Brewery was certified organic and we were disappointed to learn that it is no longer. Ritual is a decent substitute. They seem to be using a fair amount of good ingredients, but based on the way my body felt after dinner, I would say not everything is clean and organic. It was certainly better than the alternatives and if I was in the area again, I would consider going there.

   Nice dinner out with friends. Everything was great except we were put in front by window and it was so hot. We asked to turn the fans on but it still didn't cool down. Even the staff was fanning themselves.

    We enjoy coming to this restaurant for the dinner and the bar. The food is great and the service is so good that we keep coming back. The bar is great place to meet friends and the wine list is loaded with good wines.
