Ristorante Ti Amo Ratings and Reviews
Dinner went well, multiple courses, the starter and soup were excellent. Main course - the lasagna special - was not that tasty. The frutti di mare was excellent, as always. Dessert was outstanding the lemoncello dessert was nicely offset by the nutella crepe.
Alltogether it was a great meal.
I love going to Ti Amo. It casual and comfortable. The menu is great. Always a hard decision. And everything tasty. I had a reservation for 7 at 7:15 and we weren't seated until 7:45. And one special was sold out. Otherwise another nice meal with friends most who had never been there.
We've been many times - one of our favorites when in the valley. Food was good, as usual, but the crowd was extremely loud. Our service felt somewhat rushed, and we'd let them know that we were there to celebrate a birthday, which went unrecognized. I'm sure we will be back, but will ask for a table in a quieter location.
This was our first visit to Ti Amo, and it lived up to its excellent reputation. We did have difficulty finding the restaurant since our GPS could not locate Eagle/Vail, but we called the restaurant and received the directions we needed. The atmosphere was lovely - several small rooms, all cozy with Italian decor. The background music also reflected the Italian theme. ( So often background music detracts from the atmosphere of a restaurant.) Our server was Vicky. She gave us good advice in making our selections and was efficient, with a warm, friendly personality. The bread was made in-house and so delicious that we ordered a loaf to take home. The "local's dinner special" included a carafe of wine, salad and entree, a real value for about $25 per meal, especially since the meal was uniformly excellent. We added the mushroom/polenta appetizer, which we would recommend. It was a large helping, which we shared. I had the shrimp with sun-dried tomato pesto cream sauce on pasta, which was outstanding. My spouse had pollo scarpellielo, also delicious. We were too full for dessert but ordered tiramisu to take with us. It was light with wonderful flavor. We will definitely return when we are in Vail and recommend Ti Amo highly. My father was Italian and very selective when choosing a true Italian restaurant. He would have been very pleased with Ti Amo.
Ti Amo was fantastic, our server Vickie took great care of us despite being clearly very busy that night. Food was prompt and delicious. The restaurant is definitely noisy inside, but that doesn't detract from the romantic and comfortable vibe. We can't wait to go back, and absolutely recommend this place to all our friends.
Had a wonderful meal here with friends from out of town. They had their 7 month old child with them, the restaurant was very accommodating and put us in a quiet area where we weren't bothered and we weren't bothering others. Service was great, food was wonderful as always!
We greatly enjoy this place. We come out to Colorado 3 times per year and we don't miss the chance to eat here. The food is authentic and outstanding. The wine list and recommendations are wonderful. We have already made our reservations for our next trip out.
Seven of us dined at this gem (thank you trip advisor) with each one ordering a different entree'. All entrees were great but the pork chop was by far the best. Also a must if you visit is the portobello and polenta appetizer; it is out of this world. The service was great with the right amount of attentiveness without being obtrusive. Overall, would highly recommend.
