As a frequent patron of Lombardo's, I urge anyone who is considering this restaurant to book a reservation tonight. Wonderful Italian classics with new dishes featured regularly. Service is impeccable, ambiance is romantic and sophisticated, overall the experience is always five-star. Well done Lombardo's!

Went for date night with my wife, after 1st attempt delayed because of sickness. Arrived just before reservation time, promptly valeted, seated and coat check offered. Wife's salad was fantastic, her meal was terrific. My steak was not cooked to my request. A new steak was prepared. The waiter offered a free dessert and free after dinner drink. Which was nice to be pro active with customers, I would have preferred to have it removed from bill. Overall a fantastic dining experience

Great food and location. Lobster tail was fantastic, and the side of melted butter on a candle was a nice touch. Def a special occasion kind of spot.

The food is excellent. It doesn't matter your craving, they have something to satisfy it. The wine and cocktail list are expansive. Many different types of delicious and rare wines. The pricing is reasonable for the quality of the food, service, and ambiance. The only negetive part of my experience (and this is not at all a dig against Ristorante Lombardo) is that the refined level of dining attracts some quite rude and arrogant customers. My fiance and I sat next to a man and a woman enjoying a 6 course meal. The woman made comments (to her dining partner, not directly to us but audible enough to hear) on our wine selection, our choice to have a single entree and dessert. I heard her say people who were not willing to spend the money and time on a 6 course meal and rare wine do not deserve to eat at such an establishment. We should apparently be segregated from the more affluent diners. She also spoke somewhat rudely to her server. I don't care what level of society you come from, that is no way to treat wait staff as lovely as those from this restaurant and especially not other patrons.

Still the BEST in Western New York. Worth the drive from East Aurora!
