   What a wonderful dining experience - the ambience, service and food! The service we received from Alberto and Gadiel was superior. Our next visit to Cancun will definitely dine at Limoncello's! Thank you

   While the service was good 2 of our 4 meals were not up to expectations. The meat was dry and over cooked.

   Beautiful location on the water. They had piano music as well which was nice; however, we weren't able to hear it based on where we were and we were a group of 8 so we'll be back to listen another time! Service could have been a tad better. Party of 8 and they didn't ask about separate tickets and our bad for not reinforcing that but given they were not busy at all...it would have been nice for them to also ask. Initial bread service was hard as a rock. Again, waiter could have identified that and not brought it. We had to ask management for new bread and that was fantastic. Dishes were all over the board. My husband had lamb risotto which he felt was great. My lobster ravioli was definitely on the small side but tasty. Side table caesar salad was overpriced . Chicken parm was also hard as a rock. I really wanted to like this more than I did. We'll come back to try again and hopefully have far better service and food.

   We have been enjoying Limoncello for over 20 years. This year unfortunately we found out that they changed their menu and not for the better. First, they removed the fresh hot pita bread, we were surprised by this decision. They have also removed some items from their main menu. They did make the fish we have enjoyed, with an extra charge for the Livornese Sause. The food tasted good, but we may look for additional restaurants in Cancun during future visits

   They need to update their menu online. We went there for one dish my husband saw on the menu. It’s no longer available the waiter stated they have a new menu when my husband said something well it’s on your online menu the waiter was well that’s an old menu we haven’t had that dish in months. From that point on the waiter was poor didn’t tell us about any of the specials once we were served he never came back to check on us if we needed anything the young gentleman that was helping him (which the restaurant was not full even at prime time 6:45 pm) came back multiple times asking if we needed anything. The only time we saw the waiter after being served was when we asked for the check. He was very attentive to the two other tables he was serving

    We had a great waiter and wait staff. He was very attentive and explained all the menu items and wine list. The food was excellent.
