Really bad service. Reservation for 7PM but didn’t get seated for 25 minutes even though two groups coming after us did. Then didn’t see our waiter for another 15. Then the waiter was off drinking wine while we were waiting for our check?! They did try to make it up with a complimentary “amuse Bouche” aka ravioli of day when we were seated but not enough to make amends for the service we received after we were finally seated.
Again and again, our "go to" place. Love everything about it. Food is fantastic. Service is great. Love it!
Another great meal! Amanda, Colin, Wyatt in the front of the house..and those talented chefs in the back make for a fantastic dinner!!
They have a limited menu, food was very good. It took some time to be served, which I think was a mix of the kitchen and server. It was very good, not sure it we will go back.
Ristorante Giorgia has an atmosphere that is warm and welcoming. The food is exceptional and authentic. The service is top rate as well. This was not my first time there and the staff remembers everyone. I highly recommend Ristorante Giorgia.
My favorite great menu food and service - it’s a cozy little BYOB - Weekdays best
A hidden gem! Food & service was exceptional. Small but cozy. Will be back!
Authentic Italian cuisine with contemporary notes
Our server was excellent prepared courteous knowledgeable and very accommodating
I really don’t want to tell too many people about it . Love the charming ambience - it’s not gorgeous and it’s not updated . The food is the star of the show .
Enjoyed our fish and pasta entrees immensely
Appetizers were creative and beautiful to admire and to eat
Thank you !!!!
As always the food was exceptional ! So many specials to choose from that you never have to go to the menu...
Love the cozy small Tuscan setting and the food is amazing! Its all fresh and flavorful, and the service is excellent! Like that it is BYOB too.
Disappointed in the service-and the angle Hair shrimp special of the day was not very good- we could never get our servers attention, others helped , but it was annoying- and he rudely dropped off our check as we received our dessert, so we felt rushed- paid, finished and as we left no one even said goodbye or thank you- I do not think we complained or were rude or demanding so not sure why the staff was not friendlier. We didn’t even say anything when the busboy bumped my sons chair so hard he visibly bolted forward- so excuse me, sorry or acknowledgement- very off evening !!
Everything was perfect! Our server Colin, who has waited on us before, is knowledgeable and outstanding! Attentive without being there too much! Food is excellent! We love the fact that you can get small portions of pasta. Not being People who eat large amounts of food, we can get an appetizer plus a portion of pasta that was more than enough and delicious! Love it!
We are fast becoming "regulars!" The food is delicious..especially the cauliflower ravioli and the Sunday sauce. The service is friendly and very competent! Bring your appetite and a good bottle of wine. i would definitely advise a reservation!
Was greeted at the door by our waitress Amanda who was wonderful made us feel so welcome and she has a wonderful since of humor. They had many specials that were quite good. Food was good and will be going back very soon. Oh and the bus boy Jack was a wonderful addition to the night.
Terrific overall. Just still a little slow between apps and main. But food is so good and it’s a cool little space that it’s worth it.
We have been to Ristorante Giorgia multiple times and the food has always been spot on! The homemade pasta is amazing and the specials never disappoint.
The food is absolutely delicious and the choices are non-ending!
Went with 5 girlfriends. Everyone really enjoyed their meals. We all ordered from the evenings special menu. Everything was delicious. Wonderful cozy atmosphere on a cold winters night. We all agreed to go back again.
Service was perfect. It's BYOB.
The food choice was excellent and prepared just right! The service was terrific and the atmosphere led to an enjoyable evening.
Always great food.
Authentic, interesting and well prepared
Really enjoyed the food but found it a bit over priced for what we got (4 raviolis for $20+). Also, there were 8 of us and had very little elbow room.
Love love love it. Always a favorite. Frequent it often!
Food is always top notch...specials are very unique and well done.
Delicious. Always great service and the food is top notch!
Interesting selection of Italian dishes.
The preparations are unique, authentic
and selectively crafted to showcase all of the flavors of the food.
Always a great meal here!
Food and service were very good. Very small place so your tables are close together.
Been here many times, first time I was disappointed. Had the paparedelle with sausage and squash.. pasta was over cooked and tasteless, the squash was mush, sausage was the best part but was the only thing that stood out for taste in the dish. Had the suffed tomatoe with risotto for an app, and the arugula and pear salad, both adequate but not outstanding. My friends had chicken cacciatore and the other cannelloni with veal and spinach which they both said were good.
We went on a Monday night, it was quiet so I guess the chef was not in top form. Will try again, just hope it's not a trend for Georgia!
EXCELLENT- want to go back with my husband very very soon
We went with friends and everybody enjoyed the food and the service. The printed menu is great but I think the list of specials is probably just as long and very inventive and changes at the whim of the chef/owner.
Food wise one of the best in the area. Everything we had was superb. If you're in a hurry you should consider someplace else, that said the food made up for the wait. The place only has 12 tables and reservations need to be made well in advanced.
Giorgia is one of the few good restaurants in our area that is open on Mondays and my wife and I take advantage of that fact whenever we can. This past Monday we enjoyed a wonderful meal there. I tried a delicious stuffed zucchini as an appetizer while my wife had a special salad which was also excellent. My veal dish and my wife's monk fish special were both terrific as were our desserts. The service was very professional and extremely courteous. We highly recommend Giorgias.
The food was excellent as always. We do not live near this restaurant but when we are in the area we go here for dinner. This time we brought friends who had never been to Giorgia before and they loved it. The veal stuffed eggplant appetizer (a special) was delicious, as was my entree of mixed shell fish over home made spaghetti. My friend had the papardella with chopped shrimp, shitake mushrooms, and gorganzola which was excellent. I will continue to go to this restaurant anytime I am in the vicinity.
Great as usual. Will always return. The ravioli was delicious
First time eating at Giorgia. The restaurant is adorable with only 12 tables. The wait staff was extremely friendly and helpful. There were several specials with a wide variety. We chose a calamari appetizer which was excellent. The entrees were equally delicious and plentiful. We would definitely return and would recommend it to our friends.
The restaurant is very good and one of the best in and around Monmouth County. It's not NYC, but no restaurant in this area is NYC. That said, the menu (very creative) and the food (always very good) were way above standard. Go to this restaurant, you will not be disappointed - promise!
This was our first trip to Restaurant Georgia. It was wonderful. The food was fresh, well prepared and presented. We look forward to going back again. We've already made a reservation.
Ristorante Giorgia is "Best" restaurant in Monmouth County. The food is delicious, creative, and innovative.
