Izzy, our server was so gracious and had great recommendations to chose from. The ambiance was warm and inviting. Everyone was friendly and courteous. The mussel appetizer with crusty bread was delicious...unique. I had the divers scallops which melted in your mouth. The wine list is extensive and has something for every taste and budget. I would definitely recommend this place.

Outstanding food. Lamb chops, filet and cheese filled pasta was excellent. Chef is the best. Jeff Neuzil always is so hard working and attentive to everyone’s needs. He is a great asset to Grand Geneva and the reason we come so often. Always welcoming, professional and has outstanding team. When visiting we stay on property due to great staff. Bernie greated us with hugs and warm welcome at front desk. We have visited Grand Gevena over 25 years but the past three years have been the best with the current management. Great experience.

Our server was Issie and she was attentive and charming. My husband and I both ordered the sea bass and shared the calamari appetizer. Both dishes were excellent and the pesto sauce that came with them was divine.

Another wonderful meal at Brissago. This is a special occasion place for us. Great service, ambiance, food (taste and presentation). I had the duck and my husband had the branzino. He loved his Ceasar salad and my beet salad was delicious and beautifully presented. We celebrated my birthday and the cheesecake was rich creamy. Good wine list. We will be back.

Slight delay in food delivery which led to profuse apologies from our server as well as the manager. They covered our appetizer and two drinks; we appreciated their response. The food was OUTSTANDING, as was the service. We will absolutely be back. Mistakes happen, but their classy response more than compensated for the wait.

Everything was fantastic. Our server Tatiana was wonderful, food was fabulous and because it was our anniversary they surprised us with a very good cheesecake piece with Happy Anniversary on it. I would highly recommend.

All was good until time to pay. Both my dinner companion and I (we were splitting the bill) were charged multiple different amounts as if the server confused our table with another. The wrong charges were reversed but bot a good look on the restaurant or server.

Food and service very good. Restaurant decor needs attention and updating. Lampshades crooked, Clean tablecloth’s wrinkled and still put on. Strange to have server’s glasses, napkins and other service needs around sculpture on display in middle of room. Dors not add to the ambiance.

Our dinner was excellent and our server was aware of my gluten allergy and was able to suggest gluten free options for all of the courses. The restaurant even provided gluten free crackers with the bread service .

It's not all that great. The circus element is nice. However, it really falls short on the food. It is over cooked and not refined. The pasta, we think, is from frozen or made days before and reheated. The fish plate was way overcooked and loaded with too many artichokes! Someone threw green martini olives all over the plate like a child would, to impress their parents! For $120 plus tip is it best to stay away. We are not going back anytime soon. Thanks for nothing!

We’ve dined at Brissagos many times. This was the first where things were a bit off. Granted it was New Year’s Eve but starting dinner at 9pm, it took 45 minutes before bread was even brought to our table. When we spoke to the Manager about the slow service and other tables being served even though they arrived after us, we were told it was our fault for ordering a bottle of wine as this was pointed at for causing the slow down. The waiter apologized so that was appreciated. The drunken table next to us loudly blurting out a string of f-bombs the entire meal made for one interesting dining experience. That and a different drunken guy passed out on the sofa near the restaurant just added to the night. But again…it was New Year’s Eve so you just try to roll with it.

Amazing from start to finish. Drinks and service excellent. I had the pasta carbonara which was amazing, huge portion! Hubby had a strip steak which he said was cooked perfectly. Calamari was cooked to perfection and served with a pesto type sauce, delish! Cheesecake was best I've ever had
