Celebrated our 11 year anniversary here. Great food, great service and very friendly host. Can’t wait to go back.

The ragu is out of this world outstanding! I basically licked my plate clean. The youth menu was thoughtfully laid out and perfect for our 9- and 10-year-old kids. My husband and I both had the Peanut Butter Bomb for dessert which was amazing!
The server never offered Parmesan cheese for the Caesar salad that one person in the party was having. Also, the female servers all wore ties, similar to what men wear. That being said, why don’t the men wear skirts and blouses? Women should wear women’s attire. The ties are sexist and don’t add anything to either the women or the ambience.
Meals were different with good variety for all 5 courses with reasonable prices . Food was all very good
and service excellent.

It was good but no one told us it was a fixed 5 course wine dinner till we were at the front door
I took my boyfriend to Ristorante Brissago for their Valentine's Day special and it was sooooo delicious! The wine pairing along with the food was definitely worth the price and the service was excellent! We will be going back again! By the way, I recommend the truffle ravioli pouches...they were to die for!
We love this place! The new chef has created a wonderful new menu and the food is delicious! We come back every year.
Our experience there was lovely however we sat next to a table of four people talking business who were a bit loud made our experience a little disappointing
The atmosphere is very warm and inviting. The menu has a good yet unusual variety of items to choose from. Our waitress was good but at one point overlooked an option for one of our party members and came off a little rude when asked about it. I'm willing to overlook that since everything else was fantastic.

We had a wonderful experience! When I made the reservation I explained that we were celebrating my parents anniversary. The waitress acknowledged this when she introduced herself and gave them a rose. The manager came to congratulate them as well. It was a special meal and we were treated very well. At the end of the meal they brought tiramisu to the table to complete the celebration. We definitely recommend this restaurant! Thank you for a special evening!
We enjoyed it. A different type of italian cusine. It was not your usual pasta dishes. Also price of our bottle of chanti was not that far off from a store bought one if we went to Binny's. The atmosphere was pleasent not loud music so you can't hear the server or your guest. Table was nice not shown a table for 4 for just the 2 of us. They have tables for two already set up.
There were many families with small children and some with school aged children at our 8 pm
Reservation. A family sitting next to us had school aged children who were poorly behaved, wearing a robe, PJs and slippers that came off during the meal so that her bare feet could rest on the chair next to her. Food was dropped onto the floor with no regard. I addressed this with the manager who stated that the dress code is resort casual and the behavior she did not see so she could not address. They comped our dessert which was a nice gesture but was not what I brought attention to the issue for. We have come to this restaurant annually and this was by far the worst experience as far as ambiance. The food was prepared nicely but difficult to enjoy. Just beware when coming on a weekend with families.
This is a great restaurant. We eat there every time we're in Lake Geneva. The food is great. My ribeye steak was cooked perfectly! Our server, Julia was fantastic.

The food was amazing and our server was REALLY GREAT. She told us her name but I am drawing a blank but I want to say Grace...... None the less she was really wonderful and on top of things. She also had great suggestions for both food and wine.

Limited menu- chicken lemon had strange presentation with small pieces of dark chicken meat piled on the sliced chicken breast- the risotto was okay but linguine would have been a better choice.
The asparagus salad was good but the calamari was just ok and we prefer cocktail or tomato sauce with it-
And on a Friday night a restaurant with no specials is disappointing!

The food was great, but what really made the experience was the service. Our sever, Juliette, made excellent recommendations and truly made the evening enjoyable. She was attentive, accommodating, and a delight. Thank you for the birthday dessert and the wonderful meal/evening. Looking forward to returning.
My wife and I had a rare night away from our kids while staying at the Timber Ridge Lodge and we had a wonderful meal. All the food was delicious and we enjoyed some unexpected flavor combinations. Look forward to going back as soon as we can.
Really poor experience. We visit the grand Geneva every year and they just can’t get the consistency right. Every entree was wrong. We waited over an hour and a half between appetizer and entree course. And then some of the entrees were wrong or poorly executed. The service was terrible. Our waitress clueless and even spoke to the manager. Similarly unimpressed. We look for only average when we dine here but this was just bad. And it’s expensive. Get it together grand Geneva. Chophouse was great. The cafe also terrible.
Such a lovely place. Perhaps study Kohler to get some service tips?
Tatiana, not sure of the spelling here. She was our server and was good, but they had her serving to many customers. I usually tip 20% but this time it was a little annoying that we had difficulty finding our server. I still tipped 15% percent, on retrospect I should have tipped less.

The entire experience from check in to leaving was seamless and perfect! Our server was Titania who was simply lovely! The food was amazing, I had the fillet and my husband had the salmon *the best he has ever had. Do not miss this restaurant if you are in the area.
We were there last year for Thanksgiving.This year was better,no too much busy,servis was excellent and food amazing.Very high class place,but nothing over expencive.GREAT Italian restaurant!!!!
Experience was great nice mood and staff was excellent friendly and helpful food came hot and in a exceptional time and beautiful presentation. Although the dish I had wasn’t what I expected it said short ribs but it looked like a pasta dish with a meat sauce and spicy Italian sausage and was very spicy which it didn’t say that on the menu
The food was good but not amazing for the price, other than the Truffle Sacchetti. This was to die for and should be offered in a larger as an entree.
