Tatiana was our wait staff, she was absolutely one of the best we have ever had the privilege of meeting.
Very personable, knowledgeable.
I had the seared scallops and they were outstanding
The food was outstanding! Fresh, well prepared and excellent presentation. Service was great with out being intrusive. Highly recommend!
Food and ambiance was perfect and Tatiana our server was even better! So pampered ❤️
Great, went early and all courses were timed to perfection great black cherry old fashioned
What an enjoyable date night with my husband. Great atmosphere, food was spectacular! Great place, we will be back!
The ambience was great not only for family but also for couple. The food was also tasty. Since we are Asian, we do not like strong taste like popular Americanized Italian food. But, this restaurant serves very delicate dish. Also, the tiramisu was great in terms of soft and mild texture. The price is reasonable! The server was very friendly and suggested the best dishes for the first comers like us. I strongly recommend this restaurant.
The host was congenial, and the waitress was excellent. The food selection was limited, which was disappointing. We ordered the rigatoni entree. The sauce, pasta, and meat were tasty. The sausage was spicy. For an appetizer we ordered the three raviolis($12), not worth it. Because it was a special occasion our table was decorated with rose petals, and I received a red rose. Also, the tiramisu was on the house. It was incredibly delicious. The ambiance was perfect.
It took almost 25 minutes to get our drinks. Our server blames it on the bartender, however the drinks were ready for at least 10 minutes before she brought them over. She offered us bread, and then after asking for it three more times it finally came out with our food.... an hour and a half after being seated.
Excellent rack of lamb and my wife said the branzino (crispy skin sea bass) was the best she has ever had. Also split a pasta puttanesca with calamari which was excellent. Bottle of Barbaresco, finished with vaniila bean gelato. Great service! You wouldn't think you'd find great Italian in a resort, but Grand Geneva seems to do everything well.
Excellent service and meal.
Excellent Italian restaurant. Sitting by the window you have a beautiful view of part of the grand Geneva property. Service was very good.
Great food and great service, went above and beyond to make sure we had a good anniversary dinner, will be a a must for the next time we are in town
Service was excellent and atmosphere is always enjoyable. Food was exceptional, with the exception of dessert. I was underwhelmed with my panna cotta.
Had a wonderful dining experience!! Service and food were outstanding! We would definitely dine there again in the future!! Our waitress was so sweet and attentive but not too intrusive and very accommodating!!
They gave us a server who had a huge table in a separate room. A couple that was seated after us already had food and our order had not even been taken. It was not pleasant being at a table next to the big party. It was very loud.
Food is very good.
It was my parent's 60th wedding anniversary and they were fantastic taking care of us!
For our 33rd anniversary we had dinner at Ristorante Brissago at Grand Geneva. The food was top notch and the service was excellent. Our server, Tatiana, carefully explained the key items in the menu which made our selections very easy. Each plate was brought out in a well timed pace and we enjoyed each one immensely. Even though we are an hour away, I can see coming back in the near future.
Everything we ordered was delicious. Superb Italian foods and service was top notch. Very quiet and beautiful ambiance to enjoy with your lady.
Thank you for making our special night amazing!
The service was top notch. The waitress was very informative as to the menu and asked if we had any questions concerning our meal choice. The meal was served very timely as each course followed one another in good order. I will certainly visit again.
We stayed at the resort and had a great experience at Brissago. The very best part was our server who was one of the best servers we have ever had ANYWHERE. Extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. Very impressive!
The staff was awesome!
Great service, delicious food! All round thumbs up!!! We will be back!!
One child has severe peanut , tree nut, shellfish allergy
The food was pretty decent, after we waited 1 1/2 hours once we were seated top get the main meal. The apps came quickly, but then waited an additional hour or more for the main meal to arrive. No explanation from the server of why a delay. Some customers seated after us and they finished their meals and left before we were served our main meal.
My wife and I enjoy were seeking a quiet romantic upscale dinner location while enjoying a long weekend in the Lake Geneva area. Ristorante' Brissago was recommended to us by my son who resides in the area. We intentionally made early reservations (6:00 pm) to enjoy some quiet time. Upon entering the restaurant were promptly seated at a table for two at a glass wall overlooking the Grand Geneva hotel lobby - which was fine and our server appeared immediately. Because of the early reservation, there was literally no other guests in the restaurant! Before getting to enjoy our drinks a large group of people entered the restaurant and the maître d suddenly appeared and summoned a group of servers immediately adjacent to our table to rearrange and assemble 4 tables together to accommodate this group of people who were celebrating an anniversary and therefore consisted of children and adults of all ages. Mind you, this seating arrangement could have logistically set up anywhere in the large unoccupied restaurant. What possessed him to set this up next to our table is unbelievable. The group was noisy as you would expect, leading my wife and I to hardly hear what each other was saying.
The food was just ok. The homemade pasta was very good as you would expect from an Italian restaurant, but the sauce on the lobster entre left a lot to be desired. Our server was attentive. This establishment and the hotel markets this restaurant as a "fine dining" experience. Trust me, I would describe our entire experience from a management and culinary experience for the money paid as another Olive Garden franchise.
Fantastic food! The filet was wonderful, sangria was delicious and our server was very kind! Overall great experience!
Excellent service, wine and food and great ambiance. Worth a visit if looking for a great restaurant.
Excellent service. Nice wine list, great food. Quiet ambiance conducive for conversation.
Excellent food, service, and atmosphere. Menu is different from upscale Italian restaurants.
Everything was excellent
Welcomed by the Host. Attentive servers. Very enjoyable experience. The restaurant manager visited our table which was very nice.
This restaurant was SUPERB! The calamari was out of this world -- the best we've ever had. The salads wee crisp and delicious. The entrees were innovative and wonderful (I had the Divers Scallops and it was a very generous portion). The service was high end. Our waitress, Rebecca, was attentive and provided impeccable service.
Amazing chef and staff. Eclectic, gourmet and mouth watering entree's and appetizers. Great staff, and stunning view of the golf course. Highly recommend.
Food was outstanding. I'm italian and from chicago and used to homemade italian food, and I have to say that i put this restaurant in my top 10 italian restaurants. Great food great ambiance.
Great food and a beautiful restaurant. Caesar salad was delicious and lobster pasta was too!
The service was impeccable. We were treated very well. The server was attentive but not bothersome. She was knowledgeable of the menu and gracious with her service. The food was very good, but probably a bit pricey for the convenience of not leaving the resort for a nice dinner.
Our 4th Anniversary. Always first class service. Rose petals scattered at our window table
When we arrived. The homemade pasta small plates are awesome. Both entrees (scallops and rack of
Lamb) were perfectly cooked. Experienced waitress, is efficient and genuinely cordial in all ways.
Nothing on the menu is disappointing.
If the pasta had not been a bit dry, it would have been a 5. Noise level was normal and we could actually hear the tabby conversation. On another note, the dress code says ‘business casual.’ If you say it - ENFORCE IT. Two women at the next table we’re so inappropriately dressed I couldn’t believe they were allowed in. Sorry, but we all know what trashy looks like (except those 2). ENFORCE YOUR POLICY!!!!
