Only menu choice is a four course prix fixe. Way too much food for us. One course is sufficient for our taste. There’s a good and interesting range of options within each course but again we sent back more uneaten food than I care to think about. The menu changes as the chef explores various Italian regions. Last night was Perugia. The food is very intensely flavored. I don’t recall being as dissatisfied on previous visits to Ristorante Bartolotta. In fact sitting on the lovely terrace during the pandemic the food was right proportioned, seasoned and prepared thoughtfully.
this was a truly lovely dinner selected from a very interesting menu of the cuisine of Puglia.
We have always come here for our anniversary. Always an amazing experience. So much wonderful value for what you pay. We love it!
While I was looking forward to our dinner, I was disappointed in the menu. There was only choice, a 4 course meal for $65. If we would have know that, we would not have gone and as long as that is their menu plan, we won't be returning. Our food was fine, but there were no course options that were appealing to us.
The food is excellent and the staff is fantastic! Bartolotta’s is alway outstanding!
Amazing! Delicious! Fresh ingredients. Authentic. Love the flavor of Italy theme. Incredible service.
We always go to a Bartolotta’s for our birthdays /anniversary’s and are never let down. Always worth it!
The atmosphere was quaint, like a little Italian restaurant you see on travel tv. Food taste and proportions were good except my wife and I both thought the main dinner choices could have been a little more substantial. Like my dish was a fish stew. It seemed to us more like just a soup. But overall a very pleasant experience.
Fabulous dinner once again!
Service and ambience both very nice. Unfortunately the food was a disappointment. Several dishes were good; none outstanding; and two of us had the lamb entree which was almost inedible - very tough and lacking flavor.
Great food, great friendly professional knowledgeable staff,
Wonderful food and service. Beautiful outdoor setting!! We loved it!
We had a wonderful table outside and the service was great but the food was a major disappointment. The pasta dish some of us got was too salty to enjoy, the lamb dish we got was described by our waiter as "the best thing he'd ever eaten" was mediocre at best. My husbands lamb arrived super rare and was still rare after he sent it back to get cooked more. The outdoor patio was wonderful and the wait staff was excellent.
There were three of us for Dinner on Saturday 6/11/21.
We were greeted and sat at the Bar to eat at 8pm.
Scott the Bartender, was also our Server. He explained the Menu and
offered suggestions. The four course meal was Fantastic.
Scott even made us an Ernest Hemmingway Daiquiri for an "after
Wonderful dinner but not much service
The food was delicious. The beverages were amazing. The ambience was romantic and delightful. I loved the idea of having a 4 course meal planned out for us, with a few choices for us to make.
Great choices for a 4 course prix fixe menu. The region of Italy changes every few weeks. Very nice outdoor courtyard seating and excellent service. Our group of 4 all ordered different items for the 4 courses, all dishes were excellent. Seafood and meat equally we'll-prepared.
Loved the regional prix fixe of the month concept. This month it was The Naples and Amalfi coast region. Excellent seafood based choices. You get a full four courses. We’ll likely be back for next month’s Puglia region selections.
Beautiful place and lovely food!
The food was alarmingly average considering the expense.
Service was very good and the ambiance was nice. But for the cost, it does not warrant a return.
Nice dinner. Could have used more atmosphere. Good service.
Wonderful place, amazing food
The food, service and ambience was outstanding. So great to get back out again and enjoy the dining experience.
What can I say....my favorite restaurant!! Consistent service, food and ambiance. 5 star all the way around. You must visit if you haven’t and if you have, go again!!
Fantastic restaurant with Italian food that was scratch-made and a thoughtfully curated menu. Great cocktails and wines. Great service. Great Covid protocols. A lovely experience and we will definitely be back for more!
Another wonderful dinner at Ristorante. Great staff, great food, love the patio. Feels good to be back out enjoying a wonderful Bartolotta experience.
Perfect way to celebrate our 47th wedding anniversary.
As always, everything was done perfectly. Sadly, the weather didn’t allow for La Terrace, our favorite setting.
I thought the Cacio e Pepe had a bit too much ‘sauce’ but my husband seemed to like it that way. From the Classic Spritz to Tiramisu…delicious!
John, Tony & Michelle made our dining experience memorable. We were celebrating a Family Birthday and they went above and beyond to accommodate us. Thanks to all!!
Our meal was delicious and timed out perfectly. Staff was attentive and very friendly. Can’t wait to go back!
I was disappointed in my table. When they called to confirm my reservation and asked If we were ambulatory for the upstairs I replied yes, "I just don't want to be in the corner by the kitchen". Well, I was seated behind a curtain next to the waitstaff station so my anniversary dinner was to the background of waitstaff talking and clattering dishes. I looked around and saw numerous 2 tops unoccupied. When I made the reservation 5-7 days earlier I stated it was a special occasion, and requested a later time if any cancellations occured. I understand not being able to accommodate the later time but I don't understand the table location, probably the worst in the restaurant when others were available. Food was excellent, service great. Next time I will walk out if seated there.

This dinner was for a romantic birthday with my wife. Unfortunately this meal and experience was very disappointing. Have eaten there in the past and everything was excellent.
It began with not being able to eat in the main dining room. We were paraded down the block to eat in the upstairs of their closed pizza place. This room has little character and is bright and not romantic. The manager came to speak with us, and attempted to convince us this was the as the main room. My advice, just DEMAND to be in the main dining room with your reservation.
The meal was a 4 course regional prix fare. The main course was over cooked (well done lamb and ridiculously tough rib) . Certainly not worth the price.
At this time I just cannot recommend the restaurant. Perhaps once the COVID capacity restrictions are gone, it will get back to its former self.
Really good overall experience. Excellent food and service.
We requested the corner booth for my wife. It was not available. My daughter’s Filet was medium rare and she wanted medium. In retrospect, the waitress did not ask how my wife and daughter wanted their Filets prepared.
Portions were good and the main plate was substantial and delicious.
Having a preset option of menus for a flat fee of $65 is a reasonable concept.
However, adding surcharges onto an already overpriced menu is not reasonable and or justifiable.
In addition, we had a similar dinner at Lake Park and it was significantly less food even on the main plate. They also had unreasonable surcharges, certainly not warranted.
Finally, Ristorante issued dining reward points and Lake Park did not. I have been a member of the dining rewards program since it’s inception and dare no reason why one restaurant would offer reward points and the other won’t. Should be consistent to demonstrate customer value and loyalty for patronage.
Thanks for asking.
Mothers Day Brunch. We had both excellent service and delicious food.
The 4 course meal was delicious and enjoyable and my wife loved it! Since it was a surprise for Mother's day, she was so happy that I took her there to celebrate...
Outstanding meal, great service and a very safe environment! Could not ask for more.
The new experience of eating a dinner from a specific region of Italy was very interesting and a great way to expand your palate.
Ristorante keeps on getting better every time we visit. The four-course menus that feature a different region of Italy are superb. Not only do you enjoy exquisite food selections, but you learn about specialties unique to each region of Italy. Come and check out Ristorante Barlotta today, you won't be disappointed!!
Good food, but the tables are cramped and they rush you.
