Ristorante Allegria
Great food, great service, great overall restaurant. Can't wait to return.
About the best spaghetti with meat sauce in the valley & the grilled chicken Caesar salad was just right
It’s a nice restaurant to go and catch up with friends and family. They got a huge tent outside that is super super heated which was super nice (doesn’t even feel like your sitting outside).
I went there on a weekend, so it was super busy, kinda loud, the service wasn’t the best and the food is alright nothing super special.
In general it’s not a bad place to grab lunch/dinner on a normal weekend/weekday.
Dinner was awesome!
Our experience at this beautiful restaurant was outstanding. This was the venue of our very first date eight years ago and it did not disappoint. The staff is lovely and the food is incredible. I ordered the house special as did my partner. Highly recommend! The venue is beautiful and romantic.
From drinks to desert- everything was amazing! The staff was attentive and so kind. This is such a great spot to dine, probably my favorite place in Napa to eat!
Loved the setting and atmosphere. Had a great get together with friends. Will be back.
Lovely evening
I took my girlfriend for our 2 year anniversary and it was the best meal we’ve both had in over a year. The wild mushroom ravioli with the Italian sausage was the best dish of the night by far but the filet was well worth the value. Service was amazing and they were fast with clearing and getting us ready for the next course.
Yummy food and drinks! Good prices too. Great for lunch or dinner!
The food was amazing! Perfect date night or a night out with friends.
Very good food. Pacing a little slow. Sever sort of disappeaeed for 15 min after entrees served. Good portion sizes
Appetizer: Mussels
Dinner: Napa cabbage salad with prawns
Gnocchi was under cooked chicken was over cooked. Espresso was cold. Bread pudding was excellent.
Table next to us started playing music on their phone. Ridiculously rude.
High quality ingredients and excellent flavors, definitely recommend a visit when you’re in the area
For a cold night dining outside it was great! Cozy radiant heating, covered with stylish seating arrangements. Plus wonderful food, perfect, thanks!!
Fantastic service. Came during COVID and felt very comfortable outside (under a heated tent). Service was incredible. Pappardelle was INCREDIBLE.
I ordered penne pasta and was served spaghetti pasta. Pasta was over cooked. Hostess sat couple direct next to us, the couple had two dogs and there were approximately 20 vacant tables. I like dogs but I would rather not eat right next to them but also with Covid outbreak recently this was not social distancing. The lady was approximately 2 feet back to back. I should have said something but didn't want to be rude and it shouldn't be my responsibility to do that, the hostess should have done a better job. Management should do better training.
Given that we are still under Covid restrictions, the restaurant ahs reconfigured their patio to still be cozy and 'indoor' like ambiance.
Food came piping hot which was very welcome, pasta dishes are really outstanding and the bread pudding desert can be highly recommended
This was our third time to Ristorante Allegria in about 3 months. Each time has been wonderful. I was worried about being cold with the outdoor dining during dinner. But there were plenty of heaters and we were completely comfortable. Love the menu, the food, and wonderful service! This is definitely one of our new favorites (even though we live over an hour away)!!
Outstanding food and service even with Covid kudos to the ownership for providing an awesome experience in tough times.
They have a lovely area for outside dining. The staff is careful and attentive in the food is great. They have lots of heaters available in case it’s chilly. The seating is at the side of the building so it’s not as noisy as being right on the street.
Lovely restaurant with delicious food and great service!
Dining inside and outside is available.
Delicious! Plenty of heaters for the outdoor space!
I wasn’t impressed with the food- it lacked flavor! At the cost, I would prefer a more flavorable entree. I also didn’t care for the sauce for that accompanied the bread appetizer. It would’ve been better paired with oil and a little cheese mixture
We made a reservation which was able to be seated quickly. We decided for outside with the warm temp. They did have the heaters on which was great but almost to the side of too warm. Music was playing in the background which was great but was way too loud and almost made you feel you had to yell to talk to anyone. The food was phenomenal!!!!! Will definitely eat here again.
The staff is wonderful. We had great service. The food is extremely overpriced. The taste and eloquence of the dishes do not meet value of the exorbitant cost. A simple pasta dish is $24.50, its taste, value and presentation I would place at $15.00 tops. I absolutely do not mind paying upwards of $75 per dish if the quality is there to match, but in this case it was not even close. For the same price you can dine at Bouchon Bistro (actually for less)(A Thomas Keller Restaurant) and receive food quality that would impress the pickiest diner. In summary, the quality of food does not justify the high prices. One of the advantages of the Napa Valley: it is one of the food capitals of the world so you have numerous choices. I would recommend you skip Allegria. There are far better restaurants to choose from.
The food was really delicious and cooked perfectly. Great service and ambiance.
The food was not what I expected. There was an olive oil for the bread that was so overwhelming with red onion that we couldn’t eat it. The menu is limited.
They did not observe Covid19 guidelines. The bar area was packed and the restaurant tables were to close. When we explained we were not comfortable inside they advised they could not accommodate us outside. The food quality was just ok
The food was so unbelievable. Service outstanding. Can’t wait to go back with family and friends
Nicely presented restaurant inside and out. Today at lunch, we ate inside at a cozy table near the front. Complimentary bread along with a wonderful grilled onion in olive oil dip were brought. The pasta is always a good choice - fresh and good size portions. Service is friendly and helpful.
The bread was presented with a flavorful topping. We enjoyed our filet mignons, garlic-mashed potatoes, and broccoli. The complimentary sorbet for my daughter's birthday was a pleasant surprise. We will definitely come back to try their homemade pastas, too.
Always consistent, great food, fabulous service. Highly recommended 👌
Always a great experience... the waitstaff was so helpful and courteous. The food is outstanding!
Excellent food and the service is outstanding. The food comes so fast, sometimes too fast. I order a salad and 2 minutes later it's on the table. Strange flow of food service. I don't order my entree now until I'm finished with my salad.
I love that entrees are HOT, they are fresh and brought to the table immediately so I may enjoy the HOT food. Excellent! Thank you all for your continued great service.
Order the crab cakes!!
Always a great place to eat.....inside and out! Food great
and being in an OLD BANK has a great feeling!
This place is so mediocre. It’s clearly a tourist trap and the people giving it five stars don’t actually know good food. Save you’re money and head to Yountville.
Excellent every time. Love this restaurant!!! Everything is awesome, some of my favorites include Napa cabbage salad, mushroom ravioli, pasta frutti de Mari, and OMG don’t leave without the bread pudding with vanilla gelato. :-)
