   My friend and I went here before during Restaurant Week, now we went to "Dine around Seattle" week and once again, were not disappointed. 5 small plates to share initially and both of us actually liked the pea soup. We were shocked--as neither of us like pea soup--but this must not have been pea soup. I think that little experience shows you how good the food is! After the 5 plates, Then a main course and dessert. We shared a bottle of wine, and had a most enjoyable dining experience. Admittedly, the 5 plates and fixed price dinner was due to the special, but we wouldn't hesitate to come here again. Parking is always a challenge in this neighborhood--give yourself time to find one.

   I've never had a bad meal at this restaurant. We happened on a special deal night (3 course for $33). They had 5 items in the appetizer section, all served to everyone. This meant a lot of food and all of it delicious.

   Went for restaurant week. Had 5 shared starters could've skipped the lettuce with mild dressing and the Chickpea salad which lacked any distinct flavor. Only memorable one was the toasted bread with white bean spread. My girlfriend had the steak with jerusalem artichokes. Cooked perfectly and nice combo of ingredients and sauce. I had the pasta with housemade lamb and mint sausage. I'm not a sausage fan but tried anyway and it was delicious! Slightly crispy edges and a mild lamb/mint flavor with perfectly cooked pasta.

   Tried Rione XIII for Dine Our Seattle and really enjoyed it. I appreciated how seriously this place takes food and drinks. Their fresh take on familiar menu items such as gnocchi, pizza, rigatoni and the like (even salads) hit all the right notes and more. Their cocktails and desserts (perhaps the best Tiramisu I've had in Seattle!) were just as carefully crafted and presented. The service was excellent --- attentive and swift. The only negative thing I'd say is that the window-side seats where we sat were quite drafty and a bit cold. But that said, I would definitely come back here.

   We had a fantastic dining experience at RioneXIII. Food was beautifully presented, great selection, delicious, and service was exquisite!!! Definitely is a repeat!!!!

   What an exceptional find this was. We had considered going else where this evening but at the almost last minute decided to give Rione a try. And we were delighted with the entrue evening experience. Will definitely go back. Awesome food. Great variety. Unique dishes. Loved the atmosphere. Host and server, authentic and wonderful.

   The food was very good but the room was very cold. My entire family was very cold throughout the meal. When she seated us it was right by the front door and she said that was the only 4 top she had. I'm not sure if it would have been any warmer at a different table. I would go back in the summer but not in the winter.

    We really enjoyed the small plates, but just felt like the mains were okay. Service was excellent! Would recommend to just order the small plates.
