Ringside continues to exceed expectations on all fronts and provide a customer experience worth dining at as often as possible.

Ringside is a marvelous dining experience. It is possibly the finest steak house in Portland.

We originally had an outdoor reservation. We called and changed it to indoor at an earlier time. They placed us outside when we arrived saying that it changed because of the new rules. Upon leaving we saw that every table was full. So much for 25% capacity. One of my twin filets was well done and I didn’t finish it. There was absolutely nothing about our meal that warranted the price. We were very disappointed. Our waitress was great.

Service can be spotty. And we felt rushed to leave though dessert had not arrived and there was 40 minutes til closing. Next time we’ll book an earlier time.

Extremely disappointed in quality of food. Not the the old Ringside whatsoever. Maybe they changed their source of steaks that cost then less, but not for their customers. Steak was meh, potato undercooked👎 but the onion rings were perfect as always. Miss the good ol' days at Ringside.

We dined on the new Covid friendly outdoor area. Very well done with plenty of space heaters. Food and service were great as always.

Slow service, half hour before salad showed up... salad was missing thing and was marginal. After salad waiter said he need to put in our food order. Prime rib was good.. but needed to get dessert to go

I absolutely loved the place this place was incredible and my waiter was extremely sweet and nice. Everybody was welcoming. My food was very great and delicious. I will be coming back again. Thanks for everything.

Old style elegance as usual. They never disappoint!

We were so happy to be able to visit the Ringside again, this year for Easter! My father-in-law loved his ribeye, and I had the filet mignon medallions Oscar style. The Chef had a fresh catch of Dungeoness crab, that were an unbelievable pair with the medallions! The kid was very happy with his crab, the husband with his halibut and the trimmings, and the shrimp cocktail was perfect. The service is always great at the Ringside, and Sunday was no exception. One thing I really appreciate about the Ringside is that they clean up the crumbs between courses, versus repeatedly during the meal. The latter is a bit much and it disrupts the flow of dinner. Our favorite steakhouse in Portland. I hope you try it for yourself!

Everything we wanted it to be. First time, and not last. Staff was amazing. Food unbelievable. They were cautious and kind. It was anniversary and first time in 13 months eating out. Tables were far apart. Facility spotless. It was a perfect meal and perfect experience. Loved the whole night.

Was so happy to be able to eat in again!! It was as good as I remember!

Ringside has changed. Food not prepared as requested, took too long and two of the three of us were sick all night long after our meal. We have been going to Ringside for many many years but probably wont again for a long time, if ever.

Salty steak, overcooked potato, and waiter forgot several items. Did not ask to wait.

Steak was cooked perfectly but unfortunately they made it so salty it affected the flavor

always the best service and food. Had one of the best lobster tails ever!

Great except for the time it took to get my drink. I ordered brandy on the rocks and go well whiskey. Did not say anything.

I’ve been going to the ringside for a very long time and it’s always a wonderful experience. This time - my fault- I should have sent my steak back. I ordered rare and it was medium rare and for being a Prime filet, it was a bit chewy. I have had filets at ringside before that are absolutely delicious but not this time. Everyone else’s dinners were great so I think I just got the “not a good steak “ filet. I’d try the filet again but I wasn’t satisfied that it was any better than choice would have been! Otherwise, service was fabulous along with attentive wait staff. Thanks, Mary

I have eaten hear for over 50 years. Last week's experience was the best ever. Tremendous service by the service team from the moment you arrive until you depart. Steller food options. The onion rings remain the best in the state, the wedge salads are cold and fresh, the steaks are outstanding and cooked perfectly. The lobster mashed potatoes are a delight along with the carrots and string beans with carmelized onions and nuts. The Cream Brulee is always great as was the sorbet. For a special dinner, this the place we select. One of the best wine lists in the state though you can bring your own special bottles too. You can never go wrong at The Ringside. Every single time your party will see culinary perfection.
