   Everything was absolutely outstanding The best meal we’ve had in many years Our appetizers were scallops, beef tartare , oysters Mains: venison , halibut and salmon and the not to be missed sticky toffee pudding for dessert

   I regret that I didn't get our servers name, but she was wonderful. We dined at RimRock on Friday, May 02, 2025 at 6pm. Every employee was wonderful, friendly and welcoming. She was perfectly attentive! They refilled your waters every time they saw them empty. I ordered the: seafood antipasto, wild salmon and chocolate ganach cake. The seafood antipasto was absolutely delicious. It's one of those dishes that you need to take a small bite, close your eyes and savor the taste! The smoked halibut was delectable. The salmon tartare was so fresh! The tuna was absolutely tantalizing! And the jumbo shrimp was fantastic! The wild salmon dish came with a side of mashed potatoes, and sautéed vegetables. It sounds basic, but it was far from it! You will not be disappointed if you dine here. It was out first time and I will absolutely be back every time we come to town! The drinks were amazing! At the end, I ordered "Sin City," and if you like coffee, this is absolutely the drink for you! It was so well made. The entire experience was immaculate. I don't have a single complaint!

   We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The food was lovely. The meat was cooked perfectly, and the mixed grill entree option is a must try! Our server Raul was lovely, very attentive.

   Outstanding food, incredible service. The freshness of the seafood, the quality ion the meats, the inventiveness of the cuisine, the flavours.... Rim Rock never disappoints

   Absolutely the best meal I had over the four days I was up at Whistler ! The competition lagged behind ! FYI - the service at all three restaurants was outstanding ! Wished someone had told me that Wildblue is over the top noisy and has no windows !

   we really enjoyed the spring menu. so many choices to choose from. Loved the clams, the bread the fabulous desserts and memorable cocktails. i want to return do that we can try the other features. high end meals for great value
