Ridgway Bar & Grill
Good Value. Our section was a bit busy, so waited a bit.
Nice folks, good food.
Our waiter, Michael, was awesome...attentive, made great recommendations and was just delightful! We’ll definitely be back!
Ridgeway is one of my “go to “ restaurants in Naples. I usually have great service and waitstaff are usually very friendly. Upon this visit, that was not true. The food and ambiance were great as always, but the visit was marred by a very unfriendly, unhelpful, inattentive waiter.
Good service great food as always
I’ve been to the Ridgeway many times with my elderly Mother. She requested to go there for Mother’s Day because she loves their spinach salad with pears. The food is consistently good. My problem on this special day was with our server...he absolutely ignored our table of two in favor of several larger parties. From taking our order to getting our food he was very nonchalant while being attentive to others. It actually got funny. When I asked for extra salad dressing it took almost 20 minutes to get it. He walked by me several times while my uneaten salad sat there in front of me. All I can say is “Michael, I know you have worked there as a server for many years but this Mother’s Day you really let us down.”
I still left you a decent tip but I really shouldn’t have.
This was a Mother’s Day Brunch. The atmosphere was festive and fun. Every women received a huge heart shaped cookie with frosting and “Mom” emblazoned O’N the top. A great time, with good standards. Everyone of our table of five was very satisfied.
For the price we paid, the food came to the table cold and the service was extremely slow. Just not worth it in my opinion.
It is our go to place in Naples. Quick lunch or fancy dinner it is all good.
Love the atmosphere and the food is awesome! One of my all time favorite places to eat in Naples!
Everything was excellent! My new favorite while on vacation
Our waiter was a little grumpy. Overall we had a good time...good food, good value
Always a good meal at Ridgway. Blackened Mahi is outstanding, as was the Tuscan bean soup and carrot cake. And it is no wonder, as the owner, Tony, is always there.
Good food. The waitress east fantastic.
She went out of her way for our friend with MS. She brought an extra plate and cut up her food into bite size pieces.
Kudos to a caring person.
The atmosphere eating outside in the garden was fantastic. The food was mediocre and overpriced.
The food and service were terribly sub-par. Both I and another party sent back our entrees as uneatable. Sadly, after doing so, no one from management ever came to our table to ask to address the issue.
Always really great food, quality service and a variety of atmospheres. Loved everything we have ever tried here.
Outstanding, will be back
Overall good restaurant but overpriced like most restaurants in Naples
Appetizers were very good but main course needs improvement drastically!!!!
Deserts nothing special
Outstanding food and service in a beautiful setting.
Our server was excellent, the setting was beautiful and 4 out of our 6 meals were really very, very good. Two of our guests however ordered the lamb loin special and both said it was so tough that it was truly inedible. Once again our server handled the situation extremely well and very discretely offered them both an alternative. One opted for a fish choice which she said was good but the second decided to just let it go. We will definitely return as Ridgeway's is one of our favourite restaurants but sadly one of the ones for whom it was a bad experience is unlikely to return.
We were entertaining friends from our home state of New Jersey and they had never been to Ridgway, so we introduce them to the restaurant and they loved everything about it.
It’s our favorite place
Bob & Trish
One of our favorites. Love having the choice of the 2 early dining menus and eating on the porch. Great food choices and service is always on top of everything and very accomodating. Wine list is very diverse. Wish there were more choices by the glass.
Fantastic as usual. Suki and Tony have a true Olde Naples gem. Never change.
It was a wonderful experience on every level-the food, service, and atmosphere. The selections on the menu were amazing. We sat in the garden area of the restaurant and it was so pleasant. Our party of 4 each enjoyed their meal. This is my third time back this season and I plan on returning.
Sat outside on lovely garden patio. Didn’t appreciate seeing a dog at table level at the table next to us. I don’t mind them under the table but propped up in a buggy just didn’t work for me. Not your fault. Just rude guests.
Always dependable. Great old school menu which is great in these days of less is supposed to be more cuisine.
Best waitress very accommodating we only had an hour and a half before we left for the airport
She was awesome
I got to have my favorite mussels! They make the best
A relaxed place where the food is always Great!!!
Service suggestions are never wrong!!
Lovely as always.
We like going to Ridgeway when we are in town bc the food is always predictable/ very good, they have an expansive menu to choose from, and there are always reservations available bc it has a fairly large amount of seating. This Saturday night we ate here, we had a superb server, Rhonda. She was very attentive and nice and helpful. Highly recommend. We are going back tonight with family!
I had called to ask for outside seating thinking of the area in the garden which is truly outside. Upon arrival, I asked specifically to sit in the garden area and was told that each area had it’s own title and “outside “ was considered the front porch which I was not happy with. I asked if we could sit in the garden and was told my seating was elsewhere. I think the person could have tried to accommodate us or offered an option. So, the atmosphere started out bad. The food was disappointing. My fish plate came out Luke warm and had to be sent back for re-heating.
My husband had the salmon which was so dry it was almost inedible. He ate the rest of my dinner. Wanted to enjoy this evening as it was our last nite in Naples and will probably never return. Too bad as I was really looking forward to eating in “ the garden “.
These people know what they’re doing
Even though my reservations stated it was for a birthday and it wasn’t acknowledged, we had a great time. Waiter was professional and precise. We will be back.
Everything is first class, but very noisy. Try to get a table in the garden.
Great atmosphere, very good pot pie, but way overpriced
One of Naple’s consistently good restaurants. Been going there over 30 years and hope I make another 30 more.
Liz was a fabulous waitress and made us feel so welcome and happy. The salmon and fried green tomatoes were perfect.
Thank you Liz!
A busy Sunday brunch time, and we showed up with our two large, albeit fairly well-behaved, dogs. Delightful service, excellent food. Will return (with the dogs).
Always polite and accommodating employees from reception to servers to busing. The food is always consistently prepared. The chicken pot pie is always a favorite and the best in Naples.
We tried the early bid/prix fixe menu. For starters we thoroughly enjoyed the Blue cheese, fig jam and crostini appetizer. A much bigger portion of blue cheese than we expected.
Main courses were filet mignon with Demi sauce , shrimp and grouper on ramen noodles and yellow fin red snapper. All were very good.
Server described the preparations of the food very well. We were not rushed and enjoyed our meal.
