A Naples tradition , RIDGEWAY never fails to live up to its reputation. The food was delicious and our server was excellent. The music in the bar was entertaining but not loud enough to overtake your conversation . A seat on the porch in good weather makes you feel as if you were dining in someone’s backyard . We will be back!

Excellent as always. Wonderful menu, beautiful atmosphere. It was too chilly to sit on the terrace this time, but the view from the windows was lovely.

We were delighted, once again, to enjoy a lovely, tasty dinner with out of town friends at Ridgeway. The service was exceptional and the food never fails to be interesting and delicious .

PEI mussels with garlic, wine and tomato sauce were good. Fresh pan searned snapper was great. Desert was terrible. Tables lined up by window in porch were okay but we did not enjoy the conversation from the table next to us.

Disappointing. Food was overpriced and service was not up to the standards expected given menu prices. We tried it, but we don’t plan on returning.

First time at Ridgeway. Have walked by many times and thought it looked like a vibrant place. The night we went was cold so had to sit inside which I think is a negative. My food ( short ribs) were very good but there was a mixup in another friends order (which the server dealt with quickly) and my husband said his burger was disgusting! Other than that the prices were very high for not high end food and atmosphere.

Went for New Year’s Eve. This was the 3rd year in a row that I ate at this restaurant for New Years. Last two times I had a nice time this time, not so much. The food took an hour and half to come out. It sat on the stand across from our table for 10 minutes before I asked for it to be placed on the table. The food was lukewarm. Our waitress was sick with a horrible uncontrollable cough. Won’t be going back next year.

It was one of favorites for years but Dec 31,2017 ended that. Very understaffed. Waited for everything far too long. Getting a drink was pure effort. Food quality has fallen below their once higher standards. Overpriced for the service and food served. Manager only compt us when I suggested it. New or absentee owners obviously. So many other choices to dine. I suggest looking elsewhere.

We were at Ridgeway for New Years Eve. The hostess struggled to find our open table recommendation but we still got a table, by the kitchen door. It was a prefix menu that evening but two small courses for $50.00 seemed a little much. Ridgeway has good food just don’t expect much food when you dine there.

Shrimp over cooked and bland. Prime rib dull and too rare.

New Yrs Eve - great waitperson and nice table for 2. Drinks fine. Appetizers terrific, prime rib entree solid, blackened swordfish dry and disappointing - we almost always have excellent food experience here, so go figure. Kitchen probably overloaded this evening.

I have never had a bad meal at Ridgway until tonight. Their meatloaf, which I love, was awful. It was also not hot when it was served. I had to ask our waitress to take it back and warm it up. Service could and has been better. When we were seated it wasn’t busy, as it filled up, our service got spotty.

A friend took me out for my birthday and it just wasn’t the experience I was expecting.

Our meals were delicious! I had the sauteed snapper piccata. My husband had the crab cake dinner. We both thoroughly enjoyed our dinner. Waitstaff was great. However, I did it think was a little pricey.

Where do I start? I made a reservation through open table and when checking in were told table wasn't ready. We were offered a table inside? No thank you we responded can we sit on the other patio? Manager said yes it's open seating but we will escort you there. We were set in the court yard next to the fountain. It was cold because the heater wasn't on and were given no menus? After sitting 20 minutes with no acknowledgement we went to the hostess stand and ask for a server. The manager was not apologetic, just said he would send someone. Finally a bartender approached us and said he would be with us soon. I said could you at least get us a drink? He said sure and got them quickly and said he would be back soon. Now 45 minutes later still no food still no server? We again went to the hostess stand to complain. They sent a girl over who seemed annoyed and hurriedly took our order. The thing is I know you were busy but there was no teamwork and there was no concern or silence of urgency. There was not even a sincere apology. We were going to have a nice dinner with a nice bottle of wine and enjoy the atmosphere but stopped short with appetizers and one glass of wine after the horrible experience.. Note to owner..Get a hostess that getsgets water's without being asked , hustles and has a general concern for your customers. Get a manager who directs his staff and compensates your customers for bad experiences. A simple table touch with a sincere apology and perhaps a comped app or glass of wine. It doesn't take much to recapture a upset customer. This was a complete failure.

We have eaten times over the years and were always pretty happy. Service is always just OK. Snapper piccata was good drinks , but the prices are outrageous for the food. Food. 35-42 for grilled fish. We probably won’t be back again. There are so many other places in Naples with better food, service, and ambiance.

We were a party of six, and had a very good meal. All of us felt sorry for our waitress, who was very nice, but swamped that night with several large parties, and bussing service that was not supportive. She compensated very well, was always pleasant, and our experience, overall, was a good one. We love coming to this restaurant when we are in Naples, and look forward to our next visit!

Very unfortunate evening . I live local and entertain professionally and personally and talked my family into going there for dinner on their last night in town. We waited over an hour and 15 min and did not receive our meals. The server just threw her hands up in the air and pointed to all the tables around us and said their’s is late, their’s is late and their’s is late. We left and I left cash on the table for a side salad my sister ate. I went to speak to the managing partner who I saw was there and he wouldn’t come out of the back. I guess I’d stay in the back too if I provided such poor service. Very Disappointing.

This was the only open table place available in the 3rd Street area on a busy holiday. We enjoyed it a lot. Good Kid and family friendly food and a great cocktail list. Food was good, and waitress even better. She was very accommodating and friendly.

I hate to write this because Ridgeway has always been a favorite of ours for years, especially when my family visits me in Naples, but nine of us were there for dinner and the food was not good at all. Most of us ordered appetizers or shared an entree, just two wines and a cocktail were served, no dessert and yet the check came to an outrageous amount! My appetizer mussels, were very fishy so I chose not to eat them, server never asked me if they were alright when he took the whole uneaten plate away. Will not return, especially with all the good restaurants in the area.

This is our annual trip for Christmas Dinner. Service was poor and very expensive for a relatively simple meal. In fact, the most experience meal of any other restaurant we have gone to and we didn't even have alcohol! Very disappointed in the overall experience and will not make it the annual Christmas dinner moving forward!

$31 turkey dinners served quickly, barely warm, canned gravy, stovetop stuffing, shriveled green beans. Army mess hall does much better. Unfortunately, we were seated next to a table with an apparent dementia suffering person...not the restaurants fault. Our bill was not detailed so we were apparently charged $22 for one NA beer and a small glass of warm well wine...seems high. The ambience is nice here but the service, presentation and fast shuffle were not high quality
