It was lovely as always. Friendly people who believe in customer service.
An incredible dining experience! The food was magnificent and the customer service was phenomenal! I have no complaints at all!
Whenever you want to impress and enjoy - Rick Erwin's is the place. Took great friends from Chicago and they thoroughly loved the experience. A terrific way to introduce Greenville; a even better way to consume wonderful food, great atmosphere, eat a your own pace luxury. The elegant surrounding are never too noisy; you can actually carry on a good conversation. Always a pleasure. Thank you Rick for Nantucket and many other impressive locations.
Left a review on Trip Advisor and posted today -- very good.
Nice Sunday experience. Food was good as was the service and ambiance.
My Friends and I really enjoyed our dinner! First time for them all and they LOVED the food as well as our server Jason! He was awesome it was total of 9 of us and he was on point with everything!!! It was so good I came back the next day for Sunday brunch and it was so delicious! I normally do not like buffets BUT this was so awesome!!
Dining was another great experience here like always!! Everything was on point as usual!
The crab soup had no visible crab in it.
The lobster stuffed with crab was mostly breading
The swordfish was dry.
The mussels were not rated well by our guests.
Your prices are waaay too high for sub par food.
My gluten free guest ordered broccoli instead of the asparagus and potato cake
And it came with the both of those items and no broccoli......very disappointed.
We will not be back..
My friends and I went before "The Color People". It was 5 of us on Friday night, and all of us enjoyed our meals. The food was hot and delicious. Service was outstanding. The price was much lower than we expected and it was plentiful. I couldn't eat all mine. I definitely intend to go again.
Always a great dining experience. Wonderful service and ambience. Delicious and food prepared perfectly.
We have been to both Rick Erwin's Nantucket and Rick Erwin's West End Grill and both are among the finest, if not the finest restaurants in Greenville. On our most recent visit to Nantucket, the food was excellent and the restaurant looked quite lovely that Sunday evening. The restaurant was not full and we enjoyed the quiet atmosphere. By the way, most of our group had the chef's seafood special and the plates were beautifully prepared and presented, cooked to perfection and delicious. We will be back again.
Went here for Sunday brunch. The food was very good, with a nice variety of dishes to choose from. However, I expected more seafood items since this is a seafood restaurant.
Great value ( $) for a brunch buffet
The branch was exceptional! Large variety and great quality of products. Everything was perfect.
Das Ambiente ist spitze. Sehr angenehm.
Das Essen ist ok. Clam Chowder könnte besser sein. Für weniger Geld bekommt man in Greenville besseres Essen, insgesamt lohnt sich aber ein Besuch, vor allem wegen der Atmosphäre.
Wife and I dine there Saturday night and are meal was great. We were very impressed with our meal. Just the right amount and the temperature of are meal was really good. The one disappointing thing for me was I ordered the wedge salad with Clemson blue cheese dressing. The wedge had just a little drizzle of dressing. I guess it was best, I might not of be able to finish my swordfish. The waiter we had was great and very informative about the downtown scene.
Celebrated my husband's birthday there...wonderful dinner. Thanks
Fine dining with bar like service.
Wine glasses were empty many times and the bottle was not close in order to help ourselves. Server went quickly on a personal and buddy like behavior...can’t imagine anyone is looking for that on a fine dining occasion. Bill was incorrect by $40 (a main dish was charged twice). Valet parking changed every single setting on the car, temperature, light setting,...not a good experience overall.
Very nice and food was delicious
Everyone friendly and helpful
Service and food was fantastic. Definitely will return.
Nantucket has the best bread of any restaurant in Greenville.Food is consistently very good and the location is wonderful.Staff is friendly-Kimberly Black stopped by our table to chat for a few minutes. We had a 7 year old with us and everyone was accommodating to his needs. My favorite restaurant in Greenville
We had a wonderful dining experience at Nantucket. The scallops with asparagus and crab meat were the standout among the dishes we ordered. Lauren, our server, was outstanding as well -knowledgeable about the offerings, attentive and went that extra mile to make our evening special!
Great service and food!
This was a last minute idea as we had a very stressful last few days. The overall experience was worth every penny spent and time. The front of the house and the back of the house was impeccable. Our waiter was on point for everything. He brought out the head chef so I could thank him for the excellent food. The next time I am in that area from S Fla, I will definitely come back.
We live in Asheville and were in Greenville for a concert. We picked Rick Erwin's because we prefer seafood. We were surprised that it was a "white tablecloth" kind of place (though thankfully most patrons were as casually dressed as we were that night) but that turned out to be a very good surprise. We experienced great service and fine meals. We shared a special that night (scallops, lobster, crabcake) which was just right for two along with the salads we each ordered. It was a great start to a fun evening in Greenville. Hate to give this tip to others, but we actually valeted our car there, and took Lyft back and forth from Bon Secours. That was also a pleasant surprise as we really had no plan to do that. It all worked like magic. (Downside: valet closes too early to be fully secure that staying until the end of the concert will work. We left before the end to make sure we were OK.)
The staff was very nice , was our anniversary and my wife had to send her shrimp and grits back . Like something you would get at a frozen section in the supper market .May have been due to late in the evening, but if your open the back off the house should be the best they can be . Sorry Rick I hear you you have high standards and several locations, maybe just a off night :(
Service and food was outstanding.
Service and Food sub par for this price level. We stared at our dirty appetizer plates for over 30 minutes before finally asking to have them removed.
Peace center with friends
Everything was well done. Excellent service, terrific food, good portions and ambiance. Great for special occurrences.
We had a wonderful dinner for our 36th wedding anniversary. The atmosphere, service and food was outstanding. We will spend future special occasions there.
Very Good! The scallops are awesome.
Food was really delicious! Service was great as well. Entertained friends from out of town and they were impressed!
Thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at Rick Erwin’s Nantucket Seafood Market. Lauren was our server and she was wonderful—very personable, attentive without hovering, and helped make our meal experience that much more pleasurable. The food was delicious and we liked the option of ordering an entree in two different serving sizes. The smaller portion was perfect for both of us and it left us room for dessert. We were able to relax and have another drink after dinner without feeling like we needed to rush to free up the table. Would definitely recommend dinner here for a special occasion or before attending an event at Peace Center.
Service top notch
Food was excellent
My only complaint was that my filet was undercooked. It still tasted good and I did not send it back but it was not what I had ordered. The other meals at our table were good.
We eat at Nantucket a good bit (all of Rick's restaurants) but this was the first time we have had brunch. We were more than happy with the food. It was amazing and we are already planning our next brunch! We were not happy with our server. We had to ask for drink refills as our glasses and coffee ran empty several times and plates were not cleared quickly. We generally just did not see our server very often. Very unusual for Nantucket. Typically we have more than enough to drink and dirty plates are cleared away quickly. We typically have wonderful service and I assume it was just an off day for our server. It will not affect our patronage to the restaurant. We know that not every experience can be perfect.
Absolutely love the Sunday Brunch at Nantuckets...it is our family's monthly outing.
The food was good, but did not match the experience we had at Rick Erwin's West End Grill. Service seemed to be rushed even though we arrived late in the evening (8:15 PM).
My husband and I loved this restaurant. Food was great! Service was great. Bartender was attentive.
