We did not know outfront that the restaurant validates parking there was no sign outside that we saw that was visible staining them stacked so we ended up paying $20 to park nearby in an event parking when we could’ve parked with free valet service at the hotel The restaurant located in. The restaurant wouldn’t validate the $20 we spent park nearby. Also my scallops came out with a hair on them. it was small so I just pulled off and did not tell waiter , but it was clearly visible and you think the food is there , there would be better quality control. So portions are very small and overpriced. Chophouse 47 has much better pricing portions for the same value with more involved servers. Would go to chophouse 47 as it’s much better overall in my opinion.

I can’t think of a bad dinner ever at Nantucket. I highly recommend it! However, I went to brunch this past Sunday and I was extremely disappointed. I think they need to either make some drastic changes or scrap brunch all together. Most of the food was luke warm. The biscuits were like rocks and our waiter pretty much forgot about us and our drink orders. Brunch is pretty hard to screw up, I’ll never be back other than for dinner.

Be aware that when you request outdoor seating, it is beside an area where kids are playing. We were unaware of this, but the staff was very understanding and moved us inside. Wonderful food and staff.

Food was very good. Service was a bit slow to bring us their specialty cocktail list then to bring us our drinks, but really no big deal. What I am actually a bit upset over is how they packed our leftover food. We had 2 entrees for 2 people that were not finished plus a side order. They packed them all together in one box without asking. The entrees and side were not cheap, and I assumed they packed them individually. They brought it back to the table in a large bag and I did not realise there was only one box until I got home. This is unacceptable for an Applebees and completely unacceptable for a very nice restaurant like Rick Erwin's.

Attended the Billy Currington concert at the Peace Center we decided to book a table at Rick Erwin’s because our schedules we rarely get time off together, Our server Natasha was excellent as well as efficient, the food was quick to the table , well presented and excellent flavor! I had the scallop roscotto and my wife had shrimp and cod plate! Thankyou Rick Erwin’s Nantucket for an awesome date before the concert!

Food was wonderful, served with professionalism and enjoyable server who enhanced the evening.
The soup was outstanding and both fish dishes were great.

The main thing we felt most important at this dining experience, was our server Jason. My wife and I have been dieting and reducing our intake of carbs, and Jason know exactly what that meant, and made sure our dinner was perfect, which it was!

I am not sure what has changed since Summer/Fall of 2017, but steak (filet) and macaroni and cheese definitely different than previous and no flavor. Presentation of steak was also different. Maybe there is a new chef? This used to be my "go to" for every Peace Center event but it has fallen off.

We dined here before a concert across the street. Had 6pm reservation and were seated promptly. Hubby started with the garden green salad, which he enjoyed. I had the clam chowder which was excellent. The rosemary bread for the table was yummy. We both chose the trout for our main course, and it was excellent! He had the coconut cream pie for desert and I had the key lime pie, both were very good. Our server Jason was attentive but not pushy, we did have a short wait for the check, but the restaurant had gotten quite busy by then. Definitely look forward to returning.

I start radiation treatments next week so my husband thought we should have a special night out beforehand.
Jason, our server, was excellent! He was friendly, attentive and knowledgeable about the menu without being overbearing.
We both had she crab soup and rated it a 10 out of 10. The extra warm sherry made it special. My husband had the triple seafood platter and thoroughly enjoyed it. I have a strong allergic reaction to lobster so Jason arranged for me to have the fillet and lobster tail changed to filet Oscar with whipped potatoes , asparagus and mixed spring vegetables. The steak was a little under done for me and I would have liked a little more of the sauce but enjoyed it overall. Instead of dessert I had a Gaelic coffee (similar to an Irish coffee but with Drambuie instead of Jamesons). Excellent! A very pleasant experience before going to see Mama Mia at Center Stage. (Remember to get your valet parking ticket validated!! Left our car there while we went to the show)

Service was amazing! I started out with a Caesar salad & for my entree I had the grouper served with rice, Hoppin John & Brussels. It was really good except the Brussels were very salty. Everyone enjoyed their meal and the nice staff.

I was very disappointed in my Easter Sunday visit. Open table was not accurate in the description of menu options and as a result we ended up with group reservations for a Brunch that was closing 15 min after our reservation time. Wait staff stood around looking impatiently at our group as we attempted to make an enjoyable meal out of cold chix tenders, overcooked waffles and bacon, omelet station with no notion of more than one cheese option and the few pieces of shrimp left at the edge of the serving dish. Wanted to leave but could find no other place in the area that could accommodate our group. Left hungry and disgusted. Previous experiences have not been like this so thought it was a good dinner option.

We really enjoyed Easter Brunch at Rick Erwin's Nantucket Seafood Restaurant. The food was very good and the service top-notch. I wish there could have been some gluten-free options for breads and desserts, but I don't find that at most restaurants. However, that won't stop us from returning!

We were seated away from everyone else, we had come a little early in the evening (6:15pm), and were seated on the opposite side of the greenway area, even though there were plenty of tables available there, and no one on the other side where we were. Food was not that great, high-priced, and service wasn't good either. No reason to ever back back here again.

Food was unbelievable! And the service we received from our waitress (Victoria) was top notch. Everything was perfect. She found out we were celebrating a special occasion & made the night even better with some extra touches all on her own. We also had the pleasure of meeting Rick Erwin himself. We wouldn’t have changed a thing about our night. Looking forward to going back & also trying out his other establishments. Do not delay on dining at Nantucket. You will not be disappointed!

We were celebrating our anniversary and ate at Nantucket and then went next door to a concert at the Peace Center after dinner. The staff was great - and they let us leave our leftovers at the restaurant and come back and get it after the concert. They saw us the minute we walked back in and came and brought us the to go bag, and then gave us a complimentary glass of champagne and an anniversary card signed by their team as a celebration gesture. Overall it was a great experience. Good food, great service and hospitality.

We had a group of six for a brunch prior to our daughters cello recital. We did arrive at 1 pm so I’m guessing the main rush was over. I do LOVE Nantucket for dinner and the brunch food was good. The service was a bit slow with clearing the plates and the coffee wasn’t hot anymore. However the staff was friendly!

Another observation is that it may be time for some detailed housekeeping/cleaning. The wooden walls have food splatters on them, some dust has collected in places that aren’t used everyday. It’s like living in your own space for years where you just don’t see certain things anymore. Nantucket has a fine reputation and we will return.
Would still gladly recommend to friends and family!
