Specializing in New Mexican Cuisine. Richardson’s concept has been around since 1988. Known for our red and green chile and our outstanding carne adovada. Our menu includes a variety of salads, appetizers, pastas, soup of the day and main entrees. Daily specials are written on our blackboards. And we also offer an extensive wine by the glass and reserve selection. We take reservations for parties of four or more.

Did not appreciate being told this isn’t a restaurant for kids as soon as we walked in with our toddler son just because they didn’t have any high chairs. End of the day, we were able to attach the travel high chair we have to the table and our son did GREAT. Probably better behaved than most adults. Food is so-so for the cost. We were told if we were hungry not to share, but the servings are massive… so save yourself some cost and share your dishes. None of us finished our meals.

I haven't been here in years and it was just as wonderful as I remember. Had brunch with friends and we are all full and happy. First of all, if you love guacamole you will be so happy ordering this appetizer. I get annoyed by overuse of the word fresh in reviews, but don't know what else to say here. So fresh. A beautiful creamy guacamole with add ins of diced tomatoes, diced jalapeños and green chile sauce, plus a huge bowl of some of the best chips ever. We all ordered breakfast burritos. Delicious. Tons of Options. Absolutely Huge. I ordered enchiladas to go for my husband and I am having some more of my huge burrito for dinner. Service is fantastic, friendly and very helpful. The restaurant is beautiful, comfortable nd feels so private. We will be back again soon.

One of our go-to spots that rarely disappoints. Unfortunately, service on this particular visit fell short of expectations, from start to finish. The food was wonderful as always!

We had an inside table for 6 reserved. We were seated at an outside table for 14. For a large party this would have been great- for our group is was awkward and impossible to have a conversation or to hear each other. I asked politely to speak to a manager. When she finally came out she very angrily said she was having another table cleaned up for us. She gave no apology, no understanding of customer service and was just rude. For an upscale, established restaurant I expect more from a manager.

Food was exceptional. Our waitress Amanda was the best . Brought friends from Santa Fe that had never been there . They loved it too. Very fun evening ! Could use more bartenders, drinks were very slow coming out .

Amanda, our waitstaff was great. It was her first night working and she did a great job. She was happy and helpful. Also she was very attentive. When it got super busy other people chipped in to help because she was new and busy. The food came out very hot and quickly!! It was a good experience with delicious food.

Food was good, but it took so long for drinks and mains it somewhat ruined the evening. Appetizers came out fairly quickly, then over an hour for main courses. It was over 2.5 hours for two rounds of drinks, apps and mains. Far too long for this type of fare. Good was good, but the extreme wait times put a damper on the entire experience. I wouldn't be racing back as the food wasn't anything special or memorable. But it was tasty.

We love not only Richardson’s but Dick’s Hideaway as well. When we come to Phoenix this restaurant is on our list. Great menu without of this world flavor surrounded by a crew happy to serve without getting in the way. When we stay with friends, Richardson’s is our gift to thank them for their hospitality. Try something new each time and be pleasantly surprised.
