Food was good although there certainly are Neapolitan restaurants that are just as good/better. Service unfortunately was poor. The wait stuff kept constantly bumping into the chair of one person in our party as they walked by. No doubt accidental, and NY restaurants tend to be tighter space wise, but there certainly was enough space to pass through and made for an uncomfortable experience. Busboy kept trying to take stuff of the table that was still being enjoyed and when ordering another round of drinks, half the order was missed and took a while to get corrected. Overall will not come back

The pizza wasn’t cooked enough. The sauce and toppings were good but there was no crisp, each slice was falling apart and too floppy, it was hard to even hold the slice without it collapsing

The decibel level of the music was far too loud as I found it difficult to hear the person sitting across from me at my table. This was disappointing. While the ingredients were tasty, the pizza we ordered was room temperature when served. This was also disappointing. I expected a better experience based on the positive reviews…

I was appreciative to get a reservation for 8 at the last minute! But about 15 minutes after being seated, I was called on my cell by the hostess inquiring why I wasn't at the restaurant. It was SO loud in the restaurant that I couldn't hear the hostess. She realized that she had called me and came over to tell me "You must have made two reservations" which I found to be an odd thing to say to a customer who had been seated for 15 minutes (hosting a party of 8) on a reservation booked through Open Table in which you can only book one reservation, and was just accusatory as an opening line.

We had a reservation outside in cabana. Heaters didn’t work , def an afterthought This place came highly recommended food was ok. You def need to sit inside to add the ambience and feel Like the food is better then it is. Won’t go back

Incredible pizza and pasta. Very crowded and loud. Service was OK due to waiter seeming to be overwhelmed. Also, a different server elbowed me in the back of the head because the tables are so close together. Overall, food was excellent. I will definitely go again.

We were told to leave our table for other incoming reservations after only being at our table for 1 hour. We have come here on several occasions because my fiance is dairy and gluten free (this is her favorite pizza), and this was a dinner celebration for her 30th birthday. I have worked in the food service industry for several years, and this kind of treatment is wildly rude and misinformed. We will not be returning.

Had a business lunch at Ribalta and was pleasantly surprised with everything. The service was on point - friendly, relaxed, not intrusive but there in an instant when needed. We ordered a couple of pizzas to share, my associate was vegetarian and there were a few good options - we ordered two and both were delicious but one was exceptional and featured a thinly shaved zuchinni that was stunning. Will definitely return. One note - they didn't seem to use the OpenTable system (or there was some communication issue) but we had no trouble getting seated. Ambiance was really great and we were able to sit and talk for quite some time.
