Best pizza so far!
As always one of the best pizza in NYC, great selection in the meat and cheese platter! Our server Valeria was attentive and present. Will be back soon.
Finally I found a place in New York City where you can eat pizza as in Italy. Authentic and excellent!
arrived 10 minutes early for reservation, ended up waiting for 40 minutes while 5-6 parties who arrived after us were seated before us
Awesome food and service. Will be returning often!!
Since we discovered Ribalta 2 years ago, we became regular customers. The food is an authentic italian experience and the environment is always so welcoming and warm....top spot in NYC!
fantastic pizza . great quality and I like the customization available with toppings to add to 2 different basis
white or red pizza
this is our favorite place. food is amazing. always fresh and consistent
Arrived 15 minutes early for reservation but wasn’t seated until 35 minutes past reservation time.
The pizzas were average at best, especially by NYC standards
La pizzeria per gli italiani a New York. Assolutamente da provare la pizza col tartufo “Nobile”
Importantly, as I wanted to be able to hear and be heard by my dining partner, I requested that we be seated in the quietest area of the restaurant which tends to get very lively but also loud. Fortunately, we ate on the later end of a Saturday evening (9:30) AND were seated in a little set apart area of the restaurant which definitely helped lower the ambient sounds. Our waiter was lovely, attentive while not intrusive, i.e., wonderful. I think drinks are overpriced, pizza was very good, not superb....our experience was lovely, overall and I have been there before, will certainly return!
We love Ribalta. Their authentic Italian food is delicious. The staff are friendly and attentive. There is a great energy at Ribalta.
I love this place and I've been so often that I know the menu by heart. Romantic dinner, 20 people group dinner or family dinner: it's always been a success!
Ribalta is an OK spot. The service was very good and the atmosphere is pleasant. I just was not wild about the pizza. The crust was not at all firm and crisp. The flavors were ok, but nothing to get excited about. I feel there are better brick and coal oven pizza spots in NYC.
Very authentic and no fuss, down to earth napolitan restaurant with amazing pizzas , fast and efficient service and good wine. I have also tried the pasta which was exceptional and I really feel like I am in Naples again when I visit. Very nice staff and always give me a decent table.
My family loves coming here, it's great to find a place in Union Square that can accommodate groups of 6 or people. The pizza is fresh and delicious, and the service is always friendly and helpful.
Very authentic Neapolitan pizza, pasta, small dishes. Among the best Neapolitan-style pizza in NYC. They should lose the music, however. The room is noisy and "energetic" enough without it. The tables are very, very close. Not relaxing, but worth putting up with the din and the cramped space for the glorious food, and they have Moretti La Rossa.
It was ok. Better pizza in area. Mixed clientele. But open table has verrrrry inflated reviews in general btw.
Service was very good. Food was good ... but not outstanding.
Noise level hi.
Why I can’t recommend eating there ... very uncomfortable seating. Too scrunched up ... no place to put your coat or bag. My coat wound up falling out of booth and onto floor several times. I don’t get it ... why don’t restaurant designers take these practical issues into account? They didn’t even have a coat rack or coat hooks!
Fantastic Experience! Brought relatives from Italy there and it’s surpassed all of our expectations. Fantastic food owned and run by Italians/Italian wait staff. Genuine Italian food
Food, especially the pizza, is consistently good. Service is very efficient & friendly. The noise level can be a bit loud unless you go to dine on the early side.
Food was great like last time I came, the atmosphere was good. Serving was a bit slow but it was NYE so it's understandable. It's my second visit and perfect for tasty pizza and date night!
Great pizza! Best gf pizza around! Lovely attentive wait staff
Outstanding as usual. Best authentic pizza in NYC!
The food is delicious and authentic! Will come again!
Fantastic food, great service, very reasonably priced. We will definitely be back!
Real neapolitan pizza! The best pizza I have ever eaten in NY-NJ area. Good service and nice atmosphere.
Food is great. The best gluten free pizza we’ve ever had. However the service was lacking and the hostess seemed completely unaware of her job to take us to our table despite the restaurant not being busy at all.
The staff was very attentive. The food fresh and delicious. It’s a favorite when I’m in Union Square.
Great pizza. The bartender was out so they couldn't serve me one of the drinks from the menu; but otherwise the staff was friendly and efficient.
On a Monday night. Uhhhhhh? 25 minutes to get drinks even longer to get food. Don’t know if the guy was new but. Yea understand why the prez rated in the trash. Avoid.
Food was good, service was slow despite us telling them in advance that we were on a tight schedule.
Pizza took over 20 minutes and was wet and soggy. Sauce was not great and the pizza essentially would just fall apart. Very poor. Can get a better slice at the corner pizza shop
The food here is very mediocre. My pizza was not fully cooked. Worse my daughter and I both got sick half an hour after eating. Avoid at all costs.
Wonderful restaurant with numerous options all can enjoy. Don't be afraid to go off script for your own custom pizza!
Best gluten free pizza dough I had ever had. Pizza could have been cooked a bit more but will ask for that next time. Asked for dough recipe and they quickly supplied it! Staff was friendly did their jobs well. Would definitely go back.
The staff was courteous and efficient, and the food was very tasty.
it' s like to be in Italy. the taste and the warmth of Italy. wonderful!! next time to NY we'll come back
Pizza ottima come a Napoli, prezzi un po’ altini ma si sa...siamo a NYC.
Buono anche il caffè espresso.
