Checked out rib eye jacks - boasts large craft beer menu. Both original beer selected and wine chosen was not available. Despite the restaurant being dead on a Saturday night, service was slow and steak (which was said to be a signature dish) was overcooked.

The burger I ordered was cooked from a frozen patty and was sub-par to say the least.

Server was pleasant and steak was removed from the bill.

Nothing "special" about this place - would not go back.

A nice place for quiet evening dinner. The food was very good, but the service was excellent. It's a little out of place at it location, but well worth trying, had a look at the Brunch Menu and will definitely go back.

We went to Rib Eye Jack's for Brunch. Quite possibly the worst experience I have had! There was only one person other than our table of four the entire time we were there and the food was not cooked properly! My girlfriend's omelette was still raw in the middle so she sent it back to be cooked. 40 mins later she finally got another meal....and it was worse than the first one! How is this possible?? The waitress was so apologetic but there was no offer of comping her husband's meal or her drink....the only thing she did manage to have for brunch. To say we were disappointed in the food and the lack of any compensation for our friends who waited over an hour for a meal that was inedible is an understatement, the four of us will never be back.

The steak never disappoints at Rib Eye Jack's, and their seafood follows as a very close second.

We had 8 in our party and everyone was very pleased. Everything came out together , hot and delicious. Waitress attentive and funny but not hovering. Went because of a Costco gift card but made a reservation to return with friends before we left. Highly recommend.

Thought it was over priced for what it was. Bathroom was extremely noisy due to the TV being too loud. Service was slow even though the restaurant was empty. Would not recommend this place.

Not impressed at all, food was below average but pricey. Beautiful restaurant that leaves a lot to be desired. Home made chicken fingers are and absolute joke and I would have to say the service was substandard as well. If I did not have a gift card I would NEVER go back!

We have been visiting Rib Eye Jack's for a year or so and have generally had good food with great beer.
However, the food seems to have been going downhill recently, especially during our last 2 visits.
This time it was really quite poor, even the basic staples such as wings and fish tacos were sub-standard.
The tacos were inedible (on the plus side the server comped us for them).
We also noticed a few of the other diners having issues with their food.
It is a nice bar, great beer but they really need to sort out the kitchen.
Not sure I'll be heading back anytime soon.

Rib Eye Jack's Ale House is a must.........you stay must away if you enjoy good food. It was our first visit and will certainly be our last. Too bad though because the place looks nice but at the end of the day if your food is lousy it's just a matter of time that people won't care about the ambiance. I ordered the steak sandwich (rare) it was served so well done that it resembled shoe leather. My wife ordered the burger and she told me it was the worst burger she's had in years. The beef pattie was also way over cooked. In addition the menu claims the fries are house cut fries, this is not the truth and very misleading. Their fries are McCains frozen fries. Extremely disappointing dining experience.

Food was ok but did not overly impress. Ordered a 1/2 rack of ribs and they were the smallest ribs I have ever had in a restaurant - fine tasting but pretty small for the price. Only side was fries which filled the plate. Some in our party tried to change the sides of their order which appeared to be a hassle (not sure why). Definitely not the experience I was expecting based on previous visits. Will likely return to give it another try one day.

Service was really great. I order the rib eye every time and it's is always cooked the way I specify. It was a little less warm than usual when it came to he table, but he manager took care of the issue rather promptly. I will continue to go to this restaurant because they treat me well and serve great food.

Return from Rio. Olympic experience and thanking family member for looking after my home while I was away.coupon special made the experience special and your selection of food made for some important decisions. Your beer selections were very interesting and my son chose your tri samples which he really enjoyed. I do Intend to make a return visit!

We went for Father's day, portion sizes were very generous. The apps were delicious and I really enjoyed my entree. Kids meals were huge and they have a great list of craft beers which was a cool touch. Surprisingly cute spot a hidden gem.

We made a last minute reservation here for Fathers Day dinner. My daughter is a vegetarian and my sons and husband love steak and are fussy about how it is cooked and the quality. Everyone had a great meal. The steaks were outstanding and my daughter loved her vegetarian burger and sweet potato fries. We weren't sure what to expect, but the restaurant knocked it out of the park. We will eat here again.

I was there with my family celebrating Father's Day. The food was excellent and we were very pleased. I felt like our server wasn't around as much. Not sure if she was busy with other tables (as it wasn't too busy during our stay). However, she was friendly and very helpful.
I would definitely come again. Thank you!

Beautiful restaurant , found the craft beer list a little over whelming, pepsi was flat. service was good and informative but trying ti find a beer like stella proved difficult, Ordered the Kentucky steak which was tasteful but found way too many peppercorns which kind of ruined the taste for me. I expected more for the menu pricing.
