We used to visit Reza's Oak Brook and Ontario Street Chicago regularly, but we had a few disappointing experiences and hadn't been there for some time. The new management seems to be doing the things right with the menu (now expanded to include some Pakistani items) and service. The atmosphere is pleasant, but rather quiet on our visit. It's BYOB now, but there's no "cork fee," so bring your favorite wine.

The food was good! The service was not the best... it seems like they are understaffed. The buffet - guests have to wait a bit longer for the food to be replenished.

they seemed to struggle a bit in keeping the food in the buffet hot. quality of the food was quite high but would have been even better if servied piping hot

A group of 6 of us dine out every Wednesday and we go to a different place every week. This week it was Reza's. There were only 4 tables of customers when we got there but it took us a half an hour to get our order of drinks and that was delivered by the hostess after we questioned what was taking so long. Our waitress was no where to be seen during most of this time. We like a leisurely pace for our meals but the service was so bad that we decided to go somewhere else. To their credit, the hostess said our round of drinks was on them.

We had a marvelous time! Our group of 8 somehow grew to a group of 9, then of 10. They were able to accommodate us all. The food was better than excellent! What a wonderful place for a nice quiet meal or a group gathering.

I felt l was at a Birthday Party where you sit in rows of benches and go for scramble of buffet and the food constantly deficient and messy no care attitude of waiting staff who seems to be constantly overworked

I have been to the Reza's in Chicago and was expecting a similar experience - that was not the case. It was New Year's Eve and I had a reservation at 7:30 for 2. We were seated in the "Family Section". Lots of noise, crying babies, paper over regular tablecloths and the Buffet. It was NOT a good experience and for the price $90, Definately NOT worth it!

Our family has gone to the lunch buffet at Reza's in Oakbrook Terrace each Christmas Daqy for the past 4 or 5 years. My wife, and our two sons enjoy the food and we appreciate the fact that they are open on Christmas Day and we don't have to cook at home. The buffet has a great variety of salads, vegetables, rice dishes and various meat dishes as well as roast turkey breast that is fabulous.
