   Unfortunately the New Reza Restaurant is no where near what it was in the glory days. Other than service and the core grilled meat dishes on the menu. The quality is not there. You can tell. Walking in it looks like a banquet hall that’s renting it out to use as a restaurant. Chairs stacked everywhere. Overall - do not recommend unless you try the grilled meats to go. Wish they can regroup.

   they seemed to struggle a bit in keeping the food in the buffet hot. quality of the food was quite high but would have been even better if servied piping hot

   A group of 6 of us dine out every Wednesday and we go to a different place every week. This week it was Reza's. There were only 4 tables of customers when we got there but it took us a half an hour to get our order of drinks and that was delivered by the hostess after we questioned what was taking so long. Our waitress was no where to be seen during most of this time. We like a leisurely pace for our meals but the service was so bad that we decided to go somewhere else. To their credit, the hostess said our round of drinks was on them.

   We had a marvelous time! Our group of 8 somehow grew to a group of 9, then of 10. They were able to accommodate us all. The food was better than excellent! What a wonderful place for a nice quiet meal or a group gathering.

   I felt l was at a Birthday Party where you sit in rows of benches and go for scramble of buffet and the food constantly deficient and messy no care attitude of waiting staff who seems to be constantly overworked

   I have been to the Reza's in Chicago and was expecting a similar experience - that was not the case. It was New Year's Eve and I had a reservation at 7:30 for 2. We were seated in the "Family Section". Lots of noise, crying babies, paper over regular tablecloths and the Buffet. It was NOT a good experience and for the price $90, Definately NOT worth it!

   Our family has gone to the lunch buffet at Reza's in Oakbrook Terrace each Christmas Daqy for the past 4 or 5 years. My wife, and our two sons enjoy the food and we appreciate the fact that they are open on Christmas Day and we don't have to cook at home. The buffet has a great variety of salads, vegetables, rice dishes and various meat dishes as well as roast turkey breast that is fabulous.

   Excellently prepared fresh food. Great variety. Holiday buffets have both traditional and Persian dishes and are not overly crowded. Service is always very cordial. Valet parking is provided.

    I have been to three of the four Reza's locations and I'd have to say I like the atmosphere at the Oak Brook location the best. I ordered off the menu and the rest of the party of 12 had the buffet, which they all enjoyed. I think the vegetarian platters are delicious. I liked the restaurant so much that I'm planning to have my birthday party there next month.
