Brunch with my daughter. Pleasurable experience in a very clean, open and nice environment.
The food was pretty good. Nothing too special to flaunt off. But the service was pretty exception...I almost want to say our server was too nice.
I got the crispy bacalao and I struggled a bit with the salad.
The meal was great as always but... what perplexed me was that they had no trace of my reservation and said that they had stopped working through Open Table for some time...?! They did have a table available so not a problem - but it can be a problem on another night so - beware !
We love APRIL!!! She was so sweet, friendly and professional.
Nice ambiance. Limited menu options. Would go for before or after other dining options.
The food was incredible. Our favorite meal on this trip. The chef is so detail oriented and passionate about his work. We'll be back!
The food was fine, honestly nothing special.
But the service was not great.
No one came and check up on us, to get us more drinks etc.
We had to go find them.
They all just walked passed us and not even looking our way.
I have been before and it was always great.
This time not so much.
Food is very good, but service makes the real difference in this beautiful place. All the staff was very nice to us, especially April was amazing. Can’t wait to go back. You guys did a wonderful job
Joined my daughter here for a dinner to catch up and enjoy the local scene.
Delicious food and potent cocktails. Friendly and professional service
Great for brunch! 🍩✨👌🏻
Great service, very welcoming and relaxed. We loved the food, and the winelist and the sommelier's knowledge was impressive.
Fantastic place for brunch with an excellent no-tip menu concept in place.
Great service, good food, perfect for a group to gather for a birthday. Food is excellent and servers are very friendly.
Amazing food, ambiance and service. No tipping so don't let the high prices on the menu fool you. The bill works itself out in the wash.
Great experience! Food and service was wonderful. Don't miss the bar at the top floor! Great cocktails and wine menu.
The staff is super helpful and friendly, which is rare in Williamsburg. The guy at the door (I should know his name by now) is always smiling, ever polite and a great way to be welcomed to the hotel. Most door guys are snobby. He isn't. This makes me bring my out of town friends for brunch every chance I get. Thank you.
Food was good and great ambiance. Fun for group or two people.
Great spot. Tip-free establishment. Staff seemed happy. Kitchen was open and seemed totally humane. Food was delicious. Lamb chop slightly overpriced since the bulk of it was loin. Other than that, really enjoyed it.
Great food and friendly service. I also personally liked the no gratuity model of service.
This is my favorite place in Williamsburg. An incredible experience awaits.
The food was very good and the vibe of the restaurant is great. The menu was a bit limited.
We had so much fun and the wait staff was lovely. The food was delicious and the ambiance was perfect for our date.
That burger is outfukkinstanding. Holy crap. I've teared through the boroughs eating burgers along the way but none seems to hit me like this one. Perfection. Started with a sick bourbon-cider-grapefruit-ginger cocktail made with Woodford, noshed on some pickled vegetables japanese style and then peaked with the burger. Finished with their lemon pie which was very key limey.
Très bel endroit. Plats succulents et très frais. Service impeccable. Je recommande particulièrement.
Great service. Limited menu but the food is delicious!
Very nice place really good service and to go up after the lunch was excellent views!!
Still good food. Prices got a big hike after the 'fake ' no tip policy. You probably got a 30% price hike plus the staff doesn't care as their income is fixed.
Not worth it at this price point you have better options in Williamsburg...
Everything was so amazing, the food the service. Will definitely come back!
Great location, Amazing food and excellent service.
I went to the Reynard for a New Years Eve dinner. It was a mandatory pre fixe 5-course menu with only 2 courses giving a choice from 2 available dish options. I'd say that this must be the simplest scenario for a restaurant, when they know that they will be full and everybody will eat the same things for the entire night. Well, that unfortunately did not result in efficient and polite service - the entire dinner took 3,5 hours, with some of the dishes arriving lukewarm and with the main dish (as they call it entree) arriving for the 2 of our group of 4 about 5 minutes before the other 2 got theirs... The staff is just impolite, arrogant and snobbish.
Small advice here to you guys at the Reynard: yes, the place is ultra cool, trendy and hip, but you still need to serve your clients before you do all you can to show them that you are definitely 100% cooler then they are...
Great meal and excellent service on Christmas Eve. Made for a very special evening.
This was a very cold and calculated experience at holiday time. Three of us were jammed into small bistro table -no room for plates or $ duck. Will say that unlike the $ duck the salad and artichoke side were both very good.
Interesting place w good food, hip atmosphere and earnest service.
Biggest flat is a the lack of a single portion steak entree. Bloody stupid for the steak economists to be slanted to parties of four or more. How reactionary can the hipsters be?
Great food and beer selection. Classy place and no tipping.
Honestly the food on this New York trip has been fantastic. Here, Nomad, Le Coucou and Russ and Daughters have all been really memorable.
Worth a visit for a very nice burguer and a drink in the rooftop bar.
Also loved that tips are included in the bill, really convenient
Great experience. Nice selection of brunch items, that also show good originality.
Very pleasant place for a simple lunch.
Always a wonderful dining experience at Reynard. We frequent the restaurant regularly and the food is consistently tasty and satisfying.
The Dutch pancake is a must. I've never had anything like it and it was absolutely delicious. Great place for brunch. If you're not in the mood for high concept twists on shrimp and grits or other fancy brunch items, rest knowing there are a few off menu items that they always serve at brunch including their famous cheese burger and an omelet of the day. Hotel / restaurant can get busy so go early, make a reservation, and enjoy. PS - the front room can get loud, if you prefer a quieter environment be sure to request the back room which is less heavily trafficked.
