I understand it was close to your last day and you were closing for the season. BUT, that steak was disgusting. So oily and fatty. Gross. Both husband and I were up all night with stomach issues. Outrageous prices for the quality of the food. Just go anywhere else.

Nice servers. The menu was lackluster. Steak was really good but sides very lacking -got roasted root vegetables which was 90% baked potato chunks which was misleading. Also cheese/pasta dish which was tasteless.

Disappointing dining. Started out good with an friendly waiter. Took our order and that was about the last we saw of him until we flagged him down for our bill. I had the tasting menu, which was not good, first 2 courses tasted overcooked and reheated We had to find our own flatware for the entrees. Entrée was gross, took 2 bites and left the rest. Full plate was picked up with no acknowledgement that there was a problem. We had $20 glass of wine, but waiter never came back to see if we wanted another glass. Entrees took just over an hour to come out. We left without the included dessert.

We were disappointed...the reviews on Trip Advisor made it sound very good...we looked at the menu online and it was very appealing but the food was fair at best. Price was high for the quality.

We went to Revolution for our anniversary. I noted this in my reservation and everyone working made note to congratulate us numerous times. My husband order the NY strip- prepared the simple NY style. It was superb! We also received a complimentary dessert on the house for our celebration. Kudos to Revolution- we will be back!

I was pleasantly surprised with this restaurant. The menu is large and diverse--I thought perhaps they might have too varied of a menu and therefore not do any of it well. I was very wrong. My buffalo strip steak was fantastic. My friend's rotisserie tacosere excellent and my other friend's salmon was perfect.

Disappointing. Sister restaurant Hooked has knowledgeable waitstaff and cares about the customer, plus has amazing food and creative chefs. Revolution made a great steak but had a hard time accommodating allergies and our waitress was both lacking in knowledge about the food and lacking in basic customer service skills.

We had a wonderful family dinner and the staff were very accommodating considering the wide age range and sudden rain on the patio. The food was great and well prepared.

The concept is great and the food is very good, but the prices are shockingly high for the type of food and the setting (casual /rustic approach to the rotisserie dishes; and at least the inside seating feels like it is located inside a hotel ...as opposed to it's 'sister' restaurant in BC Village, for example). The quality of the food is high, but that is true for a number of restaurants in the area/valley, and a number of the entree prices are shocking. Unfortunately the service was not very good. Very nice people but we had to ask for things several times and the pacing was not good. Combining the nice - but casual - setting with the food pricing + service, unfortunately cannot recommend this restaurant.

The hostess was very friendly, which was the highlight of the meal. This steakhouse is way overrated and overpriced. We ordered the mussels and got clams. The meats on the "off the block" menu were a disappointment. I ordered lamb chops medium rare. They were served medium well were almost entirely fat with very little meat. My husband and son ordered prime rib and it was nothing to write home about. The sides were good but very tiny portions. The dessert selection was poor. We would definitely not recommend this restaurant.

We were celebrating someone and chose the deluxe chef special 7 course meal . At $150 per person we were shocked to have nachos as a course and then a pita bread sampler as another course . Very disappointing .

We have tried Revolution on three occasions. We really want to like this place but the poor service and average food makes it difficult to support. The waiters are not knowledgeable about the menu, the food arrived cold, the sauces at the beginning lack taste, the bread served with the sauces was stale. They need to really kick it up if this place wants to last. Makes me wonder if the space while beautiful inside, is doomed.

Food was above expectation given that this place has changed a lot over the years. It's expensive but the food was excellent and the service attentive. When we noted the excellent $20 octopus starter was so small, they brought us another. The wine list is nice and includes a variety of wines. Lamb gyro was fantastic. Nice goat cheese salad. But service was truly fantastic.

We made our first visit to Revolution and were very pleasantly surprised by the entire experience. It was a very unique dining experience. The menu offers a variety of dining experiences which made the decisions on which items to choose difficult; however, the staff was very helpful in offering their suggestions on how to create a memorable experience. Revolution is highly recommended for your next visit to Beaver Creek.

Just spent a week in Beaver Creek and this was our favorite restaurant. The food was very good, they have a good variety of food choices, and our service was the best we had had all week.
You come to expect great service in Beaver Creek and this is the one place that we actually received it.

Revolution was revolting...this was the worst meal we have had. It started out with a salad that had way too much salt and dressing on it and continued to a steak that was tough and mostly inedible. The potato side dish had potential but was also very salty. Do not waste your time or money on this restaurant.

Delicious, unique menu. The presentation of the bread and sauces at the beginning of the meal is fantastic. Great flavors and selection.
Our waiter was very personable and attentive. The rabbit and elk tenderloin were prepared to perfection. This is a restaurant that is a hidden gem in Beaver Creek Village.

Some very fine and well seasoned meat is the center stage at this Beaver Creek restaurant. The vegetable accompaniments -- especially the spaghetti squash -- are great additions. Because it is Beaver Creek, the restaurant is pricey, but, hey, you are in Beaver Creek so get used to it. A fine choice among the dining establishments in the Village.
