Cuando Paul cocinaba en famosos restaurantes parisinos de 2 y 3 estrellas, siempre soñaba con ser el dueño de su propio restaurante, un lugar donde todos pudiesen disfrutar de una comida y un servicio excelentes en un ambiente cálido y acogedor. Recientemente, el chef Paul ha dirigido las cocinas de los hoteles de 5 estrellas Ritz Carlton y St Regis de Mobil. En la actualidad, presenta el Reve. Everything was fantastic! The service was outstanding; our server was attentive, courteous, well informed regarding menu options, and extremely professional. Our meal was well paced, from starter to soup (my husband had a salad) to entree to dessert, coffee and aperitif, we never felt rushed. I highly recommend Rêve Bistro, the food is amazing and so tasty. The only reason I didn’t give straight 5’s is because the chairs were not comfortable 😟

My wife and I paid a return visit to Rève to celebrate my birthday. We decided on sitting outdoors on their patio as it was going to be a warm summer night. We took advantage of their mid-week prix fixe for $49 which included a green salad, a choice of three "classic" menu items (coq au vin, moules frites, or steak frites) and dessert. (We always must have the frites, so we added a small order of these, too.) Complimentary cocktails were delightful, and, because of a $10 corkage fee special, we brought a very special bottle of wine. Because of this, our tab for the entire dining experience was only about $125! The quality of the food was superb, the service was exemplary (they even gave me a birthday card signed by the entire staff), and we found a parking spot right out front. Rève is one of the finest restaurants in the East Bay and one we can recommend without reservation (although you would do best to have one).

Ryan was especially helpful with wine selection and sharing background info on food choices. We've been here several times and this is the best restaurant in the area!

Tucked away in Lafayette is a delightful French restaurant which has been the location of our special events for many years. The food is excellent with beautiful presentation. The menu varies seasonally and based on the chef’s creativity. Oh, and save room for dessert!

We chose Reve for an anniversary special occasion, and they did not disappoint. The outdoor setting was delightful. Waitstaff performed wonders with a full house of customers. Looking forward to our next visit.

Dining at Reve last night was wonderful! We chose to eat outside: very charming, beautiful garden, and nice and quiet (inside is noisier and tight on space). The service is always terrific: helpful, accommodating, warm and friendly, and very professional. The food is outstanding: fresh ingredients, cooked perfectly, plated beautifully, and just the right portions. Great cocktails and wine selections at very good price points. Mid-week (T-W-TH) they have some great bargains plus music on Wednesdays. I highly recommmend Reve!

The was outstanding, and the drink (the French 75) was off the charts. I had the Coq au vin, and my date had the Moule Frites. Both were outstanding!! But our service was impeccable. Our wait person, Arlene, was AMAZING!!!! She was truly a goddess. She was professional, compassionate, and very funny. I will be bringing friends and family back as often as possible!!
