Food and service was great we were the last reservation during a snow storm and never felt rushed
Just terrific!!! Was very happy with portion sizes. Drinks were reasonably priced.
This is my third time at this restaurant and each time the food was excellent. I would recommend this for anyone staying at Resorts Casino. The polenta is to die for. The food and service is on point. The hostess can have a better attitude but that shouldn't hamper your experience.

Ambiance needs work tables set up cafeteria style. service way too fast needed to ask waiter to have service slowed down example we opted for wine pairing and had main course on table with new wine before we finished the appetizer wine. Plates went off table plates went on table. Take a breath it's a restaurant not a diner. Food was above pare
The food was absolutely delicious, including the salad and appetizers, so much so that I watched my wife eat her entire steak which she never does. The staff was also great. Will be definitely coming back

I always enjoy coming to Cialliao...The food and service are excellent! Having the restaurant participate in “Restaurant Week” was especially fabulous!!! Seth is a wonderful manager!
Again, the steak was seared to perfection (3 times having steak and 3 times perfection). The waitstaff was very knowledgeable of the menu and the cocktails were made to perfection. I cannot find anything bad of this restaurant. I would recommend it to anyone. Also, congratulations to the Manager who came around and spoke to our table and most others. ( Good Job everyone).
We attended During Hudson Valley Restaurant Week and were were very pleased with our visit.
The venue was clean and beautiful, our waitress was courteous and attentive and both our meals were delightful, though the polenta and skirt steak were extraordinary.
Excellent quality all around...food, service and, with Restaurant Week pricing, good value. Matt, our waiter, was excellent. Did the pairing of wines with the meal...glad we did.

Our first time at Cellaio’s to celebrate a special wedding anniversary did not disappoint. Thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience starting with the excellent service provided by all the staff and ending with outstanding food. The Manager took time to stop by our table to see how we were enjoying things and to wish us a happy anniversary. Our server Sam was very knowledgeable about menu items which was helpful for making our selections. His wine recommendations were perfect. The Restaurant Week menu pricing was a great way to sample a number of Cellaio’s delicious specialties..all cooked and served with perfection. We look forward to returning for a repeat culinary experience.

My party and I was taken back to our table in a timely manner. Right off the bat I noted the nice ambiance and beautiful design. Our menus came quickly but our drinks seemed to be an issue for our waitress. She only asked one of us what we wanted and had to be asked and reminded a few times to bring drinks for someone else in the party. After that all happened the table got our bread and three different toppers which were all very good. The menu seemed extensive enough to satisfy everyone, but the prices seemed a tad high. All of our courses came in a timely manner. The food was good. Our waitress only checked on us one time the entire meal which made it difficult to get another bottle of wine. Other than that the overall experience was good. I would recommend.

Everything we hoped for and expected it to be. Truly worth every penny for a culinary adventure, romantic and cozy ambiance and fantastic service. Portions were generous and wines were excellent.

The food was really great. I had the bone in filet which was excellent as always. My friend had the veal and she said it was really good. The service was excellent .
Food was EXCELLENT. Would highly recommend this restaurant. Service for us was only fair, our waiter told us he could not reheat our food . Spoke to the manager and he not only resolved this problem but provided a new hot order. Food could have been served Hotter as it cooled down very quickly, even though the restaurant was not busy. Portions were very good. Highly recommend the polenta , Ceasar salad and the brassino. The cheesecake was delicious.
Prices are slightly high for that area but overall it was a fabulous meal and we will go back again.

Excellent food, phenomenal service. Our server whom I can’t remember his name at the moment was absolutely phenomenal, I would come back just because of him honestly. The food was fantastic he made great recommendations. One of my best experiences in a long time.
This was a big disappointment for our 27th wedding anniversary.
The room is large, open and impersonal. There was no intimacy.
The waitress was very nice and attentive at the beginning, then disappeared after our food arrived. It was not busy so that was unnecessary.
The grilled octopus appetizer was spot on and delicious. My scallops were not all cooked to the same consistency.
Also, you have to choose from 4 sauces for the seafood dishes. Pretty unoriginal.
My husband ordered the oysters as an app and I was afraid he would fall ill as they looked like they were shucked and refrigerated the day before.
If you enjoy great food and nice atmosphere, this is not the place to go.

The food was Overall ok but the creamed spinach had way too much melted cheese and the pasta was too aldente. The server was unfriendly and took too long to bring a refill of iced tea.
The only complaint was the creamed spinach which was terrible.
It was just plain spinach with a slice of cheese on top.

There was an issue with the reservation system so we did need to wait about 30 mins past our time however they sent out their homemade Stromboli for those waiting. It was a very nice gesture and it was delicious. The focaccia was delicious. Their bone-in filet was amazing - no sauce needed. The ribeye was perfect. The cauliflower side was delicious. Desserts were amazing. All-in-all a great and delicious experience. We’ll be back.
The hostess and manager are liars. They told me I would have a 15min wait to be seated for an 8:45pm reservation but in fact I was seated at 9:30pm. The manager avoided me when I asked to speak with him, he has no backbone. This 45min delay killed our dining experience but the food and server were very good. Overbooking for a quality meal is completely unnecessary and it kills any potential for a good experience. The management needs to stop this disrespectful behavior and appreciate patrons instead of lying and assigning blame to open table for overbooking, pathetic!
Lots of fun. Very busy on a Saturday night. We sat down an hour late for our reservation but the manager came over and apologized profusely. We were comped some drinks. Great food and service.

This was the second time I dined at Cellaio's and had the steak. On each occasion the steak was extraordinary. Never ate a steak as good as the one here. It was worth the 90minutes it took me
to get here. Cellaio's will not disappoint! Buon Appetit!
The Cesar Salad was exceptional. The chicken dish came cold. The pasta dish I had greater expectations. After the chicken came back my wife liked it. Service was attentive. Waited 10 minutes for a table and the room was half empty.

Decor and ambiance were excellent, service was pleasant and attentive. My wife and I had the Porterhouse for two and for the portion size and quality it was overpriced. We asked for it medium rare and received it rare so back it went. When it came back it was still more to the rare side. It had a streak of grizzle running through the steak part, the filet was excellent. The next time we go to Resorts World in Monticello we will just stick to their 24/7 dinner and save a couple of hundred for the tables.
