    I made reservations 3 months in advance for a very special occasion, but regardless, when I arrived I was told there was a wait which of course was distressing. What was the point of the reservation? Not sure 🫤 The manager was called and eventually was able to help, but front desk needs to prioritize people with reservations.

    Good food but really bad service. It took over an hour to get our food. No server came to check on us. We had to flag someone down to ask if our food was coming. They went to the back and got it right away. It seems they forgot to bring it out.

    I booked brunch for my sister in laws 30th birthday. We arrived at 1pm on a Saturday and didn't get our food until 2:15pm. We ordered 3 simple omelettes, even our drinks/coffees took forever. We didn't have a designated server the entire time, I had to ask about our food more than once and we really felt uncared for - like a burden to be completely honest. I never write reviews and I'm not one to complain but spending $200 on brunch for 3 people and having a terrible experience is definitely frustrating. Value and service definitely did not meet my expectations. Sadly, I would not dine here again.

    We enjoyed our brunch at Sofia..I had the avocado toast and my friend had the scrambled eggs. Both were good. The pistachio icecream and the tiramisu were excellent. Service was good and the ambiance was lovely.

    Fantastic ambience , great service , food was unbelievably fresh and perfectly seasoned , the oysters amazing, the shrimp Cocktail divine , the octopus tender and cooked to perfection … very cordial Service … great place

    Each individual dish was good but the food is rich and the portions are large. It might be best to make a meal of 2 appetizers.

    It was my first time at Sofia and it’s certainly a beautiful restaurant that comes with great vibes! I enjoyed the ambience and the food, however I did feel slightly rushed - my main dish came out less than 10 minutes of ordering, even before my cocktail and I felt I wasn’t able to enjoy the experience because of that. Our server wasn’t engaging either.

    Was my second time at Sofia,the first time was amazing good food and the service was 100% this time The service wasn’t great the food spicy and the drinks were half of the cup. 😔
