La Centrale - CARNE
with the best cuts of meats cooked in a traditional wood-fired grill. The
hand-made Tuscan terracotta tile on the ceiling was sourced directly from
the Tuscan village of Greve in Chianti, famous for its centuries-old terra-
cotta production. The tiles are identical to the terracotta used to recon-
struct the famed 13th century Duomo of Firenze in Florence.

Carne restaurant is a must go.. delicious food and attentive service, love the Fiorentina feels like in Italy.. thank you
Beautiful interior with limited but good Italian selections
Awesome place. Food is delicious, well prepared and you can feel fine ingredients. Service was excellent our waiter was very resourceful and made the right recommendations to everyone.
Amazing place, very good food. People very kind.
Music way too Loud but excellent service and food. Menu a little on the small side. Good wine selection
Love their introductary menu !!
Lots of food for a set price !!
Enjoyed it very much !!!
Home made pasta & original sauces !
Love the food , ambiance & service
The food is amazing!
It was amazing. We celebrated my moms birthday with a party of eight. The time of cooking and quality of food was perfect. Thanks!
It was insanely loud due to a live band in the bar area outside the restaurant. There were very few patrons in the restaurant but we had to move our chairs closer to hear each other. We were clearly unimpressed by our food when the manager came by and asked how everything was. I said it was fine. I said I couldn’t lie, it wasn’t even good. She asked for more info and I explained exactly why the food was poorly prepared and how it didn’t meet my expectations. I even explained that I studied culinary arts in France and that I know Italian food VERY well as I just finished hosting an event in Rome. She concluded with ‘let me know if I can help with anything’. She never visited us again. We ate less than half of our food. We left in less than an hour. Nothing was deducted from our check ($110 for a shared app, a shared main course and two vegetable sides) and we were given a lame goodbye when we left. They clearly don’t care about winning new customers. I suspect La Centrale will go out of business if they maintain these low standards of food and service.
The noise from the DJ outside was unbearable. It wasn’t melodic or musical. It was just loud noise and even the waiter admitted to this.
The food was served with less care and attention than the day I went there for lunch.
For a restaurant called Carne, the meat options are very limited.
Amazing food food and atmosphere
Great food, ok service. It only dramatically improved when I had to complain which is annoying. (I sat with my grandmother, and we watched 5 waiters walk past our table, not one asked if we wanted water or any drinks, even hello. The only person who even looked our way and served us was the water guy.) I complained and the manager pretty ended up serving us and then the service was obviously amazing.
Dinner was excellent. Only complaint is that music is at a level that it was impossible to converse. The DJ should definitely increase music volume as of 10:00 pm
We tried the Miami Spice menu at the Carne restaurant at La Centrale and it’s a very good menu! Short but with good choices! I had the gnocchi and they were really tasty! Very good desserts as well! Must try!
Beautiful décor throughout with excellent service from our waiter Santiago. He was always very attentive to our needs and always discretely checked on us throughout our meal adn kept our wine glasses filled. Would definately go back adn ask for him again.
Food was excellent and very reasonable prices.
I went to Carne and tried the gnocchi with lamb ragu, Proscuitto Daniele and the Beef Garpacio.
All the food items were delicious.
The Manager was very attentive, his name was Max and the service was immaculate.
They have a lot of variety and options to choose from.
I would definitely go back to eat at La Centrale again.
Silvio and Andres were exceptional, thank you for great service! The meal was delicious. Memorable!
The new executive chef is AMAZING. We've been there before and the food was better than ever!
We got into the Miami spice dinner menu and it hit a home run! Everything from both options is worth it.
The food was very tasty. However, all the dishes came out except for one. We obviously waited for the plate to arrive while the rest of our food was getting cold.
That’s a big “no no” in good service. It was a good experience overall.
Pesce in the other hand, was “ on point” the last time we experienced it.
Deben unir los menus de los tres restaurantes. Atencion regular.
My family and I had a wonderful dinner! The food was delicious and our server Derrick was one of the best I’ve ever had. They went above and beyond to make sure our visit was exceptional. We will definitely visit again!
Suffice it to say that the best part of the dining experience was our waiter Marvin.
Awful service but good food
Excellent service, food was perfect. All around great experience.
Came to Carne for Father’s Day. The food was incredible and the service exceptional. We wanted to eat something from Pesce and our server was able to accommodate. The angioletti was delicious—creamy and buttery. The costoletto was cooked perfectly and the semi glaze gave it a juicy touch. Can’t wait to come back.
Service was very bellow expectations. They said they were short staff that night, it was saturday night we said no rush, but from no rush to completely ignore us.... Food OK (except for the spain vs italy appetizer), wine Ok & dessert as well. Overall Good Food, location is very nice. Only the service on that particular night was.... not at all what expected.
We went to Centrale Carne, Service was good, we ordered rigatoni, bistecca a and a Tagliata. The rigatoni was undercooked, I eat pasta al dente, but the rigatoni had even white uncooked spots. The Bistecca was good and it was rare as ordered, but the tagliata was just a Churrasco steak, not even sliced, Tagliata means sliced or cut, there is not confusion, a tagliata not cut is not tagliata. The manager was very polite and looked worried, but the thing is that the chef or is not Italian, or he just got tired of cooking Italian, or perhaps he enjoys the manager excusing him. If you go to a place like Centrale you are looking for authentic Italian not lazy Italian wanna be. I live nearby and I want Centrale to be good, I spend at least two weeks a year in Italy, Centrale is not the place to look for Italian food. I hope they change the crazy chef in order to go back.
Food is good, nothing special but good, but the place is WAY TOO NOISY. The volume of the music barely allows a normal table conversation, they are pretending to be something they are not. Not going back.
The food was excellent and good value.
But the service was slow and inconsistent. They need to work on this a little.
Service was a joke. Server disappeared - entrees took 40 min between courses - insane. A manager came over to apologize about the wait. Offered us a complimentary dessert. Then when it was finally time for dessert he disappeared. Had to stand up and ask for the bill never got our refill wine - apparently our server went on his dinner break and never communicated to another person to take care of us for so long we were neglected
Food was good - need to have more active floor management developing waiters and touching every table - not just coming over in apologizing when something is wrong
Had reservations but never ate got to the Restuarant and they had this loud dj playing 80s music in the center sat down and waited about 15 minutes and no one even came to ask what we wanted to drink so we got up and left
Restaurant is beautiful and ambience was great. But food is not very good. Normal. Nothing wow. Not worth the price. Would not go back for dinner again.
The place is beautiful. Now the food was OK.....
I went to the meat restaurant. The dream was not 32oz like it was mentioned in the menu.
It was good but not fantastic.
The pasta was ok but again not fantastic
Overall is good but for the price I expect more
Great early dinner al Carne, the bar is amazing and there is also a DJ on weekends. Nice wine list with amazing prices! Parking accessible directly from the restaurant with 50% off. WIll definitely be back.
The food was absolutely delicious, but the DJ on the weekends is way, way too loud. We were there with my mother for dinner before Mother’s Day and it was so loud, we could barely hear each other yelling over the music. Go on a weekday for amazing food and a better noise level!
Our server was very nice (not the most experienced but nice), staff was friendly, restaurant was very empty on a Monday night so not much ambience (too much light and lit up), and the food was okay for the price. We were very hungry so we ate everything and did not mention that the steak and pasta were cold. Overall the dining experience was okay, not memorable.
The music was tool loud for us to even hear the server. I had to complain and ask to lower the music. The hostess attitude was rude and not welcoming very bad impression as we came into the restaurant thanks to her. I have to say that the food was decent, liked the mushrooms side, it was terrific. Drinks were good to.
This place is just trying too hard and it comes across as so. There was honestly a fun vibe around the bar area that is shared among the three dining formats (meat, fish or vegetarian). What's beyond silly is that one must choose among the three dining areas and cannot order from the other two menus.
We chose Carne and soon regretted it as there were multiple screaming babies/children. Hardly a pleasant dining experience. Our waiter was pleasant enough, but the wait between courses was ridiculous and we had to inquire about our entrees multiple times. That said, the salad I had was outstanding; my skirt steak somewhat less so.
Sadly, I don't expect La Centrale to survive given their enormous real estate footprint and operations over three floors. But perhaps I'll be proved wrong.
Great service and great food. Highly recommend the Lamb chops.
