Had reservations but there was no Host available for 20 minutes. It was a Brunch Buffet but it was cold and eggs were old. Ran out of many items on Buffet and the 30 minutes we were waiting for missing items none were filled. Meadowview use to be top notch but not anymore.

From the front of house to my departure, everything was perfect. The wait staff was very attentive and the food was prepared perfectly and kept at the perfect temperature on the buffet. Everything on the buffet was readily available.

I don’t mind paying the price for a nice, warm and inviting meal. This meal was embarrassing at its lack of taste and quality! We were seated at 2:30 and the food that was on the buffet was not replenished. The potatoes were cold, the scrambled eggs and rolls were hard and uneatable. The promotion was too fat to eat. We had to ask for straws for our drinks, and our water was only refilled once. Needless to say, we won’t be back. We have previously enjoyed Christmas and Easter brunches, never again.

First, let me say, that our reservations were late in the day and may explain why the food was not very good. The menu, sounded yummy. However, the food was sitting out for a while in the heated pans and were kind of dried out, and other foods were not replaced. Maybe, I'd try the Meadows again, but not a brunch or buffet. A waffle station would've been perfect, btw.

The food was cold and just not the quality I expected for $50 a head. No decorations on the table and off season orange napkins. The buffet was highly picked through and very few desserts. The staff was very slow at replenishing the buffet items. It was truly awful.

There was a large variety of foods that were excellent in taste. The server was very friendly. They offered a senior citizen's discount on the Easter brunch; most restaurants do not do this any longer. The dining room needed a small update, as the chairs at the table wobble a bit, and all the cushions need recovering. But that would not keep me from going again. It's difficult to find a true brunch in the Tri-Cities area. This one was excellent!

I was disappointed with the service, and the food wasn’t being promptly refilled. The mashed potatoes were cold, and the rolls were rock hard. Our server was attending bar, and rarely visited out table. The food used to be wonderful, but should have been better for the price.

The food was alright, with the exception of the desserts. There was almost no variety (4 different colors of carrot cake) and the one lemon dessert they had was topped with whipped butter. Yes, I said straight whipped butter. Someone missed that somewhere. The service was bad and slow, the loud table in the same room had excellent service but our table was missed multiple times. Several random people came to collect our dishes but were incredibly rude, most noticable a dark skinned heavy set girl with short hair who quite literally rolled her eyes when we handed her a stack instead of her leaning across the table. The price is always steep there but the main and side dishes are usually worth it. The salad bar was a little lacking from previous visits, but it is very small so it's understandable. Overall not terrible but definitely not what it has been.

Costed 60 per person...wouldn't have minded if the food was better. Crab legs were awesome but pretty much that's all. For the price it was very underwhelming!! Will not be going back and I don't recommend it to anyone. Would have a better dinner and saved money by going elsewhere!

We were excited to hear the Friday night Seafood Buffet is back. Crab legs did not disappoint. Mine were cooked to the correct temperature. Food selection was very good. It offered other selections if you are not a seafood fan. I did think they should have some type of potato on the buffet. While we did not like the location of our table, our server did take very good care of us.

Restaurant did not serve oysters or scallops or clams, at 7 pm was out of soup, with minimal selection of desserts. Folks were asking for desserts. I would never pay &55.00/62.00 with tax for this buffet again. Crab legs were good and abundant but this certainly was not a “seafood buffet”.

Ran out of crab legs briefly at 6 pm. Our server tried so hard to meet the demands of the job. 15 tables is entirely too many. She was an EXCELLENT server, but she LITERALLY had to run between tables. She had tables in the private room. They ran her ragged and did it on purpose. They were laughing about it at the buffet. We tipped her greatly to help offset the unfair treatment. Management-do better. Step in and speak to these customers when you see it happen. We did not see a manager the entire visit. The lady at the check in/reservation desk was rude to two groups before us who were waiting on the rest of their party. Then the same woman BARKED orders at our server to wipe tables. The poor young lady was ran ragged. That woman from the desk should have grabbed a cloth and wiped down tables. The food was Tremendously wonderful. A little offset that in less than four months, the price increased almost 10%.

Food was wonderful. Waitstaff was awesome. The biggest problem is getting in the door. The lady working the front is really slow. We waited 15 minutes while she seated people. There is no order. A group of four walked up at 5 to the desk and she sat them, in front of several other parties who had been there for 15+ minutes. When arriving, no one knows to check in, wait in line or what. It’s a bit frustrating. She is using a tablet and paper to seat people. There’s got to be a better way. She also can be a bit rude. Once you get seated, everything is wonderful!!

Service was great, there was only the hostess and 1 chef for omelets but they did great getting the job done. But on the other hand, the restaurant is getting very run down- chairs looking rough, pleather peeling off of them. To be honest, eating at Golden Corral is better for and better atmosphere. It is VERy pricy to eat breakfast- $20 per person for buffet. But buffet has nothing more on than the Quality Inn does. Not worth the money!

We came for the seafood buffet. Crablegs were awesome. Only 2 choices of shrimp were cold with way too much seasoning and popcorn shrimp in butter fried in a skillet. No fried shrimp only oysters were in the shell on ice. No fish, scallops or hushpuppies. Prime rib was way to under cooked. Salad bar looked nice. Desserts were good. Very disappointed that after paying $55 per person and they were 6 of us that we were charged for soft drinks that were not included in the $55 buffet price. Our waitress was very nice and we left her a $30 tip. Need more variety if it is going to be advertised as a seafood buffet. We drove 1 hr 45 minutes just to try the seafood buffet.

Getting food to the table was slow, but it was fresh & hot, and our server was exceptional. The food was good and plentiful, no one had any complaints. Mistake with one meal resulted in an unpleasant delay for one member of my party (of 9), but he still was satisfied & they fixed it and offered free dessert, a price adjustment, or both. He declined but appreciate the offer. Prices are a bit on the high side for this area (about $25 per person) , but we will go back.

Everything was good maybe even better than before. Everyone that ate there before know what I'm talking about. Probably the best seafood buffet in the Tri-Cities. May be even East Tennessee. They seem to take pride in there seafood buffet being the best around. Don't everyone start going there because i want to always be able to get a table!!!!!!!.

The food was PHENOMENAL. Crab LEGS were hot and fresh. Prime Rib was rare and flavorful. Scallops seasoned well. Love the new cheddar biscuits. Chilled shrimp was seasoned heavily. I do prefer it plain. The mashed potatoes tasted fresh. Cheesecakes? How do you choose just one? There were other entrees. Salmon was good. Did not try the trout dip. Green beans YUM. Our server was actually the bartender so she was overextended. The manager gave us a discount when we inquired. The server/bartender said she was having to cover too many stations. It was not crowded. We were sat at 5:30 pm. $54 for adults. $49 for seniors. Worth it if you go hungry!! Gentlemen carving and serving on the bar were SUPERB!!! Very friendly, funny, attentive, and conversational. Can’t wait to go back.
