The Edison is a lavish Industrial Gothic-style destination for classic American fare, hand crafted -cocktails, exciting nightlife, and world-class entertainment. Thoughtfully re-imagined from a historic power plant, The Edison operates as a landmark restaurant, with three bars and many cozy lounges nestled in this multi-level venue. During the day, the Edison provides a playful dining family -style experience, but after 10 pm it transforms into an Adult-only venue focused on craft cocktails and Cabaret entertainment unique in Central Florida. Every night features a live band , singers and dancing and on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays costumed dancers, variety acts and a DJ make The Edison a real electric hot spot.

Another phenomenal visit to my favorite restaurant in Disney Springs! The American hamburger was cooked to absolute perfection, easily making it the best burger I've had anywhere in the Orlando area. Pair that with a perfectly crafted drink and their fantastic atmosphere, and you've got an unbeatable experience. Whether you're a first-timer or haven't stopped by recently, this place definitely deserves a spot on your must-visit list!

I've been there year and had a wonderful time. So I made sure this visit to Orlando to make a reservation. Food is great, ambience is wonderful and the performers are very good. I would highly recommend to have an enjoyable evening.

Our waiter took forever to make his first appearance which was weird considering the plane was half empty. This place is known for their cocktails so when I questioned him on a few to get an idea of what I wanted, he had zero knowledge and couldn’t help at all. I ended up ordering a drink that I did not enjoy at all. First let down. We ordered burgers that sounded amazing. I asked to switch the fries for vegetables and was NEVER told about an up charge. Found out on the bill. 2 out of 3 were grossly undercooked, but again, waiter was nowhere to be found. Time for the check. I gave him our annual pass, which the website says is a 15% discount, it came back at 10%. My youngest was exhausted so I wasn’t going to argue. We will absolutely never return again.
