   Our waiter was very slow to fill drinks and forgot to put in some of our so in the end we canceled some dishes as they ran out once they realized it was entered incorrectly

   Awesome customer service!!! Personally food and drinks were 8 out of 10. I’ll give the Ahi Tuna Nachos and smashed potatoes a 10 though lol. Customer service wise they made it right when things went wrong

   The Batanga staff provided a beautiful night for our graduation celebration dinner. The ambiance was perfect, they treated us all so special, and we will go back as often as we can. Thank you, Batanga, for a phenomenal and memorable evening!

   My first impression was a good one. The staff was great, my server was really nice. The drinks were ok nothing spectacular. I ordered an appetizer that was ok and then I ordered the paella, my server did mention it was gonna take about 40mins to prepare which was ok since I was already drinking and having great conversations. When the paella finally came out I had to send it back because it was burned, the rice was crispy and the entire dish was dry. The server did apologize and took it away. Everyone has an off day, I hope the next time I visit it gets better.

    We sat outside on their patio and had dinner for four. We ordered cocktails, which took an average time to receive. Everyone enjoyed their drinks, but they were nothing particularly special. We ordered the smashed fried potatoes at the same time as the drinks. They took what seemed like a long time to get, as we inquired about them when we started receiving dishes we ordered after receiving our drinks. Someone from the kitchen even came to our table to check if we had received them yet. Once we did, we all loved them. I would recommend those potatoes to anyone dining here. We also ordered Gambas al Ajillo - they were just ok. We ordered Arroz con pollo and it was surprisingly a half chicken on top of some rice. The rice was excellent, the chicken was super dry. We also ordered the hangar steak and empanadas, but as I did not have any of those dishes, I can not comment on them. Not necessarily somewhere I will be visiting again unless someone else wants to go. And even then I might try to talk them into going somewhere else.

    Worst service ever, stay away from this restaurant, The waiter was high on something. When we received the food , about 20 flies joined us We couldn’t eat and left everything on the table and left They had the balls to try to charge us , but when I mentioned I will put a bad review they let us go. This restaurant has no management onsite and no one knows what to do Definitely stay away from this one

    I went to Batanga while my entire family was in town. Everyone got a round of dishes to share and then we all shared the paella. The drinks were all delicious and no one complained about the food. The most interesting thing was definitely the banana ketchup.

    We really enjoyed our evening. The staff was very attentive and we had drinks and food quickly. Although we had to ask for the chimichurri with our filet mignon, the staff was very quick to bring it out. The live music was fabulous!

    Great ambiance outside on the patio. It’s quiet beautiful at night. We had the paella along with the yuca fries and empanadas to start. The empanadas seemed popular but lacked salt. Our waiter, though very sweet was a bit slow. Overall a good experience. Will definitely come back!

    Clean, cozy restrooms, and good service. Awesome drink menu, food was decent. We ordered the Ginger Poloma and the Coconut Rum cocktails, they were great. From tapas menu, we ate mac n cheese, beef empanadas, ceviche and calamari. The ceviche was the best out of all! The rest just needed more flavor for an international spin. The overall atmosphere was ambient and intimate, perfect for a quiet date night or small group meet for conversation and cocktails. Keep up the great work Batanga!

    Food was not authentic, my soda had zero carbonation, Restaurant was empty except for three tables yet the service was super slow and I had to keep reminding the waiter to bring us napkins, our order, etc. Will never go there again.

    Our serve was a bit pushy and was rushing us to order our food before we had checked out the menu . I also feel as if they should wash there hands more often specially if they are going to be touching there face often . Over all the Food was tasty . The Sangria was blahhh but the food was tasty .

    Server forgot our order then when another brought out our order we asked about it to which the response, “ this is Tapas and it doesn’t come out like that”. He interjected and cut me off as I as asking. Forgot to put 2 orders in again and 2 hrs later on a non busy night finally got our last order.

    One of the worst experiences at a restaurant I've ever had. We made a reservation and were seated immediately but our server (Matthew B) didn't come to our table nor greet us for 25 minutes. Each time we ordered drinks, whether it was a soda or alcohol, it took roughly 20 minutes to receive it; keep in mind that it wasn't busy during the duration of our visit. We ordered the calamari, the ahi tuna nachos, yuca fries, arroz con pollo, and the paella. The ahi tuna nachos was mainly chips and tomatoes with barely any ahi tuna. The paella was overcooked on top but the rice itself was undercooked. Truly disappointed.

    Great, festive outdoor patio. Tapas came out fast, and they were tasty. Waiter was rarely around after the tapas order. Wanted to order entrees, but had to wait nearly an hour due to vanishing waiter. When they came out, portions were small, salmon was “meh”, lamb chop was good. One chop. Second chop was a bone more or less.if we go back, it will be for drinks only.

    Delicious food and cocktails. The service was great, too! The friend who went with me and myself are from out of town. This is the restaurant I picked to go to for dinner, and I’m glad that I did! The patio is really cool with the umbrella decor above your head, too.

    I booked a reservation for my birthday for the food and live band. Very disappointed they did not have one main dish that I originally go for to this restaurant I also loved the original live salsa band but this time they had one guy signing on stage and it was very boring. Don’t think I will go back:(

    I like the indoor/outside patio feel. I'm sure the patio would be nice on mild days, but it was too windy for us that day. Indoors still felt like you were outdoors. The tapas were varied and good, and the drinks were good. They had a nice band that wasn't too loud. Understand that it might be too loud, if you get a table near the stage, so plan for that. Otherwise, we enjoyed it and would come back.

    It’s more tiki bar vibe than tapas restaurant. The first round of drinks (a bottle of wine) took 36 minutes to come and the paella which said 40 minutes was closer to 85 minutes. I can’t swear to it but I think they have it to the one other table in the entire restaurant on a Wednesday night.

    Food was great. Service was bad. Young kid, that took forever to bring drinks and food for a table of 13 people. Place was not that crowed when we arrived. He would start attending other tables and would take a long time to get our food. Seemed to forget we were there. Had to keep going inside the building to ask for things. He forgot to bring octopus even though I reminded him several times. One of the times I was inside the restaurant to ask for other things I saw him hugging and kissing what appeared to be his girlfriend. No wonder why he was not on top of things

    They brought everybody’s food except for the steak. We had to wait 45 minutes to get this meal. I understand they are shortage of workers but 45 minutes is too much. Drinks are horrible, too sweet and little alcohol. And it’s a bit pricey for the size of the dishes. I will not go back
