This was my second time at the restaurant. I visited the Tampa location which was modern and it had an upscale feel. This location is more of a cafe vibe. The food was good but I was so sad that the plant based burger was not available. They ran out and it was only 2pm in a Sunday. The substitution was ok but I’ll return for the burger it is worth it.

Very long wait to receive drinks and appetizers. The food came out a few minutes after the apps. Took about 45 minutes to get our food. Server came by infrequently, but there wasn't much to do as we were just waiting on the kitchen.

Definitely a unique and healthy menu. Not your typical HoHum items. Other than the salmon entree which was fairly small and overpriced, every other person at our 12-person Mother's Day table enjoyed their choices. The lasagna is my favorite, the the flatbread pizzas and the noddle bowl were hits!

I love True Food…healthy & delicious always. Tonight I had the Tuna Poke Bowl…just perfect. My friends had burgers & the Ancient Grains Bowl. All was perfect. The waitress was terrific & very attentive. Our only disappointment was the pizza…usually incredible, but not tonight…oh well, I still love True Food.
