   The Gritti Terace was wonderful as always: food good; service impecable; and as always the ambiance is spectacular and special. Missed the falconer and the falcon this year though.

   Gorgeous views and location. Loved that they have a water door making arrival easy. Food was ok. Wine pour was disappointing as it wasn't even a 5oz pour and cost $20. No restaurant I have ever been to pours so little in a glass.

   Emplacement magnifique, néanmoins dans ce genre d’endroit le rapport qualité prix doit être irréprochable, cela n’était pas le cas. Les plats étaient bien fait mais sans plus.

    A lovely setting on the Grand Canal with attentive staff and great food. Expensive, but it was always going to be. If you are visiting Venice then you should book a table for lunch if you can, or pop in for a drink, but would advise you get there early for a drink as it gets busy.

    The prices are high but so is the quality. It is scorching hot during the day, so my recommendation is to go for drinks and not lunch as we did. The terrace was half empty and still they brought us the bill without asking, rushing us to leave.

    I had a spectacular lunch overlooking the Grand Canal. The atmosphere was amazing and the service wonderful. It is certainly expensive but worth it for the experience. High recommend.

    Hier punktet der Service und die Lage natürlich. Das Essen ist sehr gut, aber nicht herausragend-in Italien findet man häufig sehr gutes Essen. Grazie mile an den Service👍👍👍

    On a terrace right on the Grand Canal. Service superb and even though my wife and I had Ceasar Salad with chicken, it was very well made and well presented. The tiramisu was beautiful and delicious. Drinks were well made. All in all, a very enjoyable experience!

    We had a lovely lunch at Gritti Terrace. Service was exceptional and the ambience phenomenal. I was especially impressed with the way that they handled the entitled, unreasonable table next to us.

    Most beautiful terrace in Venice. You can’t beat the overall feel. The grand canal views as entertaining as the people watching. The food and the service always impeccable.

    La location era esattamente come l’avevo vista nelle foto ha una vista eccezionale . Ho pranzato e mi sono ripromesso di andare anche di sera perché alla sera tolgono i tendoni e la terrazza ha il suo massimo L’accoglienza appena entrato nel bar devo dire pessima. Il barista con la testa girata ha fatto fatica a salutare ovviamente con una faccia molto lontana dal sorriso. Location eccezionale cibo eccezionale . Lo Staff fa fatica a vedere le necessità di Tavoli .

    It was our 25th wedding anniversary which we booked months in advance- we were asked to leave our table after the main course as they had. Private function they needed to set up for - we were moved to another table and given a free desert but then everyone moved tables and chairs around us! Very poor end to what was a lovely meal.

    We love the Gritti Palace, we have stayed at the hotel a couple of times, This time we did not stay there, but went for lunch. It’s a great place to watch the world go by.

    Staff was very unfriendly. we ordered only dessert, the waiter kept trying to explain the meaning of „ice cream“ to me with sarcasm. I think he didn't like ordering just dessert. In general I didn't feel comfortable.

    The ambience was great on the grand canal but to be honest with u there a a lot of restaurants on the canal the cover charge is €12 each Caesar sals was €35 as was egg avocado on toast everything was nice it was a birthday treat for my 50th birthday yes I would recommend but I would say to people the value for money I didn’t think was there the portions were small and the prices were high We have been to some great restaurants in Venice this was ok Your simply paying for the view and there’s more restaurants with better views

    Unfortunately it was raining and we were unable to sit outside. This was not their fault but instead we ate inside where it was so chaotic I couldn’t leave fast enough. It took them a very long time to take our order and even longer for our food to get to us.
