   Steak most definitely wasn't 10 ounces and I was pretty disappointed.

   The food and ambience was amazing at this unique dining experience! Service was incredible and we enjoyed some great appetizers (the crab dip with pitas was exceptional!). We went on a Wednesday evening at 5:30 pm and both upstairs and downstairs was hopping already and very energetic. We sat on the upstairs outdoor patio which was lovely, although somewhat difficult to hear due to noise of other parties nearby, and music volume. Our server did a great job anticipating our needs, getting food out in fast fashion and everything was superb. I had the petit filet with mushrooms in garlic butter sauce and mushrooms, and it was perfectly cooked and served. They even brought a bread pudding with ice cream and caramel sauce for my birthday dessert - not to be missed if you love a little sweet at the end. Overall, loved the food and experience!!

   Our group had a great time here; we had a wide selection of dishes from the menu, which were all delicious! Our server was very helpful and pleasant. I'll definitely be back!

   I've been to Haywire quite a few times, and every time it has been great. I think we just popped in on a bad day. Food was fine, service was not. We had to request for refills, we had to request for the dessert menu at least 3 times. Our guy looked a little irritated when we met his memory max and had to start writing things down (table of 7). I wouldn't say no to Haywire in the future, but I would ask for a different Server if we had a repeat.

   The food was wonderful! We had a reservation inside and upon arrival asked if there was I asked if there was a table outside at which we were seated. It was located at the very end of the outdoor patio and my chair was partially seated in front of an exit door - I asked if we could have one of the several outdoor tables that were open and I was told they were reserved, however, at least one sat empty while we were there. The seating and view (with a table in front of a door and a dirty wall a wall) was less than desirable. The rest of the tables were either next to a balcony where you could view the courtyard or a glass wall to the inside of the restaurant. I would recommend not using that table for service. We waited for dishes to be cleared and our fourth party had to ask for a napkin and silverware after being seated for a while. The food was excellent!

   Excellent food! Texas - Southwest accents and delicious. Steaks are outstanding. But also many other entrees. Our server Roberto was great. Attentive. Knew the food and the spirits. It’s nice to be in the presence of someone who seems to really enjoy what they do. Haywire is now my favorite restaurant in Dallas area.

   Christian was our server - he was fantastic!! I had 12 people in town for a business meeting and he blew everyone away with the exceptional service and of course the food was great.
