   Avocado toast wasn’t even on toast, it was on two little pieces of baguette. It was guacamole and not true avocado. Omelette had onions when asked for no onions.

   Fl.2. So disappointing. It’s basically a diner. No ambiance, very cold and sterile. We go out to brunch every Sunday and due to having tickets for a show we chose FL. 2. My food was cold. I ordered the eggs Benedict. Cold potatoes. Over cooked egg. Soggy English muffin. Nothing about my meal was remarkable. I am not a picky person and I usually find the good in any situation but this meal was a disappointment.

   It was a stunning space but the food was grossly overpriced for what it was. The drinks were also disappointing too. For the money you spent there you'd think the food and beverages would be top notch. The server was nice.

   We enjoyed a Sunday brunch here with family. The atmosphere and staff were absolutely lovely. Food was pretty good, nothing exceptional, but the drinks were tasty. Overall a really nice experience. If you want a warm, comfortable atmosphere with good views and service, this is the place.

   The ambiance was great. Reservation was at 11:15am but I was surprised that by that time the lobster rolls were sold out. I first ordered the short rib sandwich and it was dry, I switched to the standard American breakfast and did not receive bread or jams. We were checked on just twice during our stay, it was not busy and our water was not refilled. I guess I expected better service based on other experiences I've had at other Fairmont restaurants. I would not recommend this restaurant for brunch to a friend.

   Hotel restaurant. Entree came out cold. Service was slow. I can see this being a place where every once in a while you have a good meal. Just as often you'll be disappointed. If this place was a stand alone restaurant it would be out of business in a year. Too many other good choices.

    A wonderful mainstay that is always part of our rotation when considering places to dine downtown before a show. The seasonal menu changes are thoughtful and interesting, ensuring a meal there never gets boring. The cocktail selection is very easy to wrap one’s head around, but unique enough that even old standards have some interesting twists. The ambience is a great combination of (what I assume) are hotel guests and locals, making for a fun variety around the bar.

    The food and experience was amazing, but what sealed the deal for my girlfriend and I was Teddy our server she was attentive and very kind. She also cared about her tables and helped us choice foods we would of never eaten with out her option and thoughts.

    I would probably pass on this. They’ve been open for years now so it can’t be chalked up to growing pains anymore. Our waiter was rude; we ordered a bottle of wine which come to find out if we would’ve just ordered by the glass it would’ve been cheaper than the price of the bottle? cacio was so bland it just tasted like buttered noodles; other portions were small. also took 15 min to even get someone to wait on us and take a drink order.

    Went for date night near Valentine’s Day, we both had their Valentine’s Day, three-course dinner options. Food greatly exceeded our expectations… With a dinner, that good we were surprised they actually had last minute seating for us! We will definitely return, particularly with it being so close to the theater district!

    Portions were small for the price, but food was good. A bottle of wine cost the same as it would if you ordered 5 glasses - so not worth buying the bottle. Our waitress had great energy.

    Floor 2 is one of our favorite places for a splurge date night or weekend brunch. The service, food and ambience is ALWAYS top tier. Fridays can be a little louder than the weekdays due to the bar area. However, it has never deterred us from going

    Service was spotty - no one at the front desk when we arrived and had to wait 5 minutes before we were seated. Once seated we were given water but 10 minutes before someone came to take our drink order. We ordered food and drinks at the same time and 30 minutes had gone by since our reservation and still no sign of drinks or food or anyone else checking on us. Our waiter was nowhere to be seen during this time. Food then arrived but still no drinks. We asked the person helping our server about drinks and 5 minutes later we see our waiter and had to ask again about the drinks. The second round of drinks was a little bit smoother but still very choppy and not very timely or attentive.

    We had reservations, but was not seated until after our reservation times and went in order of who arrived first. We made reservations well over a month in advance. The steak was ordered medium well, but came out as medium rare. It was a busy evening it seemed, but there were long wait times between ordering and receiving food with no stopping by to check if we needed anything or ready to order by our waiter. It was a little pricey for just an overall average experience.

    Special occasion and our host congratulated my daughter as soon as she was seated and selected a great table. Our waiter Gary was very knowledgeable and guided us with our food selections. We had steak, short ribs, salmon and pasta. All the food was excellent as were our drinks!

    The hanger steak or cavette and mashed potatoes were excellent. My dish of the salad and 1/2 chicken was great too. The soup was a little light on the flavor. Our drinks didn’t come right away which why I gave 4 stars for service. Value our bill came 166 dollars again 4 stars. Will come again.

    I made our reservations 4 weeks prior, traveled nearly 1000 miles. Got sat at what I would declare the worst table in the place. 45 minutes in left because I didn’t even have a drink. Too many awesome places in this City to be treated like you owe them something.

    Food was good, not great but good. Dessert and Irish Coffee were delicious. Service was slow. It took 15 minutes to get the coffee. My silverware for dessert was basically thrown at me. I was never asked if I wanted more hot water for my tea.

    Great service. The mussels and extra bread were excellent. The Halibut had a nice presentation but was bland. We substituted Romaine for the arugula salad without any hesitation. The wine pours were generous. The corn bisque was good. The atmosphere was lively.

    We loved the ambience of Fl .2.. We had dinner before a show and the wait staff made sure our meal was out in a timely fashion in order for us to be able to relax yet be out in time for our show. Valet parking was a plus And our car came quickly.

    I’ve been to FL2 several times and this time was by far the best. All staff was friendly and we were able to enjoy a 4 course meal before a show. Timing was perfect and food was great. Our server, Tim, was great and made a great dessert suggestion. Looking forward to returning!

    We had a wonderful experience, mostly because of KT, our server. She knew the menu extensively and made excellent recommendations. She was friendly and attentive but not intrusive. The food was excellent. The burrata is a must!

    The design of the space saved the experience from being a complete disaster. From arriving at the restaurant, to ordering drinks/entrees you could tell that they were not equipped to handle a brunch rush. I like to lean towards a positive output but overall the service from beginning to end was not at the level it should be.
