   Great service and great food. They were super accommodating for meals and had suggestions for folks with dietary restrictions! Pasta was delicious and chewy and felt homemade and the caprese burrata starter was amazing. Huge portions so we had plenty of leftovers.

   We were there on a Monday so only 4 tables were occupied. It was enjoyable, close to where our party lives. We would go back. The food was delicious!

   Love the atmosphere and it is hands down the best Italian food! Love the Greens and Beans best I’ve ever had! Second best The Sicilian pasta dinner with eggplant and sausage huge potions. I miss the bread and garlic dipping oil!!

    Good but not great. Beans and greens were salty and mushy, calamari was pretty standard, eggplant parm was considered excellent and fish was very good. White wine choice of the server was excellent. Tiramisu was okay. So, a mixed bag.

    This is slightly upscale Italian dining. The food was very good and the portions are fairly large, which somewhat outweighs the slightly higher cost than some other standard fare restaurants. The drinks were great too. Some drinks come with pasta noodle straws which is cute, for lack of a better word. Sunday night was a fairly quiet evening for the restaurant. Making a reservation was no problem either.

    Service has been abysmal the last 3 times we’ve eaten here. During the most recent time, apparently a server called off and the bartender was serving. A table next to us was served appetizers and their meals prior to us receiving our entrees. For a 6:30 reservation (with 2 kids no less), we had to beg for our order to be taken at 7:00, pleased for a bread basket by 7:30, and threatened to leave at 8 if the meals weren’t served by then. Food was incredible, but unfortunately that didn’t make up for the experience, especially at a restaurant where the noise level is such that you can barely hear the person across from you. Birthday dinner was kind of a bust.

    Food was good not great . Huge portions though. We waited almost an hour for our food and it wasnt a very busy night at all. Overall good but I wouldnt rush to go back.

    Excellent food and service. The staff are always attentive and professional, and this evening was no exception. First rate. The wedding soup was exceptional. I would have preferred the usual music selections (Sinatra, Dean Martin, etc.) to the new format (classic rock). For my family (ages 16-53), this was detrimental to what is usually a 5-star ambience.

    Second visit- enjoyed it again. Service is very good, food is amazing and the portions are a great value. Legit Italian food. It’s a noisy place due to the high ceilings and hard wood. Super cool. Super good. Highly recommend.

    Went for an early Valentine’s dinner. This was the probably the worst service I have ever had at a restaurant. We were seated 15 mins after our reservation (not a big deal), and then never had a server. The (wonderful) bartenders took turns coming to take our orders. But it’s not their responsibility. We should have had a server for our table. We waited so long between courses ... we were there 2+ hours. Not sure if they were short staffed because other tables seemed to have servers but we were completely neglected. Had to ask for bread after our salads came, which wasn’t delivered until after we were halfway through our entrees. Also, their menu was different than the one on their website — was looking forward to trying a specific dish that was no longer in the menu. Would not recommend at all — what a disappointment.

    Meh- nothing special here. My dish ( cavatelli) was supposed to be spicy (as indicated on the menu) but it was not. Don’t get me wrong - the food was fine, but not “outstanding “. Service was sketchy and out waiter was spending a lot of time behind the bar for some reason.

    Waitress forgot about us halfway through the meal. Wouldn’t even give us a water bottle for the table. Food was good. Would like to go back, if there was better service. When we arrived, the restaurant was not busy at all, so very disappointed with service.

    From the start with bread with hot olive oil, butter & garlic, pasta bolognese, tiramisu and cannoli was outstanding. Chef Drew stopped by and answered questions and made it feel like dinner at a friend's house. Top or our list, we'll be back!

    We tried the spaghetti bolognese and the rigatoni ragu and both were delicious. My husband also had wedding soup, and liked it very much. The restaurant was very busy, and the server apologized for making us wait at the beginning, but she was very attentive and kept the food and wine coming on a timely basis. We like having this restaurant in the neighborhood, and will be back.

    Had dinner during Restaurant Week. $35 per person. Appetizer, pasta and a dessert. A little much for a bowl of pasta, a cup of soup and a dessert. However, you could order some items from the regular menu, The service was very good and friendly. Our server Julia knew everything about the menu and was very accommodating and very informed. She made the experience very nice. The food was average. The dishes were more American Italian than traditional Italian style. The bread was just average, the hot oil was a great addition. The chicken Milanese was dry and topped with powdered parmesan cheese. The bolognese was not the delicate mix of celery, carrots and ground meat that it should be. Again, the service was great. They have a well trained and friendly team. Just need to work on the kitchen.
