The drinks were a nice quality and portions were generous. The two appetizers, the empanadas and hummus were a hit with our group. The main courses were just okay. The happiest of the group ordered the bolognese pasta. The service and atmosphere were welcoming and warm. The distillery is always on our list to share with out of town visitors for its unique Chester county feel. Also consider adding a visit to Ryers Farm for the aged Equestrians while in the area.

Fantastic! Mixed drinks, chili nuts, edamame, empanada and burger were all amazing! Waitresses and bartender just as good. Oh and then there is live music to boot. A must go!

We had the garlic chili nuts for an appetizer and the beef wellington. So delicious and the service was outstanding as usual. Chocolate old fashioned and an apple cider drink with their gin was phenomenal. A neighborhood gem!

We have been coming here for some time now and love the barn and the vibe but noticed a change this time that makes my review slightly less than stellar. They have opened the back room area (near the distillery equipment) for dining and that is where we were seated for our 5:30 reservation on a very small two top which barely held our plates and drinks. It is a beautiful carved piece of wood the shape of Vermont but with large gaps, not great for offering a flat surface. The ante room is dark and chilly and we really felt cut off from the fun and festivities in the main dining area. Maybe more lights and some paintings or some kind of decor would help. I ordered the new burger with the Mac and cheese on top..which was surprisingly very spicy and detracted from the flavor of the burger. My husband ordered the manicotti and it was ok but too much cheese and the pasta overcooked. The appetizer of edamame was great as usual. Our drinks were smaller and had a little less kick than usual but still delicious. We love Brandywine Bistro but the changes are noticeable and slightly disappointing. We will come again though and will be sure to ask to sit in the front and try something different on the menu. We want to see them continue to grow and do well!

I can’t say enough good things about this place. My wife and I love it and we dine here as often as we can. The food , the drink, the service and the people are all outstanding. Very friendly. One place you have to visit sometime in your life.

Great drinks. Apps were very good. Main course was not very good. Very small menu and I was hoping that there main courses would be very good. Mine was extremely salty, but I do love the smoked old fashions and would definitely give it another try.

This is one of our favorite spots. The spirits and cocktails are as good as you will find anywhere. The food menu is never expansive, which I consider a good thing, but varies from time to time. The decor is beautiful. Customer service has been first-rate during each of our visits.

Excellent food and friendly, attentive service. The musicians were incredible, engaging and happy when we got up and danced! Of all of the great things about this place, the best are the cocktails, which are out of this world. The smoked Old Fashioned is bliss in a glass.

The new arrangements are very nice. Attentive service, good at explaining choices with food and drinks. Love the atmosphere is the restaurant. A real bonus was the musician. Dave Cullen is a wonderful guitarist playing old instrumental favorites as well as his own fine compositions. My wife and I had a great time.

Cool little bistro restaurant. The drinks are amazing and the food just as great. The vegi burger was outstanding and the monty cristo sandwich was one of the best ive had. The live music was ok and alittle loud but not worth complaining about. Service was alittle slow but it was well worth a slight wait. Will return and defenetly recomend !

We were there for lunch. The food was all delicious. The Bavarian pretzel was falling off the plate it was so big. We had tacos and a burger. The gin cocktails were so good. I would come back again.

We love the Bistro, their old fashioned is the best I’ve had anywhere, and their friendly staff, along with their excellent menu options, and awesome musical artists, make it Chester County’s best kept secret! I wish they had more vegetarian entrees on the regular menu. Always having the veggie-burger is ok but it would be nice to have a second option.

The food was artfully presented and delicious and the bistro was cool. My only complaint re the ambiance was that the bathroom door was often left open and my chair faced the bathroom so I was looking at the toilet while eating my dinner! Also, the drinks were tasty but strong and the food took a while to get to us so we felt the alcohol a bit faster than normal. The server was attentive and very nice and the live music was a nice touch.

We were going to order dinner, but the charcuterie board was very filling and very tasty. The drinks were very good, the waitress was very attentive and we always enjoy hearing Dave Cullen play.

Everything was mostly excellent, both food and drinks. Only negative is that we received our appetizer just 30 seconds before we were served our meal. The waitress was very accommodating with our seating. My wife, who is elderly, could sit at the bar stool table. they brought a regular height table for her.

We had the Brussel sprouts (too much sauce but tasty), Burger (burnt bun, cooked to temp and tasty but a bit greasy), Ravioli (good flavor but thick undercooked pasta), Lamb tacos (tasty but needed a tzatziki sauce or similar salsas) and hummus which was perfectly fine. Drinks are excellent and well proportioned.

Brandywine Bistro is Warwick Township’s best kept secret! The food is excellent, the cocktails are delicious, the staff are efficient and friendly, the ambience is warm and comfortable, the musicians are quiet enough that I can hear my friends at the table.

Great find in the suburbs and the environment (historic barn) is phenomenal. The spirits and drink prices are great, the menu is creative and updated regularly, and everything I've had to eat has been delicious. My only criticism is that the servers are young and lack experience and most of the menu items are a bit pricey. However, overall we have enjoyed our visits there and will definitely go back.

We brought friends here—their first visit, our 6th+. We were seated at a makeshift high top with slippery stools and little room to maneuver. I am short and my seat was hard to attain. The food and drinks were wonderful as usual. The two person band was too loud for the small space—it was hard to talk. For future visits I would specify no high top and further distance from the music.
