   Amazing menu and everything was top notch. Ahi tuna was exactly as I hoped it would be and the sourdough appetizer was flavorful and complex. Even the short rib chili was the best chili we have had

   Wanted a table in a quieter area of the room-host doing the sitting acted like it was a major can't do when another same size table readily available. I would have fired the guy for acting like a simple request was a big deal. First table was noisier and under a/c blower. . Got the other table but would have left in disgust if we weren't meeting 2 other people. Noise level not "energetic" but loud in many parts of the room. Needs more ceiling baffling

   The staff was great in suggesting gluten free options. They switched out pizza sauce to make it gluten free Great mushroom and sausage gf pizza with red sauce.

    We have dined at The Collins Small Batch countless times since we live walking distance away. We always have a delightful experience. The food is consistently delicious and the service is friendly and attentive. I always look forward to going. My favorite items are the CLASSIC spaghetti squash . blistered tomatoes . pommery mustard and the twisted noodle salad. I crave them both lol!
