    Kathryn was one of our servers and was fabulous as we're all those who took care of our table--great service and the food was fantastic! I had the crispy noodle salad and it was so unique and delicious. Our only 'complaint' was the open concept makes it very hard to hear in there. Great experience overall!

    Always and consistently the best restaurant. Our first choice for out-of-town guests because The Collins never disappoints. And my favorite for a delightful girls lunch.

    I met a friend for bruch last Sunday and it was delightful as always. The Collins is the best place for all sorts of experiences and events. Terrific service, tasty food, and a warm and inviting atmosphere. Adam took care of us and did a great job. We were celebrating a belated birthday, which wasn't know by Adam until the end but he still wished us well and offered a small token of birthday wishes from the company. Above and beyond! This and more is why I continue to come back and invite others who may not have experienced the restuarant before.

    Overall pretty good food. Have to say the prime rib was a bit tough not as tender as I would prefer. My wife’s lasagna was good, not great. Artichoke appetizer and their house salad were excellent. I’m not complaining but to get 5 stars at the prices of these restaurants nowadays has to be EXCELLENT all around. Overall a good spot, but with the prices I can’t go 5 stars

    Cocktails - Glass of white wine and Bourbon and Berries…both were good. Appetizer - Onion Dip with Chips. Dip was very “oniony”and heavy. Wouldn’t recommend. Entrees - Icelandic Salmon and Baby Back Ribs. Salmon was moist and flaky. The side of roasted cauliflower was great. The ribs were prepared to perfection. The meat was tender and fell off the bone. The side of shoestring potatoes was nice and crisp, not greasy. Would definitely recommend both of these entrees. Dessert - Coconut Cream Pie. The pie was very dense and tasted okay. Have definitely had better. Would try one of the other two dessert options next time. Service - Very attentive and took good care of the table. Ambience - Nice. Liked the vibe. The place is small and felt very intimate. Noise level - Horrible! We were sat on the bar side. Absolutely no acoustics. We could hardly hear each other at the table…and it was a small table for two. And it was by no means busy. Can’t imagine the noise level when the bar area is full. This was the first time for both my wife and I to try The Collins. We would definitely dine here again and would recommend it….but make sure and request to be seated in the restaurant side!

    Had a very relaxing and delicious lunch with a friend who had never been to The Collins. Food was great and the service was outstanding. Great afternoon lunch!

    Fun lunch at The Collins with a dear friend. Plenty of opportunity to catch up over lunch with attentive service. Loved the protein options adds for all the salads and the ability to go small or large. Dolly provided the perfect amount of information and service.

    I chose the Collins because of past experiences and confidence my friends would enjoy it. Unfortunately this time was disappointing. Our orders took an extended amount of time to arrive, and when one salad order was incorrect, it took another 20 minutes to prepare a new salad. Our server did not check on us during this time until near the end. The rotisserie cobb salad, which was a particular favorite of mine, was smothered in ingredients -not the delightful, clean dish I had received in the past. Because it is convenient, I will probably try again, but very sad about this occasion.
