After making a reservation when we got to the location it was permanently closed. How can you accept a reservation to a closed location. Very disappointed and very bad customer service. While I. The parking lot I saw at least 15 cars pull up only to have thc sane thing happened to them.

Our food was great and Mia our server as well as the rest of the wait staff provided excellent service. We have dined here for 15 years and have always had great meals and great service. We are so sorry to see this location close. We hope you will open another Jameson’s in the Downers Grove- Woodridge area. Thank you for wonderful dining experiences!

Our server was terrific. The place was packed - I’ve never seen it so crowded. Turns out Jameson’s is closing today! One little notice on the front door - no notice on website or Open Table.

This was a great restaurant with delicious food and drinks. It's sad that it is closing, but they say there are a few others in the nearby suburbs.

We frequent Jameson’s regularly. Our servers almost always are outstanding. Tonight we came,with a reservation, and again the front hostess and host were rude and unfriendly, she questioning if we even had a reservation. Upon sitting we saw how overcrowded it was for a Tuesday yet knowing the establishment will permanently close in 4 days weren’t overly surprised. The restaurant was extremely understaffed and the few servers were exerting every effort to accommodate their tables. Our server, Olivera, tried so hard to meet our needs. Even with the manager frequently pulling her away for something else. We will miss this restaurant, understand a new lease was denied but sadly feel if it had continued with the current management it would have eventually closed. We thank the many long term employees for their attention and care throughout the years.

Everything was great! So sad they are closing. Have enjoyed many dinners and Christmas parties here! Happy to have had one last dinner here!
