   We waited over an hour and a half to get our food. There was no communication on if the kitchen was behind or why our food was taking so long. My husband and I ordered fries, when the food finally came out we got tater tots because they ran out of fries. This is fine but would like to have communication if you are out of something because my husband doesn’t like tater tots and maybe he wanted something else. Also, asked for another glass of water because there was lip stick on my glass and got another glass of water and there was still lipstick on my glass. I couldn’t even ask my server for a new one because he was max at our table three times. Seemed like he was trying to avoid us. I understand it was Mother’s Day and it was busy but then don’t over book him with tables if he can’t handle it. Managers should have been going around helping to let the tables know what was happening but instead he just had his foot up on the chair talking to the server. For how much it cost to eat, definitely not worth it. Wish there wasn’t gratuity already included because I would have given a 2% tip.

   We have been coming here the last couple of years for Mother’s Day, it WAS my wife’s favorite restaurant. This Mother’s Day was the Worst dining experience I have ever had. It was the first time I have had to walk out of a restaurant. 4 tables around us walked out because the service was so bad. We asked for the manager 3 times and he never showed up to our table.

   To give this restaurant 1-star is generous as a rating of "poor" is an overstatement of how awful our experience was. It wasn't just poor - its ruined our Mother's Day. I have never left a scathing review, but this goes on record as the worst dining experience I have ever had. We had a 5pm reservation for 5 and were seated promptly. The restaurant was busy but certainly not full - several empty tables. At 5:27pm no one had come to our table and my husband had to ask for our server to come by. At 5:55pm we finally received our drinks (4/5 were only soft drinks so can't blame the bar). We immediately put in our order of 2 pizzas, an entree salad, and a side. At around 6:20pm 1 pizza and the side came out but not the other food. So half the table started eating while the other half just watched, starving at this point. At 6:50pm, nearly 2 HOURS after being seated, the rest of our food was NOT there. My husband asked for the manager, who never came over. Finally, he saw him looking at food orders in the corner and went over. He was nice but could not offer much hope that our food was forthcoming. My parents are in their 80"s so the stiff chairs were very uncomfortable after 2 hours of sitting there so we left - headed to a casual pizza spot down the street. This is NOT how I expected to spend my Mother's Day or treat my 84 year old mother. Absolutely awful! No wonder they automatically add 18% gratuity to all bills - their service is so terrible the servers wouldn't ever get tips. Will never be back!

   Disappointing. When we came in the server asked if we were celebrating anything (& literally it was Mothers Day). He did not knock w about the Martini’s for Moms and had to go inquire. Then, we found out the restaurant was out of French toast, French fries and something else. Our serve forgot to put our appetizers in. Then we got 1 of our appetizers and were told the other one ran out. He offered us another appetizer that never came but was on our bill. Then we did not know they already add on for gratuity. Food was just okay.

   We went for Mother’s Day and always bring our patience! Service was slow but very friendly, just the way it goes! Food was delicious and we enjoyed sitting outside. Wonderful atmosphere!

   Food and cocktails were incredible. Service was beyond awful. Waitress was super rushed and disappeared to eat her own meal.

    The food was delicious and our server was very friendly and efficient. My only negative thing to say was it was very loud in the restaurant.
