   Had a reservation and waited 45 minutes for a table. No communication on wait time. Myself and others were clueless as to what was going on. Hostess seemed more interested in talking to friends at the bar and being on her phone.

   First time here. Very quaint place, nicely decorated. Food was plentiful and very good. Server was terrific.

   The staff and waiters were not very friendly. The restaurant was not busy at all and yet we felt rushed by our waiter. The food was mediocre. Two of us had Chicken Vesuvio and it was dry and had no flavor. The food came out about 6 or 7 minutes after we ordered, so I'm wondering if it was precooked and then microwaved and served. I definitely can not recommend this restaurant.

   I went with my son on New Years Eve. The server saw a mother and son and completely stereotyped me as a two top, cheap and quick table not realizing that I used to be a server and my husband is in the industry. At the time I did not complain to a manager because it was NYE and I was out with my son. This is a list of my complaints coming from someone who understands the industry and knows what good to great service looks like. This was neither good nor great, it was awful. Server kept us waiting Came over and said are you ready to order before introducing himself, getting drink order, and giving us the specials. I had to ask for the specials While in the middle of him speaking about specials he walks away from the table mid sentence without saying excuse me or anything. He did this a couple times. Martini finished and didn’t come back to ask if I wanted another drink. I had to chase him down for the wine menu. Son’s kiddie cocktail was empty and didn’t ask if he would like something else. Never returned for wine order Food arrives and I have to chase him down to order wine Doesn’t come to ask how our food is until we are finished. Comes to table with check presenter and asks if there is anything else we wanted I then say we would like dessert to go, he is annoyed but gives me the options quickly and returns with dessert and reprinted check presenter. Not to mention the food isn’t great for that much ridiculousness. The grouper was dry. The Fettuccine Alfredo was A Lot of sauce and not many noodles. Even though from start to finish the dinner was ridiculous I still gave him a 20% tip because I used to be in the business and can’t tip less but he was deserving of nothing. Will not return.
