    Teddi was one of the best waitresses I've had- Lobos 1707 tequila is a must try there. Food was excellent- Next time I am in Akron, I will be going here.

    It was absolutely an amazing time for my first date, Kristin our server made it even more special as she recited the menu like a romance story! Everything was perfect, the ambiance, the food, the music, and the server. Looking forward to having many date nights there! Obviously with the same women!

    We had not been to Ken Stewart's in over a year as we are from Columbus. Outstanding as usual. Only a 2 hour drive and we will be dining more often as we had in the past.

    Great first time experience for us! Great atmosphere, great service, outstanding food! We really enjoyed our visit and will definitely be back! We celebrated a birthday there too, and staff was very accommodating. Highly recommend!

    First time at this restaurant. Very impressed! Our waitress was very knowledgeable and attentive. I wish I could remember her name to give her props. The food was all delicious! Will definitely dine here again!

    We arrived to our reservation early, and were still seated promptly. Our waitress was accommodating and helpful with our order. The food was quick to arrive and delicious. The jumbo shrimp appetizer was a meal unto itself. The steaks were melt in your mouth tender and the no flour chocolate cake was decadent. Highly recommended for a special night out.

    Hello, First I want to say the service was incredible. Genuinely one of the nicest staff I have ever met. Incredibly informative, cared for their guests, always refilled waters and asked how we were. The food though was.. unfortunately not the best. We got a steak special and fish, both were very greasy with a lot going on. The house wines were also very pricey - but by no means worth that price. All the food was so rich, but not in a good way. We ended up spending about $250, but for that cost could for sure have gone to another restaurant and gotten a better meal. Also, we had some artwork at our booth. And it’s this interesting woman with her breasts just looking back at you the whole time

    I had the Scallops and Risotto and thoroughly enjoyed that entree. My Wife had the Cashew Crusted Organic Chicken and liked it very much. This is great as she is quite picky. We also enjoyed the Buratta and Blistered Tomatoes along with the Baked Brie Cheese. Our Waitress was outstanding. However to be, completely honest, the Raisin Bread was over cooked and burnt on the bottom, as well as, the Glazed Nuts in the House Salad were burnt and bitter. Never the less, a good experience and we shall return.

    Everything from food to wine to service was outstanding as usual. Meghan is a fantastic server and was very accommodating. The only problem we had was the octopus appetizer. It wasn’t tender enough and the skin was really rubbery. Meghan was gracious enough to take it off our bill. The crème brûlée was delicious.

    We visited yesterday to celebrate our 29th anniversary. It was a wonderful experience. The server was friendly and helpful and the room was quiet and romantic. My scallops with butternut squash risotto was perfectly cooked. My husband's filet was prepared exactly as he wanted. The mashed potatoes were creamy and soft. We will be back again soon!

    We lived in Akron 25 years ago and Ken Stewart’s was THE place to dine. We’ve been back a couple times since we left and were never disappointed. This time however, we think Ken really let himself down. The table side Caesar salad had way too much lemon, the Pigs in a Blanket where anything but remarkable, baked potato tasted microwaved and the swordfish fry and overcooked. I guess nothing lasts forever, but sad to see this paragon of good taste become marginal.

    Our server was helpful and recited an amazing number of items on and in addition to what was on the menu. She answered any questions we had. We were seated in a small booth which we really enjoyed-lovely and private. Every item we ordered was perfectly done and beautifully presented. The quality of our food was outstanding. Perfect place for a special meal.

    My wife and I dine out somewhat frequently & Ken Stewart's Grille in west Akron provided the best meal that we've had anywhere in NE Ohio!! Additionally, it's right near or at the top of the list of dining experiences that we've had anywhere in the state of Ohio!! From the moment we walked in the door, the ambience was warm and welcoming and it stayed that way throughout the evening. Our server, Matt, came quickly to the table to both take our drink order & offer an expansive explanation of the Appetizer menu. Almost as quickly, Matt brought our appetizer selection ( sauerkraut balls ) and drinks out as well. My wife's Whipped Pumpkin Pie ( from Ken's Fall Cocktail selections ), featuring two different kinds of vodka and Baileys, was otherworldly and priced fairly. The sauerkraut balls were different ( in a good way ) and better than any we've ever had. Our entrees, my wife's medium cooked 6 oz. Filet & my Potato Crusted Halibut, were exactly what we expected - and that's a good thing!! We shared a specialty side dish that was available that evening, Sweet Potatoes with roasted walnuts, that was both tasty & plentiful. Perhaps the only thing that topped the meal, was Matt's friendly, informative, and timely service. Kudos to him!! If you're willing to spend a few bucks ( our entrees were $50 & $49 respectively ), I highly recommend you try out this unique Akron eatery. Hats off to Ken Stewart's Grille!!

    We were first-time diners and our experience was great! We had recently celebrated our 48th Anniversary and decided to dine here. The food was excellent and well prepared as ordered with one small flaw, which was immediately corrected. Our server Paige, her service was absolutely impeccable and we will definitely add Ken Stewart’s Grille to our list of favorite restaurants. Thank’s Paige for the complimentary warm apple pie a la mode👏🏽

    Our experience was incredible! We loved the food, and our server Erin was great; very professional and knowledgeable. She celebrated my daughter running a marathon by decorating her dessert plate. We will definitely be back!

    We go out of our way to eat at Ken Stewart’s when visiting the Akron/ Cleveland area. It never disappoints! Ate in the bar area this time, which was as pleasant as the dining room. my favorite entree is the Halibut, but love to share different appetizers and dishes with my spouse or other members of our party!
