   Food was subpar at best. We had a gift card that paid for half our meal, because of that gift card they would not honor their hero discount. Ridiculous. Will not be back or recommending to others.

   We had a very pleasant evening. Excellent service, server was attentive and responsive, made us feel welcome and comfortable. Food was outstanding, great selection of meats and at the salad area, all prepared perfectly. Looking forward already to our next visit!

   Our server was perfect, she was so kind and kept our drinks full. However, we wished they made sure to bring every meat option over as we had to ask a few times for the lamb. The one server made sure to get us some. I would go back!

   We really enjoyed it but for the value I figured the meat would be endless but I would get a piece of meat every 10-15 minutes was constantly waiting was offered the same chicken a lot versus everything else just was not worth it to me

   We had one of the Gaucho service and one salad bar and it did not disappoint. The meat was outstanding. We missed the sushi on the salad bar but with the wide variety of tasty dishes, it was still wonderful. The service was the star of the show. Our server was skilled, attentive and overall, 5 star. You feel like a valued customer. They created a wonderful birthday dinner and even tried to follow up with us when we accidently left our desserts. We hope someone took them home to enjoy as we were too far away to return to get them. This is worth the price and we will certainly return.

   The Ariel table was great. All the meat cooked to perfection. Lamb chops were amazing. Ryan our waiter was great. The gauchos came through regularly. Save room for the desert cart. The 3 layer chocolate mousse cake is amazing.

   We were there for hours and did not get to try all the meats. Our waitress and all of the staff were nice but we wanted to try everything including chicken. We were only offered a few steaks repeatedly and lamb. There were long gaps between the meats. The Salad bar does not have a variety of options very bland and not seasoned.

    The server was beautiful and kind and I appreciated that but the food was ehhh...The chicken and pork was severally dry and really not edible. The New York strip was rubbery and fatty. The salad bar was decent but lobster bisque had no lobster in it at all which was very disappointing.

    Always a good time; staff friendly and engaged; energetic atmosphere; and good food. Salad bar has high quality, healthy items - but save room for the grilled meats! I rarely eat the chicken, but it looks delicious. Bacon wrapped fillets, spicy sirloin, skirt steak - hot off the grill and perfectly seasoned, and more. You definitely need a reservation & they can host large parties. Enjoy!

    We like steak that’s on the well done side and we mainly got burned fillet mingnoin. And when we found out that we paid $49.00 for 4 pieces of cake our faces dropped. Our waitress rarely came to our table. My wife used the restroom and seen a young blonde waitress with a ponytail waitress go into a bathroom stall, put her work apron on the floor. Then used her phone while in the stall. And when she was done she walked right out without washing her hands. Absolutely horrible and unsanitary.

    The beef and pork cuts were over cooked and full of fat. Chicken and sausage were good. Had to solicit meat carvers to come to our table. We didn’t have this experience in other states.

    Service was great and the food was excellent. The manager was the most tentative and engaged leader we’ve ever seen. He was constantly helping his staff and making sure everything was taken care of, all while taking the time to check on each table and provide a personable experience. He was truly incredible!!!

    I was disappointed (for the first time ever going there) at how little red meat was brought out. There were multiple chickens and pork (and even a lamb, which my wife loved), but in the past there was much more red meat.

    Went for a double date night with friends. Food was good and so was the desserts. They were prompt about bringing around the meat skewers and were really nice about all requests. Carlos was the sweetest! Kind, polite and really a joy. Great night out! Thanks!

    This was our first visit. Very glad we did. Definitely will be back. Hospitality is professional and top of the line. Service was exceptional. There wasn't a bit of food that hit my plate that didn't disappear. It's hard to decide between salad bar or choice of meets. I think next time will be focused on the meets and the incredible small rolls. Thank you for the tasty complimentary deserts you let us pick for our anniversary. Keep up the great work.
