The award-winning The Catbird Seat now welcomes guests to its beautiful new home on the fifth floor inside The Bill Voorhees Building on 8th Avenue South. Join Chefs Tiffani Ortiz and Andy Doubrava for an innovative, playful and seasonal 15-course tasting menu rooted in bold creativity. Thoughtfully curated beverage pairings, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, are available to enhance the experience.

Dinner is $165 per person, with an optional beverage pairing offered upon arrival. We welcome most dietary restrictions, including allergies, vegetarian, and celiac diets, with advanced notice.

Come early, or stay late, and visit The Patterson House, our adjoining cocktail bar, for a pre- or post-dinner drink.

In addition to racking up accolades from GQ and Bon Appétit, Catbird Seat has been an incubator for some of the city’s top chefs. Today, Tiffani Ortiz and Andy Doubrava command the open, counter-style kitchen, turning out innovative New American tasting menus that can stretch to 18 courses of dishes like a walnut cookie filled with chicken liver mousse and berry preserves.

Exquisite presentation, Tasty food, unique combinations of ingredients & techniques, and most importantly tasty food! Service was attentive & educational by Team members. Highly recommend if you love good food.

Great dish composition! Good wine pairings as well. Staff was attentive and kind. Left a bit hungry and went to Patterson house across the hall. Ordered a cocktail and a dish only to be told 15 minutes later they were out of that dish. I was offered the opportunity to order another dish on the house. After 20 minutes, that hadn’t shown up either and I needed to leave. Not the best ending to the evening.

This was our second time coming to Cat Bird Seat, the first being 10 years ago. It was an amazing experience and I recommend everyone try it at least once in their lives.

Amazing experience. If this place doesn’t get a Michelin star soon it would be a travesty. Worth every penny!

Knowing the menu in advance is important. My wife doesn't like fish and half the dishes were seafood. Other than that everything was excellent.

Eating at The Catbird Seat is like having the perfect bite of food over and over and yet each bite is different and more exciting than the last. These are the most talented chefs in Nashville that I have ever had the pleasure of dining with. Absolutely perfection in everything they do!
