    Food and service were both excellent. Appears to be a well managed operation where the servers are attentive and friendly and meals are delivered efficiently, with attention to bringing each course at the appropriate time - something many restaurants can't seem to accomplish. We appreciated the 100% good experience and will be back.

    First time at Bruno’s Sat night and loved it. It’s a bit of a drive for us but well worth it. Very good cocktails and the bruschetta was fantastic. So fresh and tasty. I had the penne pesto pasta with chicken and hubby had the short rib pasta. Both were a 5 out of 5. Sat at a high top in the bar area which we prefer. Downtown Brea is really nice in the evening especially this time of year. Highly recommend.

    Wine down Wednesday is always a favorite for our family. The gluten free pasta is pretty good here. The reason for the 3 stars on food is the portion of chicken added to pasta dishes. The chicken is extremely hard to find. Tiny morsels and very few. I would not recommend adding it to your dish. Service here is terrific!

    One of several reasons we enjoy eating at Bruno's is that you don't cater to families with small children whose screaming and uncontrolled loud talking disrupt the eating experience. We brought my mother here because you are one place that serves carpaccio. For the price we pay for the food and ambience, I like the fact that most diners are adults who want delicious food, great service, and lovely ambience. We enjoy the dinner specials and most especially the dinner choices. We were greeted right away with a friendly greeting and eye contact. We were seated at a comfortable high top table where the server came over soon after. He was friendly and checked on us throughout the dinner at the right intervals. Again, this is a place where my mother enjoys eating because you serve carpaccio. It is a little dark for more mature adults or those who are hard of sight. We had to take out our mobiles for light.

    Rachel is an excellent server - very busy night, but she still kept attention to our needs. Sat in the street patio - love this restaurant but it can get pretty loud inside.

    Great service by Danielle. Its a bit loud inside but not overwhelming. The food was enjoyable, but I would not call it great. The Pappardelle short rib was prepared nicely, but lacked a little flavor. Caesar salad is served with whole leaves with a nice sauce and white anchovies, and was pretty good. The penne with vegetables was OK, but was light on veggies and the sauce was a little watery. I might come back again and try other dishes because of the waitress . I might come back again and try other dishes mainly because of our server.

    Great Italian restaurant in Brea. Patio or inside seating available. Their daily specials are outstanding, and the prices are reasonable. Manager and owner walk the tables greeting the guest. Great fun atmosphere.

    First time here and I have been dreaming of the oil/vinegar and bread. I had scallops with risotto. So good. I did wish the risotto was either a mushroom or lemon of some sort. And my husband had the pasta and sausage and he practically licked the plate. We can't wait to come back. I wish I remembered our servers name she was so sweet and on point.

    They were out of papardelle Bruno :( the other pastas tried were just okay. Service was great! Wine’d down Wednesday is a great night to come for half of pastas and bottled wine.

    My wife and I have dined here many times now and have yet to be disappointed. The staff is friendly and extremely courteous, the food is very good, wine selection is very good. They have specials during the week and that is a perk. I don’t know why we won’t continue to go there. I highly recommend it.

    Took a long time for drinks!!!! Waiter wasn’t the friendliest & food wasn’t as tasty as last time. Brought a few friends to show them a good time but was alittle disappointed:((. We also made reservations for a high top table but sat us on regular table. She said we could wait for high top but didn’t want to wait.

    We had a wonderful birthday celebration!! We opened up the place at 4:00, but everything was smooth and delicious, from our Limoncello Martinis to start the meal from the delicious desserts and Espresso Martini to finish off the dinner!! We had pasta with scallops, wild mushrooms and salmon with polenta and appetizer meatballs and it was all delicious!! I would definitely recommend those dishes!! My dish, chicken parmigiana was OK, but nothing to write home about and would not order again, my fault.

    We had been to Bruno's previously but it had been a while. Everything we ordered was delicious - Fritto Misto, Pappardelle Bruno, & Pollo Parmigiana. We also enjoyed the Budino al Caramello & Gelato for dessert. Service was good. My only minor complaint is that it can get a bit loud depending on where you sit in the dining room but we will definitely going back again.

    STOP the salt. I could feel the effects of your massive use of salt. Many chefs use salt to hide the lower qualities of the ingredients. Please for all of us who are salt sensitive, STOP. You can still salt but use a great deal less. I had the Flat Iron Steak with potatoes and brocalinni which would have been delicious with less salt.

    Bruno has been our go to every week for great food. The management team (Tim & Don) are attentive and friendly. All the members are great working together providing excellent services. Highly recommended for happy hours, pasta dinner, dessert etc.
