Haven Rooftop cuenta con algunas de las vistas más espectaculares del centro de Manhattan.                                                       Came in for brunch as a midtown local for over 20 years and the rooftop eating experience was outstanding. The food was delicious and thoughtfully prepared. Service was friendly attentive without being too much. Decor felt upscale yet comfortable enough for families. Being in Time square it’s not cheap for sure but priced exactly right for what you get. It’s one of those overlooked places in nyc because it’s connected to a hotel but don’t let that deter you as the whole vibe is pretty boutiquey especially in its location. Highly recommend.

                                                      I visited for the first time with my friend, I enjoyed my meal. That said, the service needs improvement. Plus, their hostess kept staring at me which made me feel quite uncomfortable.

                                                      A Great escape from the street chaos of Times Square. Very pleasant staff. The food was great. We’ve been a regular when coming to NYC for theatre.

                                                      The food was spectacular. I would highly recommend the French Toast. The only problem was there was no coffee and it didn't seem like they were making any great attempts to rectify the situation. It is part of a hotel, and they did not offer to go downstairs and bring up coffee from the many stations scattered throughout the premises. I would be a lot more concerned if I wasn't able to provide coffee at a brunch.

                                                      Beautifuly and wonderfully set up. Classy. Spectacular food and drink. We ordered the Chicken wings, shrimp Cocktail and lobster roll to share. All were spot on! Margaritas with Tajin were spot on. Staff was amazing. Being retired from food service Industry 33 years! I realized the team had a struggle. They were short some staff. I was impressed that several upper Level management stepped in to help. “ Rolled up their sleeves” and got down to business helping the staff. Several apologies were made by several staff for the delay or thanking for patience. I get it I’ve lived it. They handled it well and all our needs were met. Great food. Great drinks Great views. I love a roof top bar in good weather. Definitely will be back ✌️ ❤️ 😊 Ned from Rochester NY

                                                      The food wasn’t great. I liked the hotel and the atmosphere on the roof but the food was really unimpressive. We paid a lot for microwaveable potatoes and liquid eggs. The steak was good!
